Please read this leaflet and the accompanying

documentation carefully before using your Ring,

mobile app, and any other related services (“Services”

and collectively, “Ring and Services”). Failure to follow

the instructions below could result in product damage,

malfunction, or even injury.

Safety Information

Please note that the Gucci x Oura Ring and

Services are not intended to diagnose, treat,

cure, or prevent any disease or medical

condition. The information and guidance in the

Ring and Services are there for informational

purposes only and cannot replace the services

of health professionals or physicians. You

should always consult a physician if you have

any questions regarding a medical condition

or any changes you intend to make to your

sleep or activity based on information or

guidance from the Ring and Services. Never

disregard or delay in seeking professional

medical advice because of something you’ve

read from the Ring and Services.

We are not responsible for any health problems

that may result from information or guidance

you receive from the Ring and Services. If you

make any change to your sleep or activity

based on the Ring and Services, you agree that

you do so fully at your own risk. It is important

to be sensitive to your body’s responses. For

example, if you feel unexpected, repeated

or long term pain, fatigue or discomfort due

to having made changes to your sleep or

activity, it is recommended that you consult

a physician before continuing with such

changes. The information and guidance in the

Ring and Services may be misleading if your

physiological functions and responses differ

significantly from population averages due to

medical conditions or rare natural differences.

Please be cautious that the Ring does not get

caught on fixed structures or heavy objects

when moving yourself or said heavier objects.

If you experience redness or skin irritation

on your finger due to the Ring, remove it

immediately. If symptoms persist longer than

2-3 days of not using the Ring, please contact

a dermatologist.

Use, care, and maintenance

Finger size can vary depending on the time of

the day, and sometimes it may be difficult to

remove the Ring from your finger. In case the

Ring gets stuck:

• Use cold water and gentle soap to wet your

finger, and slowly twist the Ring to remove it.

• Hold your hand up above your heart until

the blood pressure gets lower, and then try to

remove it

• In cases of emergency and/or discomfort,

when you can't remove the Ring yourself, seek

immediate medical attention.

Use a soft cloth or hand wash with mild soap

and water to clean the Ring.

Your Ring can be worn during showers, baths,

swimming, and snorkeling.

Try to avoid wearing the Ring when strength

training, working with a shovel or other heavy

tools, or carrying heavy objects made of metal,

ceramics or stone. In addition, try to avoid

wearing the Ring next to other rings or objects

which are made of metal, ceramics, stones

or diamonds. The Ring may get scratched

and can itself scratch softer metal jewelry or

other objects in close contact with the Ring

like phone covers made of gold, silver, or

aluminum. Some ceramic phone covers with a

soft coating may also get scratched.

Keep the Ring away from children. This

product is not intended for individuals under

the age of 18. Seek immediate medical

attention if you know or suspect that a child

has swallowed the Ring. Do not leave the Ring

exposed to heat, such as in a vehicle or in the

sun. Do not puncture the Ring or its battery.

Please avoid handling batteries, or working

on devices and with machinery that contain

batteries while wearing your Ring. In certain

cases, where both the cathode and the anode

of another battery touch the Ring, there is a risk

of a short circuit which is similar to standard

metallic rings. This can result in a potentially

dangerous shock. Please take the proper

precautions to avoid these situations.

• Equipment intended to be supplied by an

external 5Vdc supply that complies with IEC

• Dispose of the Ring (and internal battery) in

accordance with applicable local laws and

GUCCI x OURA RING

INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY

AUSTRALIA

Gucci x Oura ring and its charger set (the

“Goods”) come with guarantees that cannot

be excluded under the Australian Consumer

Law. You are entitled to a replacement or

refund for a major failure and compensation

for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or

damage. You are also entitled to have the

Goods repaired or replaced if Goods fail to

be of acceptable quality and the failure does

not amount to a major failure. A major failure

occurs when the Goods are:

(i) significantly different from the description,

sample or demonstration provided;

(ii) substantially unfit for their normal purpose

or any disclosed purpose;

(iii) unsafe;

(iv) are such that a reasonable consumer

would not have bought the Goods if they had

known about the problem.

The Goods are covered by a 2-year

international warranty, valid from the date

of purchase. This warranty is in addition to

other rights and remedies of the consumer

under a law in relation to the goods to which

the warranty relates. The warranty covers

any fault arising from defective parts or a

manufacturing defect. It does not under any

circumstances cover any damage to the

Goods caused by (i) normal wear and tear,

including scratches and dents; (ii) consumable

parts included in ring, such as batteries,

unless product damage has occurred due

to a defect in materials or workmanship; (iii)

damage resulting from your failure to use

the ring in accordance with the instructions

accompanying the ring or available at our

websites; (iv) damage resulting from an

accident, flood, fire, misuse, or abuse; (v)

damage resulting from service performed,

or damage resulting from tampering

or alterations to the ring, by anyone not

authorized by Gucci and Oura; or (vi) use of

the ring with any other application or software

than the Oura mobile app. The Goods will

be repaired or replaced either with new or

refurbished parts or Goods.

If the Goods are believed to be faulty,

defective or wrongly described, or are

otherwise not of acceptable quality or in

breach of the Australian Consumer Law, and

you wish to receive a refund, return or repair

of the Goods or seek any of its other remedies

under the Australian Consumer Law, or if you

wish to claim the international warranty, you

must immediately contact the Gucci Client

You may also take the Goods into a Gucci

directly operated boutique.

All requests for repair, refund or exchange

of the Goods shall be accompanied by the

Goods, their proof of purchase and your

details (name, address and telephone

number).

To the extent permissible by law, Gucci and

Oura’s maximum aggregate liability to you

(whether under contract, tort (including

negligence), statute or otherwise) in

connection with the supply or use of the Goods

is limited to the cost of the Goods (including

any delivery charges). The previous sentence

does not apply to any liability which cannot

be excluded or limited under the Australian

Consumer Law.

In the event that you request the repair,

replacement or refund due to lack of

conformity with your statutory consumer rights

under the Australian Consumer Law, Gucci will

bear the delivery costs for returning the Goods

to be repaired, replaced or returned, as well as

any costs to deliver back to you the repaired or

replaced Goods.

UNITED STATES AND CANADA

Gucci x Oura ring and its charger set (the

“Goods”) are warranted for a period of 2 years

from the date of purchase all over the world.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal

rights. You may also have other statutory

rights, which may vary from state to state and

province to province.

This international limited warranty covers

any and all mechanical and manufacturing

defects, excluding any damage to the Goods

caused by (i) normal wear and tear, including

scratches and dents; (ii) consumable parts

included in ring, such as batteries, unless

product damage has occurred due to a

defect in materials or workmanship; (iii)

damage resulting from your failure to use

the ring in accordance with the instructions

accompanying the ring or available at our

Anwendung, Pflege und Wartung

Der Fingerumfang kann je nach Tageszeit

variieren, und manchmal kann es schwierig

sein, den Ring vom Finger abzuziehen. Wenn

der Ring festsitzt:

• Befeuchten Sie den Finger mit kaltem Wasser

und milder Seife, und drehen Sie den Ring

langsam, um ihn abzustreifen.

• Halten Sie die Hand hoch (über Herzhöhe),

bis der Blutdruck im Finger sinkt. Versuchen Sie

dann, den Ring abzuziehen.

• Holen Sie sich in Notfällen oder bei

Beschwerden ärztliche Hilfe, wenn Sie den

Ring nicht selbst entfernen können.

Reinigen Sie den Ring mit einem weichen Tuch

oder waschen Sie ihn mit milder Seife und

Wasser von Hand ab.

Der Ring kann beim Duschen, Baden,

Schwimmen und Schnorcheln getragen

werden.

Vermeiden Sie es nach Möglichkeit, den Ring

beim Krafttraining, bei der Arbeit mit einer

Schaufel oder anderen schweren Geräten

oder beim Tragen schwerer Gegenstände

aus Metall, Keramik oder Stein zu tragen.

Vermeiden Sie außerdem, den Ring neben

anderen Ringen oder Gegenständen zu

tragen, die aus Metall, Keramik, Steinen oder

Diamanten bestehen. Der Ring kann zerkratzt

werden und kann seinerseits Schmuck aus

weicherem Metall oder andere Gegenstände

bei engem Kontakt zerkratzen, wie z. B.

Handyhüllen aus Gold, Silber oder Aluminium.
