Before Using the Product
Please read this document before use. Keep the document in a safe place for future
reference. Make sure that the end users read the document.
For the precautions on using Real-time Data Analyzer, refer to the following manual.
1. Operating Environment
*1 64-bit version only
• When the following functions are used, this product may not run properly.
• Application start-up in Windows compatibility mode
• Fast user switching
• Windows Touch or Touch
• Client Hyper-V
• Virtual desktop
• Tablet mode
• Windows hibernate or sleep (standby)
• Unified Write Filter
• In the following cases, the screen of this product may not work properly.
• A value other than 100% is set for "Change the size of text, apps, and other
items" in Windows.
For details, refer to the following manual.

• The resolution of the screen is changed in operation.
• The multi-display is set.
• Use this product with the authority of a 'Standard user' or 'Administrator'.
• When the remote desktop function is used, the following issues may occur.
• Screen update delay displayed during a monitoring or an operation due to
network environment (speed, load, and so on)
• Truncation of texts or windows due to the screen setting of a remote desktop.

2. Installation
2.1 Confirm before installation.
• Log on to the personal computer as an administrator.
• Close all running applications before installation. If the product is installed while other
applications are running, it may not operate normally.
• Secure at least 1 GB free space on the system drive.
• Make sure that the path of the installation folder consists only of single-byte
alphanumeric characters.
• Enable .NET Framework 3.5 if it is disabled.
• Disable Unified Write Filter.
2.2 Procedure
1. Double-click "setup.exe" in the installer folder

of Real-time Data Analyzer.
2. Select or enter the necessary information by following the on-screen
instructions.

*1 If it is stored in the network drive, the installed Real-time Data Analyzer may not
work properly.
*2 If it is stored to a folder where a folder whose name begins with a space is
included, the installation cannot be performed normally.
*3 Do not use non-ASCII characters for the folder name of an installation destination.
Otherwise, the installation of Real-time Data Analyzer will fail.
*4 Do not specify a character not available as a folder name of an installation
destination (using '"' or "\" only for example).
*5 When Real-Time Data Analyzer is installed, License Manager and GX LogViewer
will also be installed. Be sure to restart the computer later when a message related
to the restart of the computer appears after installing GX LogViewer.
*6 Do not restart the computer even if a message checking whether restart the
computer or not appears such as Windows update during installation.
*7 The language displayed when installing this product with overwriting the existing
one is the same as the one displayed in the previous installation.

2. 安装步骤
2.1 安装前请确认
• 安装至个人计算机时，请以“管理员”或“Administrator”权限的用户进行登录。
• 安装前，请结束所有运行的应用程序。如果在其他应用程序运行的状态下进行安装，
有可能导致产品无法正常运行。
• 应在系统驱动器中确保1GB及以上的可用容量。
• 请勿在安装文件夹的路径中包行全角字符。
• 请禁用统一写入筛选器。
2.2 步骤
1. 双击在实时数据分析器的安装程序文件夹

中的“setup.exe”。
2. 按照画面的指示选择或输入必要事项。

*1 配置在网络驱动器中时，安装后的实时数据分析器有可能无法正常运行。
*2 在安装程序文件的存储目标中存在文件夹名为起始处有半角空格的文件夹时，无法
正常在安装。
*3 请勿在安装程序文件夹名中使用ASCII以外的字符。否则可能会失败实时数据分析
器的安装。
*4 对安装目标的文件夹名请勿在使用 「"」或 「\」等的不适用的字符串。
*5 安装实时数据分析器的同时许可证管理实用软件与GX LogViewer也将一同被安装。
结束安装GX LogViewer后显示提醒重启计算机的信息时，必须执行计算机的重启。
*6 安装中，即使显示Windows升级等的提醒重启计算机的信息，也请勿执行计算机的
重启。
*7 覆盖安装时显示的语言，与上一次安装时显示的语言相同。
