本製品を安全にご使用いただくために
ご使用になる前に必ずお読みください
アブソデックスを使用した装置を設計製作される場合には、装置の機械機構と、これらをコントロール
する電気制御によって運転されるシステムの安全性が確保できることをチェックして、安全な装置を製作
する義務があります。
当社製品を安全にご使用いただくためには、製品の選定および使用と取扱い、ならびに適切な保全
管理が重要です。
装置の安全性確保のために、危険、警告、注意の各事項を必ず守ってください。
また、関連する国際規格(ISO/IEC)、日本工業規格(JIS)、およびその他の安全法規(労働安全衛生法
など)の記載事項を十分理解した上で、適合するように設計してください。
危険 DANGER
取扱いを誤った場合に、死亡または重傷を負う危険な状態が生じることが想定され、
かつ危険発生時の緊急性(切迫の度合い)が高い限定的な場合。
警告 WARNING
取扱いを誤った場合に、死亡または重傷を負う危険な状態が生じることが想定される
場合。
注意 CAUTION
取扱いを誤った場合に、軽傷を負うかまたは物的損害のみが発生する危険な状態が
生じることが想定される場合。
本書に書かれている警告表示は身体や装置に与えるケガ、損傷のレベルにより 3段階に分類されて
います。危険度の高い警告表示には特に気をつけて取扱ってください。
なお、 注意 に記載した事項でも、状況によっては重大な結果に結び付く可能性があります。
いずれも重要な内容を記載していますので必ず守ってください。
特別仕様の場合には、製品仕様が本取扱説明書の内容と異なる場合があります。
製品毎の仕様図等でご確認ください。
危険 DANGER
ドライバ全面パネル端子、コネクタは高電圧となります。通電中には触れないでください。
ドライバ内部は高電圧となり危険です。感電の恐れがあるため通電中には触れないで
ください。また、電源遮断後少なくとも 5分間はコンデンサ内に高電圧が印加されています。
保守点検やドライバ内のスイッチの変更など、側面カバーを取外して作業を行う場合には、
電圧による感電の危険がありますので、必ず電源を遮断してください。
電源を投入したままで、コネクタ類の着脱をしないでください。
誤動作、故障、感電の危険があります。
爆発・火災の恐れのある雰囲気中では、使用しないでください。
警告 WARNING
電源遮断時に、アクチュエータ出力軸を 30rpm 以上で回さないでください。
アクチュエータの発電作用によってドライバの故障や感電の危険があります。
アンバランスな荷重により出力軸が回転する状態でサーボオフ(セーフティ機能、非常停止、
アラームを含む)およびブレーキ解除を行うとアクチュエータが回転します。
これらの操作は必ず平衡状態で行うか、安全を確認したうえで行ってください。
ゲイン調整時や試運転時には、思わぬ動作をする場合がありますので、可動部(回転部)に
手を出さないよう十分注意してください。また、アクチュエータが一回転しても安全であること
を確認してください。電源を投入し、調整を行ってください。
アクチュエータが見えない位置から操作を行う場合には、特に注意してください。
ブレーキ付きタイプのブレーキは、あらゆる場合において出力軸を完全に保持できる
ものではありません。
アンバランスな荷重により出力軸が回転する用途などでメンテナンスを行う場合や、
長時間機械を停止する場合など、安全を確保する必要がある場合には必ず平衡状態と
するか、機械的なロック機構を設けてください。
ブレーキだけで保持するのは確実ではありません。
運転中、停止直後はアクチュエータおよびドライバに手や体を触れないでください。
やけどの恐れがあります。
アクチュエータおよび、アクチュエータに取付けた回転テーブルなどの可動部上では、
保守作業を行わないでください。
安全性を確認するまでは、機器の取外しを絶対に行わないでください。
位置偏差が発生した状態で主電源を投入すると、発生した位置偏差をクリアする機能に
よりアクチュエータが旋回します。主電源と制御電源を別々に投入される場合には、必ず
サーボオフの状態を確認して、電源を投入してください。
主電源遮断後しばらくの間は、ドライバ内部のコンデンサに蓄えられた電荷により、
アクチュエータへの動力が供給され、アクチュエータが旋回することがあります。
安全を確認した上で作業を行ってください。
感電防止のためドライバの保護接地端子を必ず接地してください。
注意 CAUTION
本製品は、電気設計や機械設計の専門知識を持った人が使用することを前提としています。
これらの知識のない人や、十分な訓練を受けていない人の選定、使用によって引き起こされ
た事故に関しましては、当社では責任を負いかねます。
アクチュエータ本体を分解すると、本来の性能や精度に復元できない場合があります。
特に回転位置検出部の分解は、誤動作、精度劣化の原因となります。
出力軸をハンマなどでたたいたり、無理に組付けたりすると本来の精度や性能を発揮できな
なることがあります。
アクチュエータおよびドライバは、防水処理を施しておりません。
水や油のかかる環境でご使用になる場合には、防水対策を施してください。
アクチュエータ、ドライバ間のケーブルは必ず専用のものを使用して設置してください。
また、専用のケーブルの長さや、材質を変更することは機能劣化や動作不良の原因と
なります。ケーブルを傷つけたり、強く引っ張ったりしないでください。
出荷時のままでは本来の性能を発揮できません。必ずゲイン調整を実施してください。
電源投入時、アクチュエータ位置座標の認識を行うため、電源投入より数秒間、出力軸が
移動しないよう、ご注意ください。
外部の機械的な保持機構(ブレーキ等)がある場合、電源投入と保持機構の解除タイミング
をずらして設定してください。
電源投入時に、出力軸を移動された場合、アラーム Fが発生する場合があります。
微小角度を指定して動作させる場合には、フレッチング等によるベアリング部の破損を
防ぐ為、定期的に1回転以上の旋回動作を実施してください。
アブソデックスを組込んだ機械装置の絶縁耐圧試験を行う場合には、
アブソデックスドライバへの主電源ケーブル(L1,L2,L3,L1C,L2C)を外し、ドライバ自体には
試験電圧が印加されないようにしてください。故障の原因となります。
アクチュエータを持ち運ぶ際は、コネクタ、コネクタ取付部、引出しケーブルを持たないで
ください。コネクタ部の破損、断線の恐れがあります。
サーボオン状態(保持状態)から、電源 OFF、サーボオフ(セーフティ機能、非常停止、
アラームを含む)、およびトルク制限設定値を下げた場合は、外力が加わらなくても
出力軸が保持位置から動くことがあります。
電源の ON/OFF を頻繁に行うと、突入電流によりドライバ内部の素子が劣化します。
過度の ON/OFF はドライバの寿命を早めることになります。
電源を遮断してから再投入する場合は、アクチュエータの出力軸が停止している事を
確認した上で、電源遮断後 10 秒以上時間をおいてください。
注意 CAUTION
アクチュエータ、ドライバおよびケーブルを設置する際は、下記の項目について
ご注意ください。
アブソデックスの周囲に高周波、高電圧、強電界・強磁界、放電、放射線等が発生している
場所で使用する際はノイズフィルタ、遮へいなどの対策を施し、誤作動、機器の破損がない
ようにしてください。
レゾルバケーブル/エンコーダケーブルI/O ケーブル、CC-Link/DeviceNet/PROFIBUS
ーブル、電源ケーブルに誘導ノイズの影響を及ぼさないような対策を施してください。
(例)それぞれのケーブルには、ノイズフィルタ、フェライトコア、サージプロテ
クタなどを取付けていただき、またケーブルのシールド線には FG ランプ等を
使用して接地してください。
配線を行う際は、ノイズ発生源より十分な距離を離す、設置した金属ダクト内に
配線するなどして、ノイズ発生源からの遮へい(シールド)を行ってください。
保証条項
保証期間と保証範囲に関する取り決めを次の様にさせていただきます。
1. 保証期間
製品の保証期間は、貴社のご指定場所への納入後 1年間といたします。
(但し、1日の稼働時間を 8時間以内といたします。 また 1年以内に耐久性に達した場合は、その
期間とします。)
2. 保証範囲
上記保証期間中に当社側の責による故障を生じた場合、その製品の修理を無償で速やかに
行わせていただきます。ただし、次の項目に該当する場合は、この保証の対象範囲から除外させて
いただきます。
2.1 製品仕様に記載されている条件・環境の範囲を逸脱して使用された場合。
2.2 取扱い不注意などの誤った使用および誤った管理に起因する場合。
2.3 故障の原因が納入品以外の事由による場合。
2.4 製品本来の使い方以外の使用による場合。
2.5 納入後に行われた当社が係わっていない構造、性能、仕様などの改変および当社指定以外
の修理が原因の場合。
2.6 本製品を貴社の機械・機器に組込んで使用される際、貴社の機械・機器が業界の通念上
備えられている機能、構造などを持っていれば回避できた損害の場合。
2.7 納入当時に実用化されていた技術では予見できない事由に起因する場合。
2.8 火災、地震、水害、落雷、その他の天災、地変、公害、塩害、ガス害、異常電圧、その他の
外部要因による場合。
なお、ここでいう保証は、納入品単体の保証を意味するもので、納入品の故障により誘発される
損害は外させていただきます。
3. 国外へ輸出した場合の保証
3.1 当社工場または、当社が指定した会社・工場へ返却されたものについて修理を行います。
返却に伴う工事および費用については、補償外といたします。
3.2 修理品は、国内梱包仕様にて日本国内指定場所へ納入いたします。
本保障条項は基本事項を定めたものです。個別の仕様図又は仕様書に記載された保障内容が
本保障条項と異なる場合には、仕様図又は仕様書を優先します。
4. 適合性の確認
お客様が使用されるシステム、機械、装置への当社製品の適合性は、お客様自身の責任でご確認
ください。

はじめに
この度は当社のアブソデックスをご選定いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
アブソデックスは、一般産業用組立機械、検査機械の間欠作動ターンテーブルなどをフレキシブルに精度良く
駆動するために開発された、ダイレクトドライブインデックスユニットです。
この取扱説明書はアブソデックス AX シリーズ TS タイプドライバ・TH タイプドライバ・XS タイプドライバ専用です。
他のタイプには適用しません。
ご使用方法やお取扱い方法適切でなければ、その機能が十分に発揮できないばかりでなく、思わぬ事故を
生じ、製品寿命を縮める事にもなりかねません。
性能をいつまでも維持し、故障なくご使用いただくため、本機の運転の前にこの取扱説明書を一読されることを
お願い申し上げます。
この取扱説明書に記載されている事柄、仕様および外観は、将来予告なしに変更することがあります。

注意 CAUTION
ケーブルおよび、コネクタ部を引っ張らないでください。
ケーブルが繰返し屈曲する用途では、アクチュエータ本体コネクタ付近のケーブルシース
部を固定してご使用ください。
AX4009TAX2000T シリーズAX7000X シリーズの引出しケーブルは、可動ケーブルでは
ありません。必ずコネクタ部で固定し、可動しないようにしてください。
また、引出しケーブルをつかんで本体を持上げる等、無理な力を加えると、断線の恐れが
あります。

2. 設置
2.1. アクチュエータの設置
2.1.1. アクチュエータ設置時の注意事項
アブソデックスを設置する機械装置には、アブソデックスの能力を十分発揮するためにできるだけ
高い剛性が望まれます。
これは、負荷装置や架台の機械的な固有振動数が比較的低い(一概には言えませんが、おおよそ
200300Hz 以下)場合に、アブソデックスと負荷装置や架台が共振を起こしてしまうためです。
回転テーブルや本体の取付ボルトはしっかりと固定し、緩み等がなく十分な剛性を確保してください。
以下の機種は、アクチュエータ側面のアース端子を使用し、アクチュエータの筐体を接地して
ください。(対象機種:AX1150TAX1210TAX4300TAX4500TAX410WT

機械・装置を再起動する場合、搭載物が外れないような処置がなされているか確認し、
注意して行ってください
以下の機種は、漏えい電流が大きいため、電源の接続を行う前にアクチュエータ側
でも接地接続を必ず行ってください。
保護接地導体は 2mm2以上の電線を使用してください。

取付けてください。

ダミーイナーシャによる制振
機械装置の剛性が十分に得られない場合には、アクチュエータに最も近い所にダミーイナーシャを
取付けることによって、機械装置の共振をある程度押さえることができます。
以下にダミーイナーシャの付加例を示します。
ダミーイナーシャの大きさは、負荷イナーシャ×(0.21)程度が目安です
