押しつけながら
ねじロック式りゅうずについて
誤操作の防止と防水性の向上のために、使わないときにりゅうずをねじでロック
できる構造です。
●りゅうずを操作するときはロックをはずしてください。
●操作が終わったらロックをしてください。
【ロックのはずしかた】
りゅうずを左（ 下 方 向）に回してください。
ねじがゆるんで、りゅうずが操作できるよう
になります。
【ロックのしかた】
りゅうずを時計本体に軽く押しつけながら
右（上方向）に止まるところまで回してくだ
さい。

ぜんまいの巻き上げについて
この時計は自動巻（手巻付き）です。
腕に着けてご使用いただくと、自然な腕の動きでぜんまいが自動的に巻き上がります。
止まっている時計を駆動させるときは、りゅうずを回してぜんまいを巻き上げることを
おすすめします。
※ この時計のぜんまいは、必要以上に巻き上がらない構造になっています。
フル巻き上げの状態から更にりゅうずを回しても、ぜんまいはそれ以上巻き上がりません。りゅうずを回し続けても
時計が壊れることはありませんが、無理な操作はお控えください。
※ 低温下（０℃以下）では、パワーリザーブ表示が１／６以上の状態でご使用ください。時計が止まる可能性があります。
■ 巻き上げのめやす
自動巻：１日あたり12 時間の携帯で、連続して３～５日間使用すると、
フル巻き上げの状態になります。

手巻 ：りゅうずを 5 回転させると、約 10 時間ぶん巻き上げることができます。
ぜんまいの巻き上げ状態については、パワーリザーブ表示を確認してください。

パワーリザーブ表示について
時計を腕からはずして置いておくときは、次に使用（携帯）
するときまで動き続けるかどうかをパワーリザーブ表示で
確認し、必要に応じてぜんまいを巻き上げてください。
（時計を止めないようにして使い続けるためには、余裕を
持った時間ぶんを巻き上げるようにしてください。）
※ 持続時間はお客様の使用状況（時計を携帯、使用する時間や運動量など）によって異なります。
※
1 日の使用時間が短いときは、パワーリザーブ表示を確認の上、必要に応じてぜんまいを巻き上げてください。

日付と時針を合わせます。

・時刻を合わせる前に、ぜんまいを充分に巻き上げてください。
（パワーリザーブ表示を見て、フル巻き上げの状態にしてください。）
・止まっている時計を駆動させ時刻を合わせるときは、ぜんまいを充分に巻き上げ、
３０秒以上秒針が動いてから、りゅうずを２段目に引き出してください。
・りゅうずを２段目まで引き出すと秒針が止まります。秒針を止めている時間は
３０分以内にしてください。それ以上の時間りゅうずを引き出していたときは、
一旦りゅうずを押し込み、３０秒以上秒針が動いてから時刻合わせを行ってください。
・時針を逆回りに動かし、午前 0 時を通過させて、午後 9 時から午前 0 時に合わせるときは、
午後 8 時まで時針を戻してから合わせてください。（日付を戻すための動作です。）
■ より正確に時刻を合わせるために
スプリングドライブの構造上、下記の点に注意しながら操作していただくと
より正確に時刻が合わせられます。

この時計の日付表示は、1日～ 31日となっています。小の月（2、4、6、9、11月）が
終わった翌日などに、日付合わせを行ってください。

■ 24 時針の使いかた
24 時針には以下の 3 つの使いかたがあります。
●午前・午後を区別する（通常の使いかた）
●簡易方位計として使う（24 時針が現在の時刻のとき）
時分針が示す時刻を 24 時間制で表示します。
方位付き回転ベゼルを使って、方位を知ることができます。

固定するための留めねじがあります。
留めねじは絶対にゆるめないでください。

・この回転ベゼルを固定している留めねじは、絶対にゆるめないでください。
故障や紛失の原因になります。
※ 留めねじに異常を発見した場合は、お買い上げ店、または弊社お客様相談窓口に

・ケースは、厚く特殊な構造をしています。携帯時に他のものにぶつけるなどして、
ケガをする可能性もありますので、携帯中は十分な注意が必要です。

時計の裏側に、パーソナルデータを刻印できるようになっています。
刻印内容は、名前、国籍、血液型、生年月日の 4 つです。自分のものである証となり、
かつ緊急非常事態時における対応に役立つものとなります。

【刻印例の解説】
①名前は、イニシャルで表現しています。
②国籍については、英字略語 3 文字での表現となっております。
③血液型は、A・B・O・AB 型と Rh の＋と－について 3 文字以内で刻印します。
例 Rh ＋の O 型の人は ＋ O
Rh －の A 型の人は － A となります。
④生年月日は、西暦の下 2 桁と月、日を使い日 - 月 - 年の順に並べます。
この順序で刻印することによって世界中で認識され易くなります。
例 1965 年 9 月 23 日生まれの人は「23-09-'65」となります。

お手入れについて
●日ごろからこまめにお手入れしてください
・ 水分や汗、汚れはこまめに柔らかい布でふき取るように心がけてください。

●皮革バンド
・水や汗、直射日光には弱く、色落ちや劣化の原因になります。

・色の薄いバンドは、汚れが目立ちやすいので、ご使用の際はご注意ください。
・時計本体が日常生活用強化防水で 10（２０）気圧防水になっているものでも、アクアフリー
バンド以外の皮革バンドは、入浴中や水泳・水仕事などでのご使用はお控えください。
●ポリウレタンバンド
・光で色があせたり、溶剤や空気中の湿気などにより劣化する性質があります。
・特に半透明や白色・淡い色のバンドは、他の色を吸着しやすく、また変色をおこします。
・汚れたら水で洗い、乾いた布でよくふき取ってください。

時計をつけた状態で、指一本入る程度が適当です。

バンドは直接肌に触れ、汗やほこりで汚れます。そのため、お手入れが悪いとバンド
が早く傷んだり、肌のかぶれ・そで口の汚れなどの原因になります。長くお使いになる
ためには、こまめなお手入れが必要です。
●金属バンド
・ステンレスバンドも水や汗・汚れをそのままにしておくと、さびやすくなります。
・手入れが悪いと、かぶれやワイシャツのそで口が黄色や金色に汚れる原因になります。
・水や汗・汚れは、早めに柔らかな布でふき取ってください。
・バンドのすき間の汚れは、水で洗い、柔らかな歯ブラシなどで取り除いてください。
（時計本体は水にぬれないように、台所用ラップなどで保護しておきましょう。）
・チタンバンドでも、ピン類に強度に優れたステンレスが使用されているものがあり、
ステンレスからさびが発生することがあります。
・さびが進行すると、ピンの飛び出しや抜けが発生し、時計を脱落させてしまうことが
あります。また、逆に中留が外れなくなることがあります。
・万が一ピンが飛び出している場合は、怪我をする恐れがありますので、ただちに使用をや
めて修理をご依頼ください。

ルミブライトは、放射能などの有害物質をまったく含んでいない環境・人に安全な蓄光（蓄え
た光を放出する）物質です。太陽光や照明のあかりを短時間（約 10 分間：500 ルクス以上）
で吸収して蓄え、暗い中で長時間（約 3 時間～ 5 時間）光を放つ夜光です。
なお、蓄えた光を発光させていますので、輝度（明るさ）は時間が経つにしたがって、だんだ
ん弱まっていきます。また、光を蓄える際のまわりの明るさや、時計との距離、光の吸収度合
いにより、光を放つ時間には多少の誤差が生じることがあります。

ホール）をおすすめします。この時計のムーブメントは、機構の性質上、動力を伝達
する歯車部分に常に力が加わっています。これらが常に機能するためには、定期的な
部品の洗浄、油の交換、精度の調整、機能チェック、消耗部品の交換などが大切です。
特に、お買い上げ後最初の分解掃除による点検調整（オーバーホール）を行うことが、
長く使用するためには重要です。
・ご使用状況によっては、機械の保油状態が損なわれたり、油の汚れなどによって
部品が磨耗し、止まりにいたることがあります。また、パッキン等の部品の劣化が進み、

How to wind the mainspring
This watch is a self-winding watch equipped with a manual winding mechanism. When the watch
is worn on the wrist, the motion of your arm automatically winds the mainspring of the watch.
When first using a stopped watch, it is recommended that you manually wind the mainspring by
turning the crown.

The watch displays the date from the 1st to 31st every month. Manual calendar adjustment is required on
the first day after a month that has less than 31 days: February, April, June, September and November.
The calendar is interlocked with the movement of the hour hand. By turning the hour hand two full
rotations, the date can be adjusted for one day.

Lumibrite
If your watch has Lumibrite
Lumibrite is a luminous paint that is completely harmless to human beings
and natural environment, containing no noxious materials such as radioactive
substance.
Lumibrite is a newly-developed luminous paint that absorbs the light energy of
the sunlight and lighting apparatus in a short time and stores it to emit light in
the dark.
For example, if exposed to a light of more than 500 lux for approximately 10
minutes, Lumibrite can emit light for 3 to 5 hours.
Please note, however, that, as Lumibrite emits the light it stores, the luminance
level of the light decreases gradually over time. The duration of the emitted
light may also differ slightly depending on such factors as the brightness of
the place where the watch is exposed to light and the distance from the light
source to the watch.
