耳机重置
1、耳机在开机且未连接设备状态；
2、双耳同时快击3次，第3次长按3秒清除耳机
与手机的配对记录后1秒关机；
3、复位后将耳机放入充电盒关盖再开盖取出；
4、清除手机配对记录，按配对步骤，重新完成
蓝牙连接即可；

耳机一边有声一边无声
极端情况才会出现此类情况，发生后请参考以下

首次开机使用，请先去除左右耳机充电触点处的
隔离膜,将充电盒及耳机充满电。
耳机在充电盒内，取出耳机自动开机。

开始使用
自动连接：
作。首次连接后，耳机开机可自动回连上一次配
对设备（蓝牙需开启）。
单耳/双耳自由切换：两只耳机连接成功后即为
双耳连接；将任一耳机放回充电盒关机，另一只
耳机进入单耳模式，重新取出即可自动恢复双耳
模式。
手动连接：
双耳白灯快闪时，打开设备蓝牙进行连接。

Gently insert the earbud into the ear canal,
adjust the earbud to the most comfortable
wearing state.
When calling, adjust Mic towards mouth to gain
better talking experience.
Plug in the charging cable to charge the earbuds
and the charging case at the same time.
When the charging case is not fully charged,
the LED flashes white slowly. When it is fully
charged, the LED flashes solid white.
For first time use, please remove the isolation
film on the charging contacts of both earbduds.
Then fully charge the charging case and earbuds.
1. Put the earbuds back into the charging case,
they will automatically power off (LED flashes
solid white when the earbuds are charging,
then LED goes out when fully charged)
2. The earbuds power off outside the charging
case: they will automatically power off if not
connected to the device within 3 minutes
(LED flashes solid white for 1s)

How to Pair
Automatic connection: Take two earbuds out
from the charging case simultaneously, they will
enter pairing state when LEDs on both earbuds
flash white quickly.
Open device Bluetooth and search for
"Haylou X1 Neo", then click it to connect.
Put the earbuds back into the charging case and
repeat the above operation if the connection fails.
After the first connection, the earbuds can be
automatically connected to the last paired
device when powering on (Bluetooth needs to be
turned on).
Switch between mono and stereo mode:
It is stereo mode after two earbuds are
successfully connected. Put one back into the
case to power off, the other will enter mono mode.
Or pick it up again to resume stereo mode.
Manual connection:
When LEDs on both earbuds flash white quickly,
turn on device Bluetooth to connect.
Functions
1. The earbuds are outside the charging case,
powered on and not connected to the device;
2. Quickly click both earbuds for three times at the
same time, then press and hold for 3s, they will
power off after LEDs flash solid white for 1s;
3. After resetting, put the earbuds into the
charging case and close the lid, then open the lid
and take them out again;
4. Follow the pairing steps to complete Bluetooth
connection.
Audio only Outputs from Single Earbud
It's unusual indeed, please refer to the following
operation steps if the situation occurs:
1. Put the earbuds back into the charging case,
and then take them out again to connect.
2. Refer to the reset steps to reconnect the
Bluetooth device.
Other Charging Problems
1. The white LED goes out when the earbuds are
fully charged.
2. When the charging case is out of power, the
earbuds cannot be charged and keep the
original connecting status.
3. LED flashes solid white when the charging case
is fully charged.
4. Please use certificated charger.
5. Do not wear earphones for a long term to
protect your hearing.
6. Do not wear earphones in any situations with
potential risks as wearing them may reduce
your perception to the outside world.
Daily maintenance
Please do not shower with earbuds. Do not
wear them in rainy day. Do not leave them in
washing machine or other extreme situations.
Clean them with dry cloth.
