Getting Started
Installing the SIM Card (Optional)
NOTE: Make sure the device is turned off
when installing or removing the SIM card.
1. Loosen the screw and flip open the cover.
2. With the SIM card’s chip side facing the
back of the device and the beveled corner
pointing to the slot, insert the card all the
way into the slot.
3. Close the cover and tighten
the screw.
4. When using your device in
North America:
You must specify your North America
mobile network operator in Settings.
After starting up the device, go to
Settings Getac Settings LTE. Select
the LTE module firmware that matches
your mobile network operator. If your
operator is not listed in the menu, select
Generic.
Charging the Battery
Connect the AC adapter to charge the battery.
The battery charge indicator ( ) glows in
amber when charging is in progress. When
the battery is fully charged, the amber
indicator turns into green.
Performing the Initial Startup
You must use external AC power when
starting up the device for the very first time.
1. Press the power button ( ) to turn on
your device.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to
complete the setup process.
After the setup is completed, the Home
screen appears. You can now use the
device.
Operating Basics
Waking Up
Your device sleeps after a period of
inactivity. To wake up, press the power
button and, at the lock screen, drag the lock
icon to the other side of the screen.
Shutting Down
To shut down, press and hold the power
button until a menu pops up. Touch Power
off and then OK.
Home Screen
The Home screen is your starting point to
access all the features on your device.

Erste Schritte
SIM-Karteinstallieren (Optional)
HINWEIS: Achten Sie darauf, dass das Gerät
beim Installieren oder Entfernen der SIM-
Karte ausgeschaltet ist.
1. Lösen Sie die Schraube, klappen Sie die
Abdeckung auf.
2. Stecken Sie die Karte vollständig in den
Schlitz, wobei die Chipseite der SIM-Karte
zur Geräterückseite und die abgeschrägte
Ecke zum Schlitz zeigt.
3. Schließen Sie die Abdeckung,
ziehen Sie die Schraube fest.
4. Bei Verwendung Ihres Geräts
in Nordamerika:
Sie müssen Ihren nordamerikanischen
Mobilfunkbetreiber unter Einstellungen
angeben.
Rufen Sie nach Inbetriebnahme des Geräts
Settings (Einstellungen) Getac Settings
(Getac-Einstellungen) LTE auf. Wählen
Sie die Firmware des LTE-Moduls, die mit
Ihrem Mobilfunkbetreiber übereinstimmt.
Falls Ihr Betreiber im Menü nicht aufgelistet
ist, wählen Sie Generic (Generisch).
Aufladen des Akkus
Verbinden Sie zum Aufladen des Akkus das
AC-Netzteil.
Während des Ladevorgangs leuchtet die
Ladeanzeige ( ) gelb. Wenn der Akku
voll aufgeladen ist, wobei die gelbe Anzeige
dann grün leuchtet.
Erstmaliges Starten
Sie müssen das Gerät bei erstmaliger
Inbetriebnahme mit Netzstrom versorgen.
1. Schalten Sie Ihr Gerät durch Drücken des
Ein/Ausschalters ( ) ein.
2. Befolgen Sie zum Abschließen der Erstein-
richtung die Bildschirm-anweisungen.
Nach erfolgreichem Setup erscheint der
Startbildschirm. Sie können Ihr Gerät jetzt
bedienen.
Grundbedienung
Aufwecken
Nach einer bestimmten Dauer der Inaktivität
wechselt Ihr Gerät in den Ruhezustand.
Drücken Sie zum Aufwecken die Ein-/Austaste;
ziehen Sie das Schlosssymbol auf dem gesperr-
ten Bildschirm zu einer der Bildschirmseiten.
Abschalten
Halten Sie die Ein-/Austaste gedrückt, bis ein
Menü eingeblendet wird. Tippen Sie auf
Ausschalten.
Startbildschirm
Der Startbildschirm ist Ihr Startpunkt, von
dem aus Sie auf alle Funktionen Ihres Gerätes
zugreifen können.

Comenzar
Instalar la tarjeta SIM (opcional)
NOTA: Asegúrese de que el dispositivo está
apagado cuando instale o quite la tarjeta
SIM.
1. Afloje el tornillo y levante la cubierta
para abrirla.
2. Con el lado del chip de la tarjeta SIM
orientado hacia la parte posterior del
dispositivo y la esquina biselada apun-
tando hacia la ranura, inserte la tarjeta
completamente en dicha ranura.
3. Cierre la cubierta y apriete el
tornillo.
4. Cuando utilice el dispositivo
en Norteamérica:

de Norteamérica en Configuración.
Después de iniciar el dispositivo, vaya a
Settings (Configuración) Getac Settings
(Configuración de Getac) LTE. Seleccione
el firmware del módulo LTE que coincida

Generic (Genérico).
Cargar la batería
Conecte el adaptador de CA para cargar la
batería.
El indicador de carga ( ) se encenderá en
ámbar cuando la carga esté en proceso.

cargada, el indicador ámbar se pondrá verde.
Realizar el arranque inicial
Debe utilizar la alimentación de CA cuando
inicie el dispositivo por primera vez.
1. Pulse el botón de encendido ( ) para
encender el dispositivo.
2. Siga las instrucciones que aparezcan en la
pantalla para completar el proceso de
configuración inicial.
Después de completar la configuración,
aparecerá la pantalla principal. Ahora
puede utilizar su dispositivo.
Técnicas básicas
Activación
Su dispositivo entra en modo de espera tras
un período de inactividad. Para reactivar la
unidad, presione el botón de alimentación y,
en la pantalla de bloqueo, arrastre el icono
del candado al otro lado de la pantalla.
Apagado
Mantenga pulsado el botón de encendido
hasta que aparezca un menú emergente.

Pantalla principal

Mise en route
Installation de la carte SIM
(optionnel)
REMARQUE : Assurez-vous que l’appareil
est éteint lorsque vous installez ou retirez
la carte SIM.
1. Desserrer la vis et faites basculer le
couvercle.
2. Avec la face de la puce de la carte SIM
faisant face à l’appareil et le coin biseauté
pointant vers la fente, insérez la carte
entière dans la fente.
3. Refermez le couvercle puis
serrez la vis.
4. Si vous utilisez votre appareil
en Amérique du Nord :
Vous devez indiquer votre opérateur de
réseau mobile en Amérique du Nord dans
Paramètres.
Après avoir démarré l’appareil, allez dans
Settings (Paramètres) Getac Settings
(Paramètres Getac) LTE. Sélectionnez le
firmware du module LTE qui correspond à
votre opérateur de réseau mobile. Si votre
opérateur n’apparaît pas dans le menu,
sélectionnez Generic (Générique).
Charger la batterie
Connectez l’adaptateur CA pour recharger la
batterie.
L’indicateur de charge ( ) s’allume en
orange lorsque la charge est en cours. Le
voyant orange devient vert lorsque la
batterie est entièrement chargée.
Effectuer les premiers réglages
Vous devez utiliser l’alimentation CA lors du
démarrage de l’appareil pour la première fois.
1. Appuyez sur le bouton alimentation ( )
pour allumer votre appareil.
2. Suivez les instructions à l’écran pour
terminer le processus de mise en place
initial.
Une fois la configuration terminée, l’écran
d’accueil s’affiche. Vous pouvez maintenant

Réveil
Votre appareil se met en veille après une
période d’inactivité. Pour réveiller, appuyez

Installazione della scheda SIM

NOTA: Assicurarsi che il dispositivo sia spento

1. Allentare la vite ed aprire il coperchio.
2. Con il lato chip della scheda SIM rivolto
verso la parte posteriore del dispositivo e
l’angolo smussato rivolto verso l’alloggio,
inserire completamente la scheda
nell’alloggio.
3. Chiudere il coperchio e stringere
la vite.
4. Quando si usa il dispositivo in
Nord America:
È necessario specificare l’operatore di rete
mobile del Nord America in Impostazioni.
Dopo l’avvio del dispositivo, andare su
Settings (Impostazioni) Getac Settings
(Impostazioni Getac) LTE. Selezionare il
firmware del modulo LTE corrispondente
all’operatore di rete mobile. Se
l’operatore non viene elencato nel menu,
selezionare Generic (Generico).
Caricamento della batteria
Collegare il trasformatore CA per caricare la
batteria.
Durante il caricamento, l’indicatore di carica
( ) si illumina di colore ambra. Quando la
batteria è completamente carica, l’indicatore

Перед началом работы
Установка SIM-карты (опция)
ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ: Перед установкой и
извлечением SIM-карты обязательно
выключайте устройство.
1. Ослабьте винт и откиньте крышку.
2. Расположив SIM-карту стороной с
контактами к задней панели устройства
и скошенным углом к гнезду, вставьте
ее до упора в гнездо.
3. Закройте крышку и затяните
винт.
4. При использовании
устройства в Северной Америке:
Необходимо указать оператора сотовой
связи в Северной Америке на странице
Настройки.
После запуска устройства откройте
страницу Settings (Настройки) Getac
Settings (Настройки Getac) LTE.
Выберите прошивку модуля LTE,
подходящую для вашего оператора
сотовой связи. Если вашего оператора
связи нет в списке, выберите пункт
Generic (Типовой).
Зарядка батареи
Чтобы зарядить батарею, подключите
сетевой блок питания.
В процессе зарядки ( ) индикатор
заряда батареи светится желтым цветом.
После полной зарядки батареи индикатор
станет зеленым.
Первоначальный запуск
Первое включение устройства необходимо осу-
ществлять, подключив его к электрической сети.
1. Нажмите кнопку питания ( ), чтобы
включить устройство.
2. Следуйте инструкциям на экране, чтобы
выполнить процесс настройки.
По окончании настройки отобразится
главный экран. После этого устройство
можно использовать.
Основные процедуры
Пробуждение
Данное устройство переходит в спящий
режим после бездействия в течение
определенного времени. Чтобы пробудить
устройство, нажмите кнопку питания и на
странице блокировки перетащите значок
блокировки вбок.
Выключение
Чтобы выключить устройство, нажмите и
удерживайте кнопку питания до тех пор, пока
не отобразится всплывающее меню. Выбе-
рите пункт Отключить питание, а затем — OK.
Главный экран
Главный экран — это отправная точка для
доступа ко всем функциям устройства.
