本說明書為本公司新研發的“W500 自動剪線”產品做對照參考手冊，請認真閱讀此手冊以便更好的
運用本公司產品！
The User manual is for our newly developed “ W500 Auto-Trimmer servo Motor system " products Reference Manual, Please
read this manual carefully, hope it can give you useful help
閱讀本說明前以下要求說明請注意：
Before reading the manual, Please note the following requirements:
1：用戶使用作業前必須可靠接地，保證人身安全！
The user must be grounded before operations to ensure safety
2：非專業人士請勿拆卸控制箱
non-professionals do not disassemble the control box
3：控制箱與電機遠離強磁高輻射環境
The control box and motor away from the magnetic high radiation environment
4：不要在過熱環境中作業
Do not work in hot environments
5：不要在過於潮濕環境中作業
Do not work in humid environments too
6：使用者保證供電電壓的穩定（210V~240V）

1：電機接通時請不要把腳放在腳踏板上
Do not put your feet on the pedals when the motor is switched on
2：本產品請專業人士安裝調試
Let professionals to install and debug this product
3：嚴禁在通電時打開控制箱與電機端蓋
Do not open the control box and the motor cover when energized
4：換針，穿線或更換底線時請關閉電源
Please turn off the power when changing the needle, threading or replacing the bottom line
5：安裝，拆卸維修時請關閉電源
During installation and removal service, please turn off the power
6：翻抬縫紉機時請關閉電源
Please turn off the power when turn lift sewing machine

剪刀功能開啟和關閉鍵
功能開啟時按鍵上方的 LED 將亮起，
功能關閉時按鍵上方的 LED 將熄滅。

視覺化
（螢幕顯示 01：表示半後踏抬壓腳功能開啟）
（螢幕顯示 11：表示中途和半後踏都開啟）
（螢幕顯示 10：表示中途抬壓腳功能開啟）
螢幕顯示 01 與11 時按鍵上方的 LED 會點亮，螢幕顯示 10 與00 時
按鍵上方的 LED 會熄滅。

螢幕顯示顯示 up 時按鍵上方的 LED 將亮起，
螢幕顯示 dn 與no 時按鍵上方的 LED 將熄滅。

點動開啟多段縫模式
開啟後按鍵上方的 LED 燈將亮起，並且螢幕會出現閃爍的數位，
數位大小將可以用（ ）（ ）直接調節大小，調節完畢後必須按（ ）鍵進
行保存，保存完畢後螢幕將不會閃爍，說明功能已經調節完畢並開啟。當需關閉此功能
時按（ ）鍵將退出此功能進入自由縫紉模式。

當開啟後按鍵上方的 LED 將亮起，此件配
合多段縫功能鍵使用，自由縫與多段縫只
能其中一個起作用（可以看做多段縫關閉

2：如何進入參數與如何修改參數
How to enter parameters and how to modify the parameters
系統參數進入解析：
按住（ ）鍵加上（ ）鍵將進入“系統參數”清單（需要密碼進入調整）。
按住（ ）鍵加上（ ）鍵將進入“用戶參數”清單（無須密碼）
進入後可看見系統參數編號，此時可以用（ ）（ ）鍵，切換參數編號，在需
要修改的編號前按（ ）鍵，將進入當前參數進行調整，可按（ ）（ ）鍵
對當前參數進行加減操作。
修改完畢參數後需要按（ ）鍵保存參數並退出系統參數調
節 。或按（ ）鍵退回上一個頁面進行其他參數修改。操
做方法和上面一樣。 操作完畢後必須按（ ）鍵進行保存
否則修改的參數將會是無效。
注：以上是進入方法，具體參數號代表的參數意思詳情如下：
System parameters entering analysis:
Together touch and enter into “System parameters” list ( need password to
enter the adjustment).
Together touch and enter into “User parameters” list ( No need password).
After entering the system parameters number can be seen, hen you can use ( ) ( ) key
to switch the parameter number, when you find the need modify number, then touch （ ）key to enter
the current parameters, touch ( )( ) to adjust it. After finish modification then touch () to save the
save the modification and exit. Or you can touch ( ) to return back up page system parameters number
to modify. Method of operation is the same with up. After change finish, should be touch ( ) to save the
modification, otherwise Otherwise modify the parameters will be invalid.
