1. Démarrez le moteur de la voiture et branchez le chargeur de
batterie dans la douille d’allume-cigare (Fig. 1).
• Si la douille est trop grande pour la fiche, déplacez le
commutateur sur la fiche de la position N à la position W.
2. Fixez la batterie sur le chargeur de batterie (Fig. 2).
• Alignez l’extrémité avant de la batterie sur les guides du
chargeur, puis appuyez et faites glisser la batterie dans le
chargeur pour la mettre en place.
3. Le témoin de charge s’allume en rouge et la charge
commence.
4. Le témoin passe au vert une fois la batterie entièrement
chargée.
5. Retirez la batterie du chargeur en la faisant glisser.
6. Débranchez le chargeur de la douille d’allume-cigare (avant
de couper le moteur de la voiture).
• Si vous coupez le moteur pendant la charge de la batterie,
retirez la fiche du chargeur de la douille d’allume-cigare.
Pour reprendre la charge, réinsérez la fiche du chargeur
après avoir remis le moteur de la voiture en marche.
Remarques:
• Le CBC-NB2 peut seulement s’utiliser avec des batteries de
voiture à masse négative 12 ou 24 V. L’utiliser du chargeur
avec une batterie à masse positive peut causer un mauvais
fonctionnement.
• Les douilles d’allume-cigare sont de formes et dimensions
différentes, aussi ce chargeur peut ne pas s’adapter à tous
les types.
• Pour éviter d’épuiser la batterie de la voiture, utilisez le
chargeur uniquement lorsque le moteur de la voiture est en
marche. Débranchez-le toujours avant de couper le moteur.
• Pour éviter que la batterie de votre voiture ne s’épuise, le
chargeur se coupe automatiquement temporairement si la
tension de la batterie de la voiture tombe au-dessous de 11
V. Il cessera de charger les batteries et les indicateurs
CHARGE s’éteindront. Le chargeur recommencera à
fonctionner après que la tension de la batterie sera revenue
à un niveau opérationnel.
• La surface du chargeur peut devenir chaude pendant l’emploi.
Il ne s’agit pas d’un dysfonctionnement.
• Le chargeur peut interférer avec des téléphones mobiles ou
les émissions de radio AM s’il est trop proche de l’antenne de
la voiture. Il peut aussi interférer avec la lecture sur un
camescope si celui-ci se trouve à moins de 10 cm environ.
• Utilisez uniquement les produits recommandés avec ce
chargeur.
• Si le fusible doit être remplacé, utilisez un fusible de même
taille 250 V, 4 A.
• Ne laissez pas le moteur tourner et le kit en marche lorsque
vous quittez la voiture.
• Ne démontez pas le chargeur, ne l’exposez pas à l’eau et à
des chocs ou vibrations, ou encore en plein soleil. Evitez son
exposition à des températures supérieures à 60˚C. Ne laissez

1. Start the car engine and plug the Battery Charger into the
cigarette lighter socket (Fig. 1).
• If the socket is too large for the plug, move the switch on the
plug from the N position to the W position.
2. Attach the battery pack to the Battery Charger (Fig. 2).
• Align the front end of the battery pack with the guides on the
charger, then press and slide the battery pack into the
charger to set it in place.
3. The charge indicator lights in red and charging starts.
4. The indicator light changes to green when the battery pack
is fully charged.
5. Remove the battery pack by sliding it out.
6. Unplug the Battery Charger from the cigarette lighter socket
(before you turn off the car engine).
• When you turn off the engine while you are charging a
battery pack, remove the charger plug from cigarette lighter
socket. To resume charging, reinsert the charger plug after
you have turned the car engine back on.
Notes:
• The CBC-NB2 can only be used with 12 or 24 V negative-
ground car batteries. Using the charger with a positive ground
battery may cause a malfunction.
• Car cigarette lighter sockets have different shapes and
dimensions, so this charger may not fit all types.
• To avoid exhausting the car battery, use the charger only
when the car engine is on. Always unplug it before you turn
off the engine.
• To avoid exhausting the car battery, the charger will
temporarily shut off if the car battery’s voltage falls below 11
V. It will cease charging battery packs and the CHARGE
indicators will go out. The charger will resume operation once
the battery’s voltage returns to an operable level.
• The surface of the charger may become warm during use.
This is not a malfunction.
• The charger may interfere with mobile telephones, or AM
radio broadcasts if it is too close to the car antenna. It may also
interfere with playback on a camcorder, if it is closer than
about 10 cm (4 in.).
• Use only specified products with this charger.
• If the fuse needs replacing, use the same size 250 V, 4 A fuse.
• Do not leave the car when the engine is on and the kit is in
use.
• Do not disassemble the charger, do not get it wet, and do not
expose it to shock or vibration, or to direct sunlight. Avoid
exposure to temperatures greater than 60°C (140°F). Do not
leave it in a closed car in hot weather, for example, or near
heat-radiating equipment.
• The Battery Charger can be used in temperatures between
0°C to 40°C (32°F and 104°F). However, to ensure better
performance, we recommend using it in temperatures
between 10°C and 30°C (50°F and 86°F).

1. Starten Sie Ihr Fahrzeug und schließen Sie das Ladegerät in

• Ist die Fassung zu groß, schieben Sie den Stecker des
Ladegeräts von Position N auf Position W.
2. Schließen Sie den Akku an das Ladegerät an. (Abb. 2)
• Richten Sie die Frontseite des Akkus mit den Führungen
im Ladegerät aus und schieben Sie den Akku bis zum
Einrasten ein.
3. Die Ladeanzeige leuchtet rot und der Ladevorgang beginnt.
4. Die Ladeanzeige leuchtet grün, sobald der Akku vollständig
aufgeladen ist.
5. Ziehen Sie den Akku aus dem Ladegerät ab.
6. Ziehen Sie den Stecker des Ladegeräts aus der Fassung des
Zigarettenanzünders (bevor Sie den Fahrzeugmotor
abstellen).
• Wenn Sie während des Ladevorgangs den Fahrzeugmotor
abstellen, trennen Sie das Ladegerät vom
Zigarettenanzünder. Zum Fortsetzen des Ladevorgangs
starten Sie den Motor erneut und schließen dann das

Hinweise:
• Der CBC-NB2 kann nur mit 12 oder 24 V Batterien mit
negativer Erdung verwendet werden. Der Einsatz einer
Batterie mit positiver Erdung kann zu einer Funktionstörung
führen.
• Die Einsatzmöglichkeit dieses Ladegeräts hängt vom
Fahrzeugsmodell ab, da die Form und Abmessungen der
Zigarettenanzünderbuchse unterschiedlich sind.
• Der Fahrzeugmotor muß laufen, wenn das Ladegerät
verwendet wird, um zu vermeiden, daß die Fahrzeugsbatterie
erschöpft wird. Das Ladegerät lösen bevor der
Fahrzeugmotor abgestellt wird.
• Um die Autobatterie nicht übermäßig zu beanspruchen,
schaltet sich das Ladegerät automatisch aus, sobald die
Autobatteriespannung unter 11 V fällt. Das Aufladen von
Batteriepacks stoppt in diesem Fall, und die
Ladekontrollampe erlischt. Wenn die Batteriespannung
wieder ausreichend stark ist, schaltet sich das Ladegerät
automatisch erneut ein.
• Die Oberfläche des Ladegeräts wird bei Betrieb warm. Dies
ist normal und keine Fehlfunktion.
• Das Ladegerät kann Mobiltelefone oder MW-
Radioprogramme stören, wenn er sich zu dicht an der
Autoantenne befindet. Auch die Wiedergabe eines
Camcorders kann gestört werden, wenn das Ladegerät näher
als 10 cm davon entfernt ist.
• Mit diesem Ladegerät nur die vorgeschriebenen Produkte
verwenden.
• Sollte die Sicherung ausgewechselt werden, verwenden Sie
eine Sicherung der selben Größe 250 V, 4 A.
• Nicht das Fahrzeug verlassen, während der Motor läuft und
der Ladesatz in Betrieb ist.
• Das Ladegerät nicht zerlegen, naß werden lassen, keinen
Erschütterungen und Stößen aussetzen, oder nicht direkt in
die Sonne richten. Den Ladegerät keinen Temperaturen
höher als 60°C aussetzen. Das Ladegerät nicht in einem

INSTRUCCIONES
1. Arranque el motor del coche y enchufe el cargador para
batería en el enchufe del encendedor de cigarrillos (Fig. 1).
• Si el enchufe es demasiado grande para el tapón, mueva
el interruptor en el tapón de la posición N a la posición W.
2. Instale la batería en el cargador de batería (Fig. 2)
• Alinee la punta delantera la batería en las guías en el
cargador y deslice la batería en el cargador para
instalarla.
3. Se enciende el indicador de carga en rojo y empieza a cargar.
4. El indicador de carga cambia a verde cuando se ha cargado
totalmente la batería.
5. Desmonte la batería deslizándola.
6. Desenchufe el cargador de batería del enchufe del
encendedor de cigarrillos (antes de apagar el motor del
coche).
• Cuando apague el motor mientras se está cargando
una de batería,
desmonte el tapón del cargador del
enchufe del encendedor de cigarrillos. Para continuar con
la carga, vuelva a insertar el tapón del cargador después
de poner en marcha el motor.
Notas:
• El CBC-NB2 sólo puede utilizarse con baterías de coche de
12 ó 24 V con tierra negativa. Si se utiliza el cargador con una
batería de tierra positiva, puede producir una avería.
• Los enchufes de encendedores de cigarrillos para coches
tienen distintas formas y dimensiones y el cargador puede no
enchufar en todos los tipos.
• Para evitar que la batería del coche se agote, utilice el
cargador sólo cuando el motor del coche está en marcha.
Desenchufe siempre antes de apagar el motor.
• Para evitar que la batería del coche se agote, el cargador se
desconectaría temporalmente cuando el voltaje de la batería
del coche cae por debajo de 11 V. Dejará de cargar la batería
y se apagarán los indicadores CHARGE. El cargador seguirá
funcionando cuando el voltaje de la batería vuelva a su nivel
de funcionamiento.
• La superficie del cargador puede calentarse durante el uso.
Esto no es una avería.
• El cargador puede producir interferencias en los teléfonos
móviles o transmisiones de radio AM si está muy cerca de la
antena del coche. También puede producir interferencia en
la reproducción de una videocámara si está más cerca de
unos 10 cm.

1. Avviate il motore dell’auto, quindi inserite la spina del
caricabatterie nella presa accendisigari (Fig.1).
• Nel caso in cui la presa non sia idonea alla spina
dell’adattatore, spostate l’interruttore della spina dalla
posizione N alla posizione W.
2. Collegate il gruppo batteria al caricabatterie (Figura 2).
• Allineate l’estremità anteriore del gruppo batteria alle guide
del caricabatterie, quindi premete e fate scorrere il gruppo
batteria nel caricabatterie finché si blocchi in posizione.
3. Le spie luminose di ricarica lampeggeranno in colore rosso
e sarà avviata la fase di ricarica.
4. Quando il gruppo batteria è stato completamente ricaricato,
la spia luminosa diventa verde.
5. Rimuovete il gruppo batteria facendolo scorrere verso
l’esterno.
6. Disinserite il carica batterie dalla presa accendisigari (prima
di spegnere il motore dell’auto).
• Nel caso in cui spegniate il motore dell’auto durante la fase
di ricarica, rimuovete la spina dell’adattatore dalla presa
accendisigari. Per ripristinare la ricarica, reinserite la spina
del dispositivo di ricarica dopo aver riacceso l’auto.
Note:
• E’ possibile utilizzare CBC-NB2 solamente con batterie auto
con messa a terra negativa da 12 o 24 V. L’utilizzo di
dispositivi di ricarica con batteria con messa a terra positiva
può essere causa di malfunzionamenti.
• Poiché le prese accendisigari variano per forma e dimensioni,
è probabile che il dispositivo di ricarica non sia sempre idoneo.
• Per evitare che la batteria dell’auto si scarichi, utilizzate
l’adattatore solamente con il motore accesso. Prima di
spegnere il motore, disinserite sempre la spina dell’adattatore.
• Per evitare che la batteria auto si scarichi, nel caso in cui la
tensione sia inferiore a 11 V, il dispositivo di ricarica si
