1. 安裝衣襬尺寸導引器 / Welt Guide
Installation
A.左右調整將左邊的可撇式導板和落針處中心線對齊。
Making a left or right adjustment, to align the left side of the retractable guide with the center line of the needle.
B.前後調整可將可撇式導板尾端對齊切刀。
Making a forward or backward adjustment, to align the end of the retractable guide with the
cutter.
C.調整可撤式導板座高度 / Adjusting the height of retractable guide base
⑴如圖所示，放鬆螺絲以調整可撤式導板座。
Loosen the screw to adjust the retractable guide base as shown in the
figure.
⑵可撤式導板座應和針板平行並間隔
0.03mm
。

2. 檢查及校正位置檢測器 / Checking and Positioning the Position Detector
A.電源開啟 Turn power ON.
B.檢查指示燈是否有亮 Check whether the indicator lamp is on.

C. 輕壓檢測器確認位置，檢測器是否亮燈。
Press the detector lightly in to confirm that the cross seam section detector lamp turns on.
⑴未碰觸時，指示燈① OFF，指示燈② ~ ⑥ ON。
Without touching, NO.1 detector lamp is OFF, NO.2~NO.6 detector lamps are ON.
⑵輕壓到底，指示燈① ON，指示燈② ~ ⑥ OFF。
Press the detector lightly, NO.1 detector lamp is ON, NO.2~NO.6 detector lamps are OFF.
⑶如動作異常，請參考 E「調整感測器位置」，進行感測器位置調整。
If malfunction occurs, please refer to E "Adjusting the Sensor Position " to adjust the position of sensor.
D.調整調節旋鈕，設定所需靈敏度。
Adjust the adjustment knob, set up the required sensibility.

E. 調整感測器位置 / Adjusting the Sensor Position
⑴鬆開固鎖螺絲。
Loosen the locking screw.
⑵使用三用電表，量測感測器輸出電壓(DC)。
Use multimeter meter to measure the output DC voltage of sensor.
⑶旋轉調節螺絲，調整感測器位置，使感測器輸出電壓介於 DC0.5~0.6V，此時鎖緊固鎖螺絲固定感測器位置。
As shown in the following figure, rotate the adjustment screw to adjust the position of sensor, make the output DC
voltage of sensor lie within 0.5 ~ 0.6V, and then tighten the locking screw to secure the position of sensor.
註：鎖緊固鎖螺絲後，務必確認感測器輸出電壓仍然介於 DC0.5~0.6V 之間
As shown in the following figure, rotate the adjustment screw to adjust the position of sensor, make the output DC
voltage of sensor lie within 0.5 ~ 0.6V, and then tighten the locking screw to secure the position of sensor.

3. 校位及調整衣襬尺寸導引器 / Positioning and Adjusting the Welt Guide
為了防止漏縫，當檢測器檢測到段縫時，可撤式導板會內移，將布料也往內移，如圖所示。接著，
操作盲縫以好的線跡蓋過段縫。蓋過段縫後，可撤式導板會外移回歸原位，恢復正常盲縫操作，
如圖所示。
In order to prevent skip stitching, when a cross seam is detected by the sensor, the retractable guide
starts moving inside and moving the fabric inward, as shown in the following figure. Then, the cross
seam section is sewn over with fine stitches in blind stitch hemming operation. After the cross seam
section sewn, the retractable guide returns to the normal position and the normal blind stitch operation is
resumed, as shown in the following illustration.

4. 檢查及調整摺疊器 / Checking and Adjusting the Folder
將摺疊器前緣和檢測器的間隔調整成縫紉布料的厚度。
Adjust the gap between the leading edge of the folder and the detector into the thickness of the
fabric to be sewn.

6. 跨越縫檢測器調整 / Adjusting the Cross Seam Detector
開啟電源 / Turn on the power
紅燈跨越縫檢測器位置顯示
Cross seam poistion indicated by red LEDs.
黃燈燈亮代表啟動跨越縫機能
Start cross seam while the yellow LED up.
依布料需要跨越縫的厚度調整旋鈕至黃燈亮
Adjust the knob to lit the yellow LED according the thickness of fabric.

7. GUDE 針數設定 / Setting GUDE Stitch Numbers
A. 吸風功能：(按 S 鍵，讓"_"符號位置在上方)
Suction function：(Press S key, change "-" to top side)
a. 前吸風針數設定 (畫面顯示 05)
Setting stitches of the front suction. （Display “05”）
b. 後吸風針數設定 (畫面顯示 35)
Setting stitches of the real suction.（Display “35”）
＊必須使用光電開關 / ＊The fabric sensor must be used.
B. 斬刀功能：(按 S 鍵，讓"_"符號在中間位置)
Cutter function：（Press S key, change "-" to middle side）
a. 前斬刀針數設定 (畫面顯示 00)
Setting stitches of the front cutter. （Display “00”）

後斬刀針數設定 (畫面顯示 10)
Setting stitches of the rear cutter. (Display “10”)
