Location
Using the unit in the following locations can result in a malfunction.

Installing the battery
When the battery becomes depleted, a
battery symbol ( ) will appear on the
display. Immediately replace the battery
with a new one.
1. Open the battery compartment cover on
the rear of the tuner in the direction of
the arrow.
2. Insert the battery, making sure to observe
the correct polarity, and then close the
cover.
Attaching to the instrument and range of motion
The AW-LT100V tunes by picking up the
vibrations of the instrument. Therefore, attach
the AW-LT100V to the headstock of your
instrument in order to tune it. Additionally, the
AW-LT100V can be freely moved so that the
display is easy to read.
The AW-LT100V may be damaged if you
apply excessive force within its range of
motion, or attempt to move it beyond its
intended range of motion.
Please carefully attach the AW-LT100V to
your instrument. Leaving the AW-LT100V
attached for a long time may damage or
mark the instrument's surface.
Depending on various factors such as age-
related change or the surface nish, there is
a possibility that your instrument may be damaged by attaching this
product.
Tuning
Tuning procedure
1. Turn the left shuttle switch upward. Each time you turn the shuttle
switch, the AW-LT100V will be turned on or o.
If the power is left on for approximately 20 minutes without any user
input, it will turn o automatically (Auto power-o function).
2. If necessary, change the reference pitch (calibration) and tuner mode.
The procedure with the tuner mode set to chromatic (factory default; no
mode indicator,) is described below.
3. Play a single note on your instrument.
The note name closest to the detected
pitch appears in the note name
indicator. Tune your instrument until
the correct note name appears in the
display and the meter segments at the
center ( ) light up.
An indicator toward the right will light
up if the pitch is too high, and an indicator toward the left will
light up if the pitch is too low. If you want to tune to a pure major
third or pure minor third above a certain note, adjust the pitch to
the pure major or minor third marks on the meter. For example
if you want to tune to a pure major third above A, make the note
name indicator read C#, and tune so that the meter indicates the
left . Alternatively, if you want to tune to a pure minor third
above A, make the note name indicator read C, and tune so that
the meter indicates the right .
Even if the pitch is within the range of detection, it may not
be possible to detect the pitch of an instrumental sound that
contains large numbers of overtones or a sound that has a rapid
decay.
The meter may respond to vibrations it picks up from the
environment; however, this will not affect tuning of the
instrument.
Setting the tuner mode (*M)
Each time you turn the left shuttle switch downward, the tuner mode
changes, with the current mode shown by the tuner mode indicator.

In the violin and viola modes, the string number closest
to the detected pitch appears to the left of the note name
indicator.

In the violin and viola modes, appears in the
lower-left corner of the display to indicate the pure fth
temperament relative to the A string.
Reference pitch settings (calibration) (*M)
Each time you turn the right shuttle switch upward (or downward),
the reference pitch (calibration value) increases (or decreases) in 1 Hz
steps.
Backlight
After turning the left shuttle switch upward to turn on the AW-
LT100V, you can change the brightness of the display by keeping the
left shuttle switch turned upward for approximately 2 seconds.
Auto : The backlight will light brightly when sound is inputted or
when a shuttle switch is operated. When there has been no sound
input or shuttle switch operation for approximately three seconds
after the power has been turned on, the backlight will turn off in
order to prevent the battery from being depleted.
Soft : The backlight will light at a lower level of brightness in order to
prevent the battery from being depleted.

Mise en place de la pile
Quand la pile commence à s’épuiser,
l’indicateur de pile ( ) s’allume.
Remplacez la pile sans tarder, en veil-
lant à utiliser une pile neuve.
1. Ouvrez le couvercle du compartiment
de la pile au dos de l’accordeur, en
tirant le couvercle dans la direction
de la èche.
2. Insérez une pile neuve dans le com-
partiment de la pile en respectant les
indications de polarité, puis refermez le couvercle.
Fixation sur l’instrument et plage
de manœuvre de l’accordeur
L’AW-LT100V détermine l’accordage en cap-
tant les vibrations de l’instrument. Veillez donc
à xer l’AW-LT100V sur la tête de votre instru-
ment pour garantir un accordage fiable. En
outre, vous pouvez déplacer et manoeuvrer
l’AW-LT100V comme bon vous semble pour
une lisibilité parfaite de son écran.
Vous risquez d’endommager l’AW-
LT100V si vous le manipulez avec une
force excessive ou si vous tentez de le
manipuler en dehors de sa plage de
manoeuvre.
S’il vous plait, attachez soigneusement
l’AW-LT100G à votre instrument. Le laisser
attaché pendant un long moment peut
rayer la surface de votre instrument.
Selon divers facteurs tels que la nition, l’âge et l’état de l’instru-
ment, il se pourrait que le système de xation à pince abîme la
nition de l’instrument.
Accordage
Procédure d’accordage
1. Tournez le sélecteur rotatif gauche vers le haut. Chaque tour de
ce sélecteur active et coupe alternativement l’alimentation du AW-
LT100V.
Si vous laissez l’appareil allumé pendant environ 20 minutes sans
capter aucun son, il s’éteindra automatiquement. (Mise hors ten-
sion automatique)
2. Si nécessaire, changez la hauteur de référence (calibrage) et le mode
d’accordeur.
La procédure ci-dessous décrit le mode d’accordeur chromatique
(réglage par défaut, pas d’indicateur de mode).
3. Jouez une note isolée sur l’instrument. Le nom de la note la plus
proche de la hauteur détectée s’affiche sur l’indicateur du nom
de la note. Accordez votre instrument jusqu’à ce que le nom de la
note correcte apparaisse sur l’achage et que le segment central
() s’allume.
Le témoin côté droit s’allume si la note
est trop haute et le témoin côté gauche
s’allume si la note est trop basse. Si vous
voulez vous accorder une tierce ma-
jeure pure ou une tierce mineure pure
plus haut qu’une note donnée, réglez
la hauteur de sorte que l’écran affiche
l’indicateur de tierce majeure pure ou de tierce mineure pure. Si, par
exemple, vous voulez vous accorder une tierce majeure pure au-dessus
de La, veillez à ce que l’indicateur du nom de la note corresponde à “C#”,
et accordez-vous de sorte que le segment de gauche (repéré par )
s’allume à l’écran. Pour vous accorder une tierce mineure pure au-des-
sus de La, veillez à ce que l’indicateur du nom de la note corresponde à
“C”, et accordez-vous de sorte que le segment de droite (repéré par )
s’allume à l’écran.
Même si la note se trouve à l’intérieur de la plage de détection,
elle peut ne pas être détectée si le son de l’instrument de musique
contient un grand nombre d’harmoniques ou un temps de descente
rapide.
Il se pourrait que l’accordeur réagisse à des vibrations ambiantes qu’il
capte.
Réglage du mode d’accordeur (*M)
Chaque fois que vous tournez le sélecteur rotatif gauche vers le bas, le
mode d’accordeur change et l’indicateur de mode signale le mode actif.

En modes violon et alto, l’écran affiche dans son
coin inférieur gauche, signalant qu’il s’agit du tempérament à
quintes justes par rapport à la corde de La.
Réglages de la hauteur de référence (calibrage) (*M)
Chaque fois que vous tournez le sélecteur rotatif droit vers le haut (ou
vers le bas), la valeur de hauteur de référence (calibrage) augmente (ou
diminue) par pas de 1 Hz.
Rétroéclairage
Après avoir mis le AW-LT100V sous tension en tournant son sélecteur ro-
tatif gauche vers le haut, vous pouvez changer la luminosité de l’achage
en maintenant le sélecteur rotatif gauche tourné vers le haut pendant
environ 2 secondes.
Auto : Le rétroéclairage s’allume de façon vive quand un signal est reçu
ou quand vous actionnez un sélecteur rotatif. En l’absence de signal et de
manipulation des sélecteurs rotatifs pendant environ trois secondes après
la mise sous tension, le rétroéclairage s’éteint automatiquement pour pré-
server la pile.
Léger : La luminosité de rétroéclairage est plus faible pour préserver la
pile.

Einsetzen der Batterie
Wenn die Batterie fast erschöpft ist,
leuchtet die Batterieanzeige ( ) auf. Er-
setz en Sie die Batterie umgehend durch
eine neue.
1. Klappen Sie den Batteriefachdeckel auf
der Rückseite des Stimmgeräts in Pfeil-
richtung auf.
2. Legen Sie die Batterie ein und achten Sie
hierbei auf die richtige Polarität. Schließen
Sie den Deckel.
Anbringen am Instrument
und Bewegungsspielraum
Das AW-LT100V stimmt Ihr Instrument, indem es
dessen Schwingungen aufnimmt. Aus diesem
Grund sollte das AW-LT100V zum Stimmen an
der Kopfplatt e Ihres Instruments angebracht
werden. Darüber hinaus kann das AW-LT100V
frei bewegt werden, um die Ablesbarkeit des
Displays zu verbessern.
Das AW-LT100V kann beschädigt werden,
wenn innerhalb des Bewegungsspielraums
übermäßige Kraft auf das Gerät ausgeübt
wird bzw. wenn versucht wird, es über den
Bewegungsspielraum hinaus zu bewegen.
Bitte befestigen sie das AW-LT100V vorsich-
tig an ihrem Instrument. Wenn sie das AW-
LT100V für längere Zeit an ihrem Instrument
befestigt lassen, kann dies zu Veränderun-
gen an der Ober äche des Instruments führen.
Abhängig von verschiedenen Faktoren wie z. B. altersbedingte Verände-
rungen der Lackierung/Ober äche Ihres Instrumentes, kann es vorkom-
men dass ein Anbringen dieses Produkts zu einer Beschädigung führt.
Tuning
Stimmen
1. Drehen Sie den linken Shuttle-Schalter nach oben. Mit jedem Dreh
dieses Shuttle-Schalters nach oben schalten Sie den AW-LT100V ein
bzw. aus.
Wenn das Gerät ca. 20 Minuten ohne jedwede Nutz ereingabe einge-
schaltet bleibt, schaltet es automatisch aus (Die Energiesparfunktion).
2. Falls nötig, ändern Sie den Referenzton (Kalibrierung) und den
Stimm-Modus.
Die Vorgehensweise mit dem chromatischen Stimm-Modus (Werkseinstel-
lung, keine Modus-Anzeige) wird unten stehend beschrieben.
3. Spielen Sie eine Einzelnote auf dem Instrument. In der Notenna-
men-Anzeige erscheint die Note, die der ermitt elten Tonhöhe am
nächsten liegt. Stimmen Sie Ihr Instrument, bis der korrekte Notenname
im Display erscheint und die mittleren Stimmanzeigesegmente ( )
aueuchten.

„C#“ als Notenname angezeigt wird, und die Note dann so stimmen,
dass das Meter auf der linken Markierung steht. Möchten Sie aber
auf eine reine kleine Terz über „A“ stimmen, müssen Sie dafür sorgen,
dass „C“ als Notenname angezeigt wird, und die Note dann so stim-
men, dass das Meter auf der rechten Markierung steht.
Auch wenn die Tonhöhe innerhalb des Erkennungsbereichs ist, kann
die Tonhöhe eventuell nicht richtig ermittelt werden, wenn der
Klang eines Instruments sehr obertonreich ist oder rasch abklingt.
Das Stimmgerät kann auf Schwingungen aus der Umgebung
reagieren.
Einstellen des Stimm-Modus (*M)
Mit jedem Dreh des linken Shuttle-Schalters nach unten ändert sich
der Stimm-Modus, wobei der aktuelle Modus in der Modus-Anzeige
erscheint.

Referenzton einstellen (Kalibrierung) (*M)
Mit jedem Dreh des rechten Shuttle-Schalters nach oben (bzw. un-
ten) erhöht (bzw. erniedrigt) sich der Referenzton (Kalibrierungswert)
um 1 Hz.
Hintergrundbeleuchtung
Nachdem Sie den AW-LT100V durch Drehen des linken Shuttle-Schal-
ters nach oben eingeschaltet haben, können Sie die Helligkeit des
Displays einstellen, indem Sie den linken Shuttle-Schalter etwa 2
Sekunden lang nach oben gedreht halten.
Auto : Die Hintergrundbeleuchtung leuchtet hell, wenn ein Eingangs-
signal anliegt bzw. wenn Sie einen Shuttle-Schalter bedienen. Liegt
etwa 3 Sekunden nach dem Einschalten kein Signal an und wird der
Shuttle-Schalter nicht bedient, erlischt die Hintergrundbeleuchtung,
um die Batterie zu schonen.
Soft : Die Hintergrundbeleuchtung leuchtet weniger hell, um die Bat-
terie zu schonen.

Instalación de la Pila
Cuando la pila comience a agotarse,
se iluminará el indicador de pila
(). Reemplace inmediatamente
la pila por una nueva.

Colocación en el instrumento
e intervalo de movimiento
El sistema AW-LT100V realiza la afinación
recogiendo las vibraciones del instrumento.
Por ello, asegúrese de colocar el AW-LT100V
en el cabezal del instrumento para poder
afinarlo. Además, el AW-LT100V se puede
mover libremente para leer la pantalla con
facilidad.
El AW-LT100V puede resultar dañado
si ejerce una fuerza excesiva en su
intervalo de movimiento, o si intenta
desplazarlo más allá de su intervalo de
movimiento previsto.
Por favor sujete con cuidado el AW-
LT100V a su instrumento. Si deja el AW-
LT100V sujeto al instrumento durante
un largo periodo, puede dañar la super-
cie del instrumento.
Dependiendo de varios factores, como el envejecimiento del aca-
bado de la supercie, existe la posibilidad de que su instrumento
pueda dañarse por la colocación del anador.
Anación
Procedimiento de anación
1. Gire el interruptor de rueda izquierdo hacia arriba. Cada vez que
se gira el interruptor de rueda hacia arriba, el AW-LT100V se en-
ciende o se apaga.
Si la alimentación se deja encendida durante unos 20 minutos sin
ningún sonido de entrada, se apagará de forma automática (Fun-
ción de apagado automático).
2. Si es necesario, cambie el tono de referencia (calibración) y el
modo de anador.
El procedimiento con el modo de anador establecido en cromático
(valor de fábrica; sin indicador de modo) se describe a continuación.
3. Toque una sola nota en su instrumento. El nombre de nota más
cercano al tono detectado aparece en el indicador de nombre de
nota. Afine el instrumento hasta que
aparezca en la pantalla el nombre de
nota correcto y se iluminen los segmen-
tos centrales del medidor ( ).
El indicador de la derecha se iluminará
si el tono es demasiado agudo, y el indi-
cador de la izquierda se iluminará si es
demasiado grave. Si desea anar una tercera mayor pura o una tercera
menor pura por encima de una cierta nota, ajuste el tono hasta que la
tercera mayor o menor pura se marque en el medidor. Por ejemplo, si
desea anar una tercera mayor pura por encima de A, haga que el indi-
cador de nombre de nota marque C# y ane de forma que el medidor
indique la izquierda . Asimismo, si desea anar una tercera menor
pura por encima de A, haga que el indicador de nombre de nota mar-
que C y ane de forma que el medidor indique la derecha .
Aunque el tono esté dentro del rango de detección, puede que no sea
posible detectar el tono de un sonido que contenga gran cantidad de
armónicos o que tenga una rápida caída.
El medidor puede responder a las vibraciones que recoge del entorno.
Ajuste del modo de anador (*M)
Cada vez que gire hacia abajo el interruptor de rueda izquierdo, el modo
de anador cambiará; el indicador de modo de anador muestra el modo
activo en cada momento.

Cambio del tono de referencia (calibración) (*M)
Cada vez que gira el interruptor de rueda derecho hacia arriba (o hacia
abajo), el valor de tono de referencia (calibración) aumenta (o disminuye)
en pasos de 1 Hz.
Retroiluminación
Después de girar hacia arriba el interruptor de rueda izquierdo para
encender el AW-LT100V, puede cambiar la intensidad de la pantalla man-
teniendo girado hacia arriba el interruptor de rueda izquierdo durante
aproximadamente 2 segundos.
Auto : La retroiluminación se hace más intensa cuando entra sonido
o cuando se acciona uno de los interruptores de rueda. Cuando no ha
entrado sonido ni se ha accionado ninguno de los interruptores de rueda
durante aproximadamente tres segundos después de haber encendido
la alimentación, la retroiluminación se apagará para evitar que se gaste la
pila.
Suave : La retroiluminación tiene un nivel de intensidad más bajo para
evitar que la pila se gaste.

本機は楽器本体の振動を拾ってチュー
ニングをします。ご使用になる楽器の

可動範囲内であっても、過度な力
で無理に向きを変えると破損する
恐れがあります。

長時間取り付けたままにすると、

楽器の経年変化や塗装などの状態
によっては、本機の装着により損

チューニング
チューニングの方法
1.シャトル・スイッチLを上方向に回します。回すたびに、電
源が入る、切れるを繰り返します。
音の入力がない状態が約20分続くと、自動的に電源が切れ
ます（オート・パワー・オフ機能）。
2.必要に応じて基準ピッチ（キャリブレーション）、チュー
ナー・モードの設定をします。
以下は、チューナー・モードがクロマチック（工場出荷時：モー
ド表示なし、平均律）の場合の説明になります。
3.楽器を単音で鳴らします。認識した音に一番近い音名が音
名表示に表示されます。合わせたい音名を表示し、メーター
が中央（ ）の位置を指すようにチューニングします。
音が高いときは向かって右側が、低いときは向かって左側
が点灯します。ある音に対し
て、純正の長3度上、または純
正の短3度上にチューニング
するには、メーターをそれぞ
れ純正長/短3度マークにあわ
せます。例えば、Aの音に対し
て、純正の長3度上の音にするには、音名表示をC♯にして、
メーターを左側の に合わせます。また、Aの音に対して、
純正の短3度上の音にするには、音名表示をCにして、メー
ターを右側の に合わせます。
測定範囲内の音程でも、倍音を多く含んだ楽器音や減衰の
早い楽器音は、測定できない場合があります。
周囲の環境によっては振動を拾いメーターが反応する場合
があります。

バックライト
電源を入れるとき、シャトル・スイッチLをそのまま約2秒間
上方向に回したままにすると、表示の明るさを切り替えるこ
とができます。
オート：音を入力したときとシャトル・スイッチ操作時に、バッ
クライトが明るく点灯します。動作中に約3秒間、音の入力が
