the green Humidity
indicator lights up.

Humidity can also vary according to
airflow. So, air temperature and airflow
can make a difference of humidity
condition between a room hygrometer
and the Humidity indicator on the
dehumidier.

Desiccant is a dehumidification method that does
not use coolants. Thus, it helps protect our global
environment. Furthermore, its dehumidifying
capacity does not drop even the room temperature
is low ( see figure below), so it can still achieve
its dehumidifying capacity even on cold winter days.

ability) absorbs the moisture and then expels dried air.

Operating the dehumidifier
Note "Auto" mode will automatically switch the heater on and off in order to maintain a humidity of
55%. (If humidity is less than 55%, operation will stop.)
When you press a button to turn the power on or off or switch the operating
mode, the unit will make a clicking sound. However, this is not a malfunction.
Ifnobuttonsarepressedfor24hours,operationwillstopautomaticallytoprevent
ifyouforgettoturnofftheunit.
WhentheunitstartsinLo speedmode,thefanwillblowatamediumlevelforthefirsttwo
seconds.
Be sure to wait for 2 minutes before unplugging the power cord. (The fan will operate for
about 2 more minutes after the unit is turned off for cooling down the heater.)
Do not place objects on top of the unit. (They may cause operating malfunctions or other
problems.) In particular, do not place magnets or metallic objects on the unit.
If the unit tips over, the built-in magnet for automatically stopping operation will operate,
the indicators will illuminate and operation will stop. (page 25)
