トルクアームの取り付け
トルクアームは、次のように装置に取り付けることができます。
取付例は回り止めに片持ちピンを使用した場合です。

1.トルクアームをギヤヘッドに組み付ける
モーターに付属している取付用ねじを使って、ギヤヘッドとトルクアーム
を組み付けることができます。

また、ギヤヘッドの取付穴に施されたタップ穴を用いた組み付けも可能

組み付け用穴の 3 か所のうち任意の 2 か所を使って、下図のように組み
付けることができます。

2.トルクアームを装置に取り付ける
負荷軸をギヤヘッドに取り付けた後、トルクアームの回り止め用穴を•
使って装置に取り付けてください。負荷軸の取付方法はモーターの•
取扱説明書をご確認ください。
z正逆運転で使用する場合の取付方法
頻繁な起動・停止や瞬時正逆運転する場合、お客様の装置やギヤヘッド•
破損防止のため、次のように取り付けてください。

Enter a number representing the gear ratio and a code representing the
output shaft type in the box () of the applicable gearhead. Check the model
number of the gearhead against the number shown on the nameplates.
Mounting the torque arm
The torque arm can be mounted to equipment as shown below.
This is a mounting example for when a cantilever shaft is used for xing.

1. Assembling the torque arm to the gearhead
Using the mounting screws supplied with the motor, the gearhead and the
torque arm can be assembled.

You can also assemble using the tapped mounting holes provided on the
gearhead. In this case, provide screws for mounting separately.
Using desired two holes out of three assembling holes, you can assemble as
shown in the gures below.

Torque Arm
2. Mounting the torque arm to equipment
After installing a load shaft to the gearhead, mount the torque arm to
equipment using the xing hole of the torque arm. Check the operating manual
of the motor for how to install a load shaft.
zMounting method for when using in bidirectional operation
If frequent start-stop operation or instantaneous bidirectional operation is
performed, mount the torque arm as shown below so as to prevent your
equipment or the gearhead from damaging.
Secure the xing hole of the torque
arm and the xing bolt so that there
is no space in the axial direction.
Do not apply an excessive force
by maintaining proper alignment
between the load shaft and the
gearhead output shaft.
