H-８６９ 耐食ビット付ハンダゴテの取り扱いについて次の点にご注意ください。
ご使用上の注意

間違った使い方をすると思わぬ事故につながります。
各工具の使用目的を守ってください。
１．工具類のハンドルは絶縁ではありません。電気が流れている個所には使用しないでく
ださい。感電するおそれがあります。
２．切断用やストリップ用の工具をご使用の際は保護メガネを着用してください。切断片が
目に入ると大変危険です。
警告
１．通電中はハンドル以外を触らないでください。ヤケドのおそれがあります。
２．燃えやすいもの、可燃物の近くでは使用しないでください。火災の原因となります。
３．使用時にはコテ台を併用してください。火災ややけどの原因となります。
４．規定以上の電圧を与えないでください。火災の原因となります。
５．電源コードに傷や破損が認められるときは使用しないでください。火災や感電の
おそれがあります。
警告
１．初めて通電されたときに煙が出ますが故障ではありません。煙は数分で収まり、以後
は発煙しません。
２．ビット固定のビスを強く締めすぎないでください。温度が上がるとビットが曲がってヒー
ターから抜けなくなります。
３．コテ先は鉛フリーハンダで覆っており、少し長く空焼きをすると焼き付きをおこします。
初めて通電されるときは 新しいハンダを盛ってから使用してください。
収納の際は、一度ハンダをふきとってから新しいハンダで先端を覆い、電源を切ってく
ださい。
先端以外は、特殊鉄メッキにアルミ皮膜です。絶対にヤスリがけしないでください。
注意
１．サイズに適合性のある工具はサイズを確認してご使用ください。
２．工具に割れ、欠け、摩耗、変形が認められるときは使用しないでください。
３．工具を改造しないでください。
４．工具によっては鋭利な部分があります。持ち運びや保管には注意してください。
注意
Ｈ-８ コテ先クリーナー について
１．コテ受け部を持つと、本体からコテ受けが外れますので、
写真のように樹脂の部分を持って取り出してください。
２．ご使用中、コテ受け部は高温になります。やけどに注意
してください。
３．スポンジは必ず水を含ませて膨らませてから使用してくだ
さい。用途に応じて１個使い、２個使いをお選びください。

When handling the H-869 SOLDERING IRON (with corrosion resistant tip), note the
following instructions.
1. Do not touch an area other than the handle while power is on. This could cause a
burn.
2. Do not use the soldering iron near flammable or combustible materials.
This could cause a fire.
3. Use a soldering iron stand to avoid causing a fire or burn.
4. Do not supply greater than rated voltage. This could cause a fire.
5. Do not use if a cut or damage is found on power cord. This could cause a fire or a
shock.
Warning
1. Handles of tools are not insulated. Do not use on energized places. This could
cause a shock.
2. Wear goggles to protect your eyes against flying debris when using cutting or stripping
tools.Core wire or insulation fragments could injure your eyes.
Warning
1. It is normal for a new soldering iron to smoke during first use, but smoke will soon
stop.
2. Do not tighten the tip set screw excessively. Otherwise, this could cause an
accident (e.g., damaging the heater) due to the tip which will be easily bent by the
screw when heating.
3. The tip of the soldering iron is covered with lead-free solder which is easily burned
and stuck if heated without using even for a short time.
Tin with solder when energize for the first time.
Turn off the power after wipe the used solder and tin with new solder.
Do not file this tip since the area other than the point is covered with iron and
aluminum plate.
Caution
1. Use the proper tool size for each application.
2. Do not use tools which are cracked, broken, worn, or deformed, etc.
3. Do not remodel the tools.
4. Some tools have sharp parts. Be careful in carrying and keeping.
Caution
About the H-8 TIP CLEANING TRAY
1. Hold the plastic portions as the photo to prevent the
metallic holding rod from falling apart.
2. The holding rod becomes hot when in use. Be careful to
burn especially.
3. Use the sponge in a wetted condition. You can use one
or two sponges depending on your application.
