应用范围
此手动工具用于实现史陶比尔光伏连接器与电缆之间的可靠压
接。只有在电缆处于断电状态时才能进行压接作业。
手动工具不适用于带电作业 (IEC 60900)。
Intended use
The present hand tools are in place to deliver crimp excellence
for Stäubli PV connectors with cables� Crimpings shall be carried
out only in de-energized state of the cables�
The hand tool is NOT suitable for Live working (IEC 60900)�

pull it upwards out of the pliers�

只有在手柄打开时，才能插入嵌块。分别
插入上下嵌块。嵌块的激光识别码需要
朝向操作员和压接钳的标识。

The crimping dies can be inserted only
when the handles are open� Insert the
dies separately� The laser identification
of the dies needs to face towards the
operator as well as the pliers identifica-
tion�
注意
插入嵌块时，先插入砧座（下模），然
后再插入凸模 。
Attention
When inserting the dies make sure
that the anvil (lower die) is inserted
first, only then insert the punch�
• 闭合压接钳。
• 将螺丝放在正确的位置。请勿损坏螺
纹头。
•Close the pliers�
•Place the screws in the correct po-
sition� Do not damage the screw
heads�

• 打开并仅仅握住夹钳 (K)。
• 将金属针置于插入的截面积范围内。
• 向上旋转压接片 (C)。
• 松开夹钳 (K)。
• 金属针完成固定。

•Insert the contact in the appropriate
cross-section range�
•Turn the crimping flaps (C) upwards�
•Release clamp (K)�
•The contact is locked�

rectly aligned�
轻轻按压钳子，直到将压接片正确嵌入

Press the pliers gently together until
the crimping flaps are properly located
within the crimping die�

备注：
观察光伏电缆供应商的剥线长度。
剥线时，请勿损坏铜丝。

strands when stripping the cable�

用力。它们会很轻松地出来。

leased from the pliers under force�
They should come out easily�

检查压接效果 Notes on the correct production of the crimp con-
nection

根据 IEC 60352-2 标准，目视检查压接情况。

Visually check the crimp according to criteria written in
IEC 60352-2�
请确认：
• 所有铜丝均插入压接套
• 压接套没有变形或压接片没有缺失任何部分
• 压接形式对称
• 压接的插针侧可以看到导体的“电刷”。
Confirm that:
•All of the strands have been captured in the crimp sleeve
•The crimp sleeve is not deformed or missing any portion of the
crimp flaps
•That the crimp is symmetrical in form
•A “brush” of conductor strands are visible on the contact side
of crimp�
