ステンレスバンドを使ってクレードルなどを装着する前に，まずバンド
のみを支柱に仮組みして，正しく取り付けられるよう準備をしてください。
ステンレスバンドはあらかじめ支柱と同じ径の
パイプを使って形を整えてありますが，輸送中の
衝撃などで変形してしまっている場合があります。
ステンレスバンドを支柱に巻き付けたとき，
バンドの両端がぴったりと重なり合い，さらに
ナットがボルトの延長線に対して直角になるよう，
バンド端の曲げ角度を手で調整してください。
この作業を行なわない場合の取り付けは保証でき
ません。ご注意ください。
バンド端がぴったりと重なっていない場合，
特にナット側が曲がってしまっているとボルトは
正しくねじ込ません。
ボルトが途中で止まってしまうのは，ナットに
対して斜めにねじ込んでしまっているためです。
ボルトは少なくとも３回転以上は指でねじ込んで
いき，工具はそれ以降の最終的な締め付けでのみ
使用してください。最初から工具を使用しないこと。

Prior to installing the bike cradle with using the stainless band, try to check if the
band is in proper shape by temporally assembling the band alone to the pillar.
The supplied stainless band is pre-formed in the
factory by using the same diameter tube.
However, it may be deformed due to the rough
handling or heavy shock during shipment.
So checking the band shape is crusial.
Check if both band ends are fully overlapping each
other without any clearance and the nut is set at
exactly right angle to the bolt.
If not, bend the band end manually to adjust the
band shape properly.
If the band end angle is not correct, you should not
be able to screw the bolt properly.
If the bolt has been stuck in the beginning of
screwing, the bolt is not set straight, but angled.
Be sure you turn the bolt manually at least 3
revolutions, then use your tool.
Do not use tool from the beginning.
