Calibration (reference pitch) settings (

Each time you press the CAL buon, the calibration value (refer-
ence pitch) increases in 1 Hz steps. Hold down the buon for at
le
ast one second to reset the calibration to 440 Hz.
Setting ne tuning (
*M
)
With the PitchCrow-G in chromatic mode, press the FCN buon. The
FINE indicator (
) will light up. The meter will change to a strobe
indicator, allowing the instrument to be tuned more accurately. When
the pitch is high, the strobe indicators in the meter will light up, run-
ning from left to right. When the pitch is low, the indicators in the meter
wi
ll light up, running from right to left. Tune the instrument until the
indicators stop running. To cancel ne tuning, press the FCN buon. The
FINE indicator will turn o.
Specifying at/capo settings (
*M
)
Each time you hold down the FCN buon, the seing changes between at
and capo, with the current seing shown by the FLAT/CAPO indicator.
Flat (

To change the at seing, press the FCN buon while
the FLAT indicator is lit up.
To c hange t he capo se ing, press the FCN buon wh ile
the CAPO indicator is lit.
When the at or capo seing is set to 0, the FLAT/CAPO
indicator turns o after a few seconds, and the default
seing (no at or capo tuning) is applied.
Both at and capo tuning can be set in guitar mode, but only at tuning can be
set in bass mode, and neither at nor capo tuning can be set in chromatic mode.
Attaching to the instrument and range of motion
The PitchCrow-G tunes by picking up the vibrations of the instrument.
For the most accurate tuning, be sure to aach the PitchCrow-G to the
head stock of your instrument.
In addition, the joints marked A in the diagram below can be freely
moved so that the display is easy to read.
The PitchCrow-G may be damaged if you apply excessive force within its
range of motion, or attempt to move it beyond its intended range of motion.
Please carefully aach the PitchCrow- G to your
instrument. L eaving the PitchCrow- G aached
for a long time may damage or mark the instru-
ment's surface.
Depending on various factors such as age-
related change or the surface nish, there is a
possibility that your instrument may be dam-
aged by aaching this product.

Parts of the PitchCrow-G
Installing the battery
Make sure to turn the power o before you install or replace the baery.
When the baery begins to run low, the baery indicator
(
) will light up.
When the baery indicator lights up,the PitchCrow-G
will become less accurate. Replace the baery as soon as
possible to ensure accurate tuning.
1. Unlock part “A” of the battery holder, and then
slightly pull out the holder.
2. Tilt the baery holder, and then pull it up to remove
it.
3. Insert the baery into the baery holder, making
sure to observe the correct polarity.
4. Return the baery holder to its original position.
Backlight
The backlight will illuminate brightly when sound is detected or when
a buon is pressed. When there has been no sound detected for approxi-
mately three seconds, the backlight will dim slightly in order to prevent
th
e baery from being depleted.
Tuning
1. Press the power buon. The power will turn on/o each time you
press this buon.
If the power is left on for approximately 3 minutes without any user
input, it will turn o automatically.
2. If necessary, change the tuner mode, calibration (reference pitch),
ne tuning and at/capo seings.
The procedure wit h t he tuner mode set to chromat ic (factor y defau lt;
no mode indicator) is described below.
3. Play a single note on your instrument.
The display will show the name of the note
that’s closest to the pitch detected. Tune your
instrument to the correct pitch so that the
desired note name appears.
4.
Once again play a single note on your instrument, and adjust the tun-
ing so that the center segment of the meter (indicated by
) is lit up.
An indicator toward the right will light up if the pitch is too high,
and an indicator toward the left will light up if the pitch is too low.
Even if the pitch is within the range of detection, it may not be possible to detect
the pitch of an instrumental sound that contains large numbers of overtones
or a sound that has a rapid decay.
The meter may respond to vibrations it picks up from the environment; how-
ever, this will not aect tuning of the instrument.
Setting the tuner mode (

Each time you press the M buon, the tuner mode changes,
with the current mode shown by the mode indicator.

Additionally, when in the guitar and bass modes, the string
number closest to the detected pitch appears to the left of

In guitar mode, the 1st string overtightening warning indicator ( ) will light
to help prevent the 1st string from breaking as a result of overtightening.

(LB stands for low B, and HC stands for high C.)

CALボタンを押すたびにキャリブレーションの値（基準ピッチ）を
1Hz単位で上げることができます。長押しした場合は約1秒後に
440Hzにリセットされます。
ファイン・チューニングの設定
（
*M
）
クロマチック・モードのときに、FCNボタンを押すと、FINE表示
（
）が点灯します。このときメーターがファイン・チューニング
のできるストロボ表示になり、より正確なチューニングができま
す。メーターの点灯はピッチが高いときは左から右へ、低いときは右
から左へ流れるので、流れが止まるように楽器をチューニングしま
す。ファイン・チューニングを解除するときはFCNボタンを押して、
FINE表示を消灯します。
フラット/カポの設定

）
FCNボタンを長押しするたびに、フラット設定とカポタスト設定が
切り替わり、FLAT/CAPO表示に設定が表示されます。
フラット（
）→カポタスト（ ）→フラット（ ）...
フラットの設定をするときは、FLAT表示のときにFCNボ
タンを押します。
カポの設定をするときは、CAPO表示のときにFCNボタン
を押します。
フラットまたはカポの設定を0にすると、FLAT/CAPO表
示が数秒後に消灯し、標準設定（フラット、カポ設定なし）
になります。
ギター・モードではフラット、カポタストの設定ができますが、
ベース・モードではフラット設定のみ、クロマチック・モードでは
フラット、カポタストの設定はできません。
楽器への取り付けと可動範囲
本機は楽器本体の振動を拾ってチューニングを行います。そのため、
必ずご使用になる楽器のヘッド部分に取り付けて、チューニングを
行ってください。また、本機は下図のAの接続箇所を自由に動かすこと
によって、表示を見やすいように調節することができます。
可動範囲内であっても、過度な力で無理に向きを変えると破損す
る恐れがあります。
楽器への取り付け、取り外しはていね
いに行ってください。また、長時間取り
付けたままにすると、取り付け跡が残
る場合があります。
楽器の経年変化や塗装などの状態に
よっては、本機の装着により損傷を与
える恐れがあります。

電池の入れ方
電池を入れるときや交換するときは、本機の電源を切って行ってく
ださい。付属の電池は機能チェック用ですので、寿命の短い場合が
あります。
電池が消耗してくると、電池表示（ ）が点灯します。
しばらくの間は動作しますが、チューニングが正確に
できなくなります。速やかに新しい電池と交換して
ください。
1. 電池ホルダーのＡ部分のロックを外して、少し引
き上げます。
2. 電池ホルダーをななめ上方向へ引き上げて取り外
します。
3. 極性に注意して電池ホルダーに電池を入れます。
4. 電池ホルダーを元に戻します。
バックライト
音を入力したときと、ボタン操作時にバックライトが明るく点灯しま
す。約3秒間、音の入力が無くボタン操作もしないと、電池消耗を防ぐ
ため、低輝度の点灯になります。
チューニング
1. 電源ボタンを押します。押すたびに電源が入る、切れるを繰り返し
ます。
電源が入ったまま音の入力がない状態が約3分続くと、自動的に電
源が切れます。
2. 必要に応じてチューナー・モード、キャリブレーション（基準ピッ
チ）、ファイン・チューニング、フラット/カポの設定をします。
以下は、チューナー・モードがクロマチック（工場出荷時：モード
表示なし）の場合の説明になります。
3. 楽器を単音で鳴らします。認識した音に一番近い音名が表示され
ます。
合わせたい音名が表示されるように、楽器をおおまかにチューニ
ングしてください。
4.
楽器を単音で鳴らして、メーターの中央(▼)の位置が点灯する
ようにチューニングします。
測定範囲内の音程でも、倍音を多く含ん
だ楽器音や減衰の早い楽器音については、
測定できない場合があります。
周囲の環境によっては振動を拾いメー
ターが反応する場合がありますが、楽器
のチューニングには影響ありません。
チューナー・モードの設定

Mボタンを押すたびにチューナー・モードが切り替わり、モード表示
に現在のモードが表示されます。

El PitchCrow-G seguirá funcionando un tiempo, pero será me-
nos exacto. Reemplace la Batería tan pronto como sea posible.
1. Desbloquee la parte “A” del soporte de la batería y
después tire del soporte con suavidad.
2. Incline el soporte de la batería y después tire de él hacia
arriba para extraerlo.
3. Inserte la batería en el soporte y asegúrese de tener en
cuenta la polaridad correcta.
4. Vuelva a colocar el soporte de la batería en su posición original.
Retroiluminación
La retroiluminación se hace más brillante cuando hay sonido de entrada o
cuando se pulsa un botón. Si el usuario no realiza ninguna acción durante
aproximadamente tres segundos, la retroiluminación se atenuará ligera-
mente para evitar que la batería se agote.
Anación
1. Pulse el botón de alimentación. La unidad se enciende o se apaga cada
vez que Pulse este botón.
Si la alimentación se deja durante unos 3 minutos sin ningún sonido de
entrada, seapagará de forma Automática.
2. En caso necesario, cambie el modo de anador, la calibración (tono de
referencia), la anación precisa y los ajustes de bemol/cejilla.
El procedimiento con el modo de anador establecido en cromático
(valor de fábrica; sin indicador de modo) se describe a continuación.
3. Toque una sola nota en su instrumento.
La pantalla mostrará el nombre de la nota más cercana al tono detectado.
Ane su instrumento con el tono correcto para que aparezca el nombre
de la nota deseada.
4. De nuevo, toque una nota en su instrumento y ajuste la ana-
ción de forma que se ilumine el segmento central del medidor
(i
ndicado por
).
El indicador de la derecha se iluminará si el tono es demasiado agudo, y
el indicador de la izquierda se iluminará si es demasiado grave.
Aunque el tono esté dentro del rango de detección,
puede que no sea posible detectar el tono de un sonido
que contenga gran cantidad de armónicos o que tenga
una rápida caída.
El medidor puede responder a las vibraciones que
recoge del entorno; sin embargo, eso no afectará a
la anación del instrumento.
Ajuste del modo de anador (
*M
)
Cada vez que pulsa el botón M, el modo de anador cambia; el indi-
cador de modo muestra el modo actual.

Además, en los modos de bajo y guitarra, el número de cuerda más cercano
al tono detectado aparece a la izquierda del indicador de nombre de nota.

En el modo de guitarra, el indicador de advertencia de apriete
excesivo de la 1ª cuerda (
) se iluminará para ayudarle a evitar
que la 1ª cuerda se rompa debido al apriete excesivo.

LB, 4E, 3A, 2D, 1G, HC (LB indica B baja, y HC indica C alta).

Cada vez que pulsa el botón CAL, el valor de calibración (tono de
referencia) aumenta en pasos de 1 Hz. Mantenga pulsado el botón
durante al menos un segundo para reajustar la calibración a 440 Hz.
Ajuste de la anación precisa (
*M
)
Con el anador PitchCrow-G en modo cromático, pulse el botón FCN. El
indicador FINE (
) se iluminará. El medidor cambiará a un indicador
estroboscópico, que permite anar el instrumento con mayor precisión.
Cuando el tono sea alto, los indicadores estroboscópicos en el medidor
se iluminarán, de izquierda a derecha. Cuando el tono sea bajo, los in-
dicadores en el medidor se iluminarán, de derecha a izquierda. Ane el

strumento hasta que los indicadores dejen de iluminarse. Para cancelar
la anación precisa, pulse el botón FCN. El indicador FINE se apagará.
Especicación de ajustes de bemol/cejilla (
*M
)
Cada vez que mantiene pulsado el botón FCN, el ajuste cambia entre
bemol y cejilla, con el ajuste actual mostrado por el indicador FLAT/CAPO.

Para cambiar el ajuste de bemol, pulse el botón FCN
con el indicador FLAT iluminado.
Para cambiar el ajuste de cejilla, pulse el botón FCN
con el indicador CAPO iluminado.
Cuando el ajuste de bemol o cejilla se cambia a 0, el
indicador FLAT/CAPO se desactiva unos segundos después, y se aplica
el ajuste por defecto (sin anación de bemol ni de cejilla).
La anación de bemol y cejilla se puede establecer en el modo de guitarra, pero
únicamente la anación de bemol se puede establecer en el modo de bajo; en el
modo cromático no es posible ajustar ninguna de las dos anaciones.
Colocación en el instrumento e intervalo de movimiento
El sistema PitchCrow-G realiza la afinación recogiendo las vibra-
ciones del instrumento. Por ello, asegúrese de colocar el Pitch-
Crow-G en el cabezal del instrumento para poder anarlo.
Además, las uniones marcadas con A en el diagrama siguiente se pueden
de
splazar con libertad para facilitar la lectura de la pantalla.
El PitchCrow-G puede resultar dañado si ejerce una fuerza excesiva en su
intervalo de movimiento, o si intenta desplazarlo
más allá de su intervalo de movimiento previsto.
Por favor sujete con cuidado e PitchCrow-G a su
instrumento. Si deja el PitchCrow-G sujeto al ins-
trumento durante un largo periodo, puede dañar la
su
percie del instrumento.
Dependiendo de varios factores, como el envejeci-
miento del acabado de la supercie, existe la posi-
bilidad de que su instrumento pueda dañarse por la colocación del anador.
