ATTENTION
(1)Do not connect the power wire before lubrication
has done. Otherwise, if pressed the pedal
mistakenly, the machine would operate and
probably cause injury.
(2)While lubricating, protective glasses and gloves
are certainly needed to wear to avoid injuries of
eyes and skin from oil splashing. This splashing
might cause burns. Do not drink this lubrication
oil under any situation, this may cause vomit
and diarrhoea. Also, keep this oil where children
cannot touch or get.
Before use this machine, the first time use,
or use after long idling time, please oiled
sufficiently. (Use MOBIL#10 or ESS0#32 oil)
1. Fill the lubrication oil (Fig. 9)
Pour the oil into the oil hole until it reaches the oil
line of the oil sight window . (The adopted oil is
white lubrication oil #10 or spindle oil 20W.)

1. Rotate the pulley to make the take-up thread lever
to upper dead point, this will be easier to thread
the machine and the needle thread will not fall
down. (Fig.17)
2. Thread the needle from the left side.
3. Finger guard device is adustable, and the
position should be lower when sewing.
4. Thread correctly from rigid plate, and thread
through from inside to outside of the eyes of
the needles and pull 50mm to left and right side
seperately.

METHOD OF CORNER SEWING
Turn the stitch length dial , and rotate it clockwisely
or counter clockwisely to reach the ideal stitch length.
The larger the number, the longer the stitch length.
(Fig. 18)
1. To stop the needle bars (left and right)
Operate the stop lever after the needle has
penetrated the fabric and has stopped moving.
The sewing speed should not be over 1000 r.p.m.
while one the the needle bars has stopped.
(1)To stop the left need le bar operation, move the
stop lever to the ''L'' position. (Fig.19)

2. Stitch numbers. (Fig. 22)
For 1/4" needle width
From table 1, the fine side sewing and the fine
edge stitching can be done by choosing the stitch
length, the variations of the sewing angles, and the
point where the stitch starts
Example:
We can find out that a sewing angle of 40 ° and
the first stitching point is 2.9mm, the stitching
number is indicated to 6 from the table 1.

without these cares.
(2)Please turn off the power for the situations listed
below or accidents might happen while pressing the
pedal incautiously.
a. Threading.
b. Replacing needle or hook.
c. Machine is not working.
(3)Do not touch any moving objects or place anything
on the machine, which may cause injuries and
machine damages.
(4)For machine with auto-lift device, do not touch the
solenoid. It gets hot and may cause sever skin burn.
1. Pressing down the finger guard device .(Fig.23)
2. Pulling the two needle threads with fingers, turn the
hand wheel until the bobbin threads showing up above
the feed dog.
3. Pull the bobbin threads towards you and check if the
threads coming out smoothly.
4. Turn the power on.
5. Press the pedal to start stitching.

THREAD TENSION
1. Tension of the lower thread (Fig. 26) The tension
of the lower thread can be adjusted by adjusting
the hook tension spring screw . However, the
tension also will be affected because of the kinds
of the thread and the variations of the materials.
2. Tension of the upper thread (Fig. 27)
After adjusting the tension of the lower thread, the
adjustments of the tension of the upper thread
include.
(1)Reducing the pressure of the presser foot.
(2)Winding the thread nut .

The following cleaning process needs to be done
daily for maintaining machine at a good cond
on and for prolonging the machine life Besides,
before restarting the machine after an idling time, the
following cleaning processes are needed also.
ATTENTION
(1)Turn the power off before starting the cleaning
processes. Otherwise, accidentally pushing the
pedal may cause injuries.
(2)Be sure to put on gloves and protective glasses
for handling lubricant to avoid the eyes and the
skin injury, or fire occurring.
(3)In addition, do not drink the lubricant under any
circumstances. Drinking it may cause vomit and
diarrhea. Keep it away from children.
