この製品は、一般的な産業機器の機器組み込み用として設計されています。その他
の用途には使用しないでください。この警告を無視した結果生じた損害の補償につい

製品の概要
ドライバケーブルは、耐ノイズ性に優れたドライバ入出力信号用ケーブルです。
EMC 指令
この製品を使用した機器の EMC 指令への適合性は、お客様自身で確認していただく
必要があります。
有害物質
RoHS（EU 指令 2002/95/EC 27Jan.2003）適合
製品の確認
製品が正しいか、極数とケーブル長さで確認してください。違ったり破損している場合
は、お買い求めの支店・営業所にご連絡ください。

コネクタを分解・改造しないでください。

•
ドライバケーブルのアース線は保護接地端子に接続しないでください。
•
ドライバケーブルの仕様値を超えて使用しないでください。
•
異常が発生したときは、ただちに運転を停止して、ドライバの電源を切ってください。
•
ドライバケーブルを廃棄するときは、できるだけ分解し、産業廃棄物として処理してく
ださい。
配線と接地
•
ドライバケーブルのコネクタをドライバの入出力信号用コネクタに差し込み、ねじを
締め付けてください。［締付トルク：0.3～0.35 N·m］
•
ドライバケーブルは、電磁継電器などの誘導負荷から 100 mm 以上離して配線して
ください。
•
ドライバケーブルのアース線はグランドパネルに接地してください。
リード線の識別
リード線にマーキングされている識別ドットや絶縁
体の色で、リード線に対応するコネクタピン No.が
分かるようになっています。

Driver cable
Straight Type
Thank you for purchasing an Oriental Motor product.
This Operating Manual describes product handling procedures and safety
precautions.
• Please read it thoroughly to ensure safe operation.
• Always keep the manual where it is readily available.
Introduction
Before use
Only qualified personnel should work with the product.
Use the product correctly after thoroughly reading the "Safety precautions".
The product described in this manual has been designed and manufactured for
use in general industrial equipment. Do not use for any other purpose. Oriental
Motor Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any damage caused through failure to
observe this warning.
Product overview
This driver cable is a driver I/O signal cable having a high tolerance for noise.
EMC Directives
Users should confirm compliance of their equipment using this cable with EMC
Directive themselves.

Checking the product
Check the cable length and pin number whether the product is correct. Report
any missing or damaged items to the branch or sales office from which you
purchased the product.

Safety precautions
The precautions described below are intended to prevent danger or injury to the
user and other personnel through safe, correct use of the product. Use the
product only after carefully reading and fully understanding these instructions.
Warning
Handling the product without observing the instructions that accompany a
“Warning” symbol may result in serious injury or death.
•
Do not use the product in explosive or corrosive environments, in the presence
of flammable gases, locations subjected to splashing water, or near
combustibles.
•
Assign qualified personnel the task of installing, wiring, operating/controlling,
inspecting and troubleshooting the product.
•
Do not transport, install the product, perform connections or inspections when
the power is on. Always turn the power off before carrying out these
operations.
•
Do not disassemble or modify the connector.
Caution
Handling the product without observing the instructions that accompany a
“Caution” symbol may result in injury or property damage.
•
Do not connect the ground wire of the driver cable to the Protective Earth
Terminaｌ.
•
Do not use the driver cable beyond its specifications.
•
Immediately when trouble has occurred, stop running and turn off the driver
power.
•
To dispose of the driver cable, disassemble it into parts and components as
much as possible and dispose of individual parts/components as industrial
waste.
Wiring and grounding
•
Insert the connector of the driver cable into the I/O signals connector on the
driver, and tighten the screw.
[Tightning torque: 0.3 to 0.35 N·m (43 to 50 oz-in)]
•
Separate the driver cable at least 100 mm (3.94 in.) from electromagnetic
relays and other than inductance loads.
•
Ground the ground wire of the driver cable to the grounded panel.
Identify the lead wire
With a combination of the identification dot
(color/number of dots) and insulation color of
the lead wire, the connector pin number
corresponding to the lead wire can be
identified.
