I can't pair my Audio Adapter and Bluetooth-enabled device.
Try the following:
• Make sure that the battery in your Audio Adapter is fresh and is inserted correctly.
• Turn off both the Audio Adapter and Bluetooth-enabled device, then bring them within
one meter of each other and turn them on again.
• Make sure that there are no other Bluetooth devices within 10 meters, while you are
pairing them.
Can I use the Audio Adapter with my Personal Digital Assistant (PDA)?
Yes, you can use the Audio Adapter with your PDA, as long as it supports A2DP. For more
information on Bluetooth profiles, refer to the User's Guide for your PDA.
How far away from my Bluetooth-enabled devices can I be when using my
Audio Adapter?
When using your Audio Adapter with your Bluetooth-enabled devices, make sure that you
are within 10 meters (32.8 feet) of your Audio Adapter. Your Audio Adapter works best
when there are no obstructions, such as walls or other electronic devices, between your
Audio Adapter and Bluetooth-enabled devices. If you use your Audio Adapter too far away
from your Bluetooth-enabled devices, you may hear some crackling sounds.
What causes interference when using the Audio Adapter?
Devices that operate within the 2.4 GHz frequency spectrum (for example, cordless
phones and some wireless networking devices) may cause interference or crackling sounds
while you are using your Audio Adapter.
How secure is my Bluetooth connection?
When you pair your Audio Adapter and Bluetooth-enabled device, you are creating a
private link between both devices. The wireless Bluetooth technology prevents monitoring
by third parties.
