Prepare luminaires
准备灯具
Arrange boxed luminaires on floor in specified mounting
locations. Remove luminaires from boxes.
将盒装灯具放置在指定安装地的地面上。将灯具从箱
子中取出。
NOTE: If conditions are dusty/dirty, recommended practice is
to leave fixtures in their plastic bag until ready to remove top
cap for wiring.
提示：如果现场安装环境灰尘比较多，建议在准备好
打开上盖接线时再将灯具从包装袋中取出。
IMPORTANT!!!
AVOID HANDLING THE LIGHT GUIDES
WITHOUT WEARING CLEAN GLOVES.
请不要在未戴手套的情况下触摸导光板
建议在安装过程中全程佩戴手套

3Set joint angles

IMPORTANT!!!
Joint shall be rotated at the same amount to
form an angle. Example for a right angle:

4Attach joints to starting module
将连接头固定到起始灯具上
Ensure alignment
确保对位
Attach joints on starting module (on both
ends if applicable). Feed joint wire into
luminaire and secure joints with screwdriver.
IMPORTANT: Do not over-tighten joiner
screws.
将连接头连接到首个灯 (如适用两端都需
连接)。将连接头的电线塞入灯具中并锁紧
螺丝固定连接头。
注意：不要过度拧紧连接头上的螺丝
5Mount remaining joints to gripper
将其余的连接头安装至夹钳
Gripper should be mounted on ceiling through screws
夹钳需要通过螺丝固定于天花板上
Insert aircraft cable through the joints and mount them in appropriate locations. Mount
the joints by feeding the aircraft cable through the gripper at the ceiling.
将钢丝绳穿入连接头上预留的孔位，然后再安装天花板上的夹钳。
IMPORTANT: Mount all joints to roughly the same height – fine tune levelling can be
done as a final step
注意：预先将所有的连接头安装至大致相同的水平高度，细微的调平可以最后一
步再来做
6Mount starting module
安装首个灯
Mount the starting module to the grippers at the same level as the joints mounted in
the previous step.
把首个灯具安装到夹钳至上一步中相同的水平高度上
7Connect next luminaire
连接下一个灯具
Mount the next module on both sides. Feed joint wires
into fixture and secure with screw provided in joint kit.
在连接头的另外一端连接下一个灯具。将连接头的电
线塞入灯具中并锁紧附件包中的螺丝以固定连接头。

For patterns with end of run modules, insert aircraft
cable into diecast cross plate. With two people, mount
to ceiling gripper.
针对串接样式的尾灯，将钢丝绳穿过端盖预留的孔
中。然后两人合力安装至天花板的夹钳。

Pull out cable from lateral side.
Hold the stripped end and
insert the cable into luminaire

• Wipe light guide panel clean if required – ensuring to not introduce scratches.

Cut
1. The luminaire shall be installed by a qualified electrician and wired in accordance with the latest IEE electrical regulations or the national
requirements.
灯具应由有资格的电工安装，接线要符合IEE电气标准或国家标准。
2. Please switch off the power supply before replacing the product or connection! 更换灯具或接线时，请务必先关闭电源！
3. Do not place readily flammable material near the luminaire. 请不要将高温易燃物品放在灯具附近，以免引起火灾或触电。
4. In case of operation failure, please switch off the power and contact your nearest dealer.
如发现异常或操作有任何问题请务必先切断电源, , 然后与经销商联系。
5. The corrosive atmosphere or hazardous materials such as sulfur, chlorine, phthalate, etc. must be avoided during the use and storage.
灯具避免在腐蚀性环境或者含有有害物质，例如硫化物，卤化物，邻苯二甲酸酯等环境中存储和使用。
6. Basic insulation should be provided between LV supply and control conductors. LV电源和控制导体之间是基本绝缘。
7. The control gear and/or the external flexible cable contained in this luminaire shall only be replaced by the manufacturer or his service agent or
a similar qualified person.
此灯具包含的驱动器和/或外部线缆只能由制造商或其服务代理或有类似资格的人来更换。
8. The light source contained in this luminaire shall only be replaced by the manufacturer or his service agent or a similar qualified person.
此灯具内的光源应由制造商或其服务代理商或有类似资格的人来更换。
9. Indoor use only. 本灯具仅限室内使用。
10. Before use, luminaire must be grounded first. it is also ensure that the luminaire are always grounded when in use.
灯具使用前，必须先接地。整个使用过程中，也必须确保灯具始终接地。
11. The manufacturer will not be held responsible for improper usage or modifications of the product.
由不当使用或自行更改产品结构而导致的损坏，生产商不承担责任。
12. The product is IPX0 & as such is not protected against water ingress. we strongly recommend that the environment in which the luminaire is to
be installed is suitably checked. If the above advice is not taken and the luminaires are subject to water ingress, Philips / Signify cannot guarantee safe
failure & product warranty will become void.
本产品防护等级为IPX0, 不能防止进水，强烈建议安装本产品前对使用环境的适应性进行检查评估。
一但有进水，产品可能会发生电气故障或安全事故，飞利浦/昕诺飞对此不承担质保责任。
