power button for 2-3 seconds.

CHARGING YOUR BRAVEN
• Before using your BRAVEN for the first
time, charge the unit until all 5 Battery
Indicator Lights are solid (not flashing),
indicating a full charge (typically 4 to 6
hours).
• To charge your BRAVEN, plug in the wall
power adapter. Plug the connector end of
the cable into the BRAVEN charging port.
Your BRAVEN 1100 or BRV-HD speaker is designed
to charge USB devices that draw from 0.3A - 2A using
the full sized USB port, including most tablets and
cell phones. The BRAVEN 805 speaker will charge at
speeds of up to 1A. To use external charging:
1. Turn your BRAVEN on.
2. Plug the USB power cable that came with your
phone, mp3 player, or other mobile device into
the USB port on your BRAVEN.
3. Plug the other end of the cable into your mobile
device, and it will immediately begin charging.
CHARGING EXTERNAL DEVICES SPEAKERPHONE
WATER-RESISTANT FEATURE
(BRV-HD ONLY)
Press the Play button on your BRAVEN to answer
the call over the speaker. Press the Play button again
to end the call.
BRAVEN 8 Series speakers include a proprietary,
bass-enhancing technology from DTS Audio called
SRS WOW HD. To activate SRS WOW HD, press the
volume up and volume down buttons simultaneously
for two seconds while music is playing on the
speaker. Press the volume up and down buttons
again for two seconds to turn off SRS WOW.
• The BRV-HD is IPX3 water-resistant.
BRV-HD speakers are not intended to be
submerged in water, but are resistant to light
rainfall and light water splashing.
• IMPORTANT: To ensure your BRV-HD
speaker is prepared for use in a wet
environment, remove all cable connections
and tightly close the side water cap. If the
water cap is not properly closed, the BRV-
HD will not be water resistant.

PAIR TWO 8-SERIES SPEAKERS TOGETHER FOR EVEN BIGGER SOUND
Two BRAVEN 8-series units (BRAVEN 805,
1100, BRV-HD, 850, and 855s) can be
paired together for left and right stereo using
“TrueWireless™” technology by following
these instructions precisely:
1. Disconnect all Bluetooth
®
connections
(if any) on your cell phone, tablet, or other
Bluetooth
®
source and remove any previously
paired 8-series speakers from your device.
2. Press and hold the Battery Check button
on both 8-series speakers for 5 seconds
until you hear a sonar sound from both speakers.
Within 30 seconds, a second beep will indicate a
TrueWireless™ connection between the speakers.
3. Follow the regular procedure to Bluetooth
®
pair your Bluetooth
®
device with either one of your
8-series units.
When you turn off either of the paired speakers while
connected in TrueWireless™, both speakers will turn
off. To regain TrueWireless™, press the Power Button
on both 8-series speakers within 5 seconds of each
other. Wait approximately 15 seconds.
The speakers will automatically reconnect to each
other and to the previously connected device. You
will hear two beeps indicating TrueWireless™ is
reestablished.
TrueWireless™ Note
TrueWireless™ technology only supports one active
Bluetooth
®
connection to your device at the same
time. If any other Bluetooth
®
device (other than
the paired speakers) is simultaneously connected
to your device, the BRAVEN speaker’s audio will
distort. If distortion occurs, power down all other
Bluetooth
®
devices in range of your device, other
than the paired 8-series speakers. Refresh the
Bluetooth
®
connections on your device by turning
Bluetooth
®
off and then back on. TrueWireless™
is now reestablished.

VOTRE BRAVEN
• Avant d’utiliser l’enceinte BRAVEN
pour la première fois, rechargez-la
jusqu’à ce que les 5 voyants de
capacité de la batterie restent tous
allumés (sans clignoter), ce qui
indique que la recharge est complète
(habituellement après 4 à 6 heures).
• Pour charger votre enceinte BRAVEN,
branchez l’adapteur mural. Branchez
l’extrémité connecteur du câble dans
le port de recharge de l’enceinte
BRAVEN.
L’enceinte BRAVEN 1100/BRV-HD permet de recharger des dispositifs
USB dont l’intensité de fonctionnement est de 0,3 A à 2 A (soit la plupart
des cellulaires et tablettes). La vitesse de charge du haut-parleur BRAVEN
805 peut atteindre jusqu’à 1A. Pour ce faire, utilisez le port USB de taille
normale, qui se trouve derrière le bouchon. Pour recharger un dispositif
externe :
1. Mettez l’enceinte BRAVEN sous tension au moyen du bouton marche/
arrêt.
2. Branchez le câble d’alimentation USB fourni avec le téléphone, le
lecteur MP3 ou tout autre dispositif mobile dans le port USB de
l’enceinte BRAVEN.
3. Branchez l’autre extrémité du câble dans le dispositif mobile; la
recharge commencera sur-le-champ.

Les haut-parleurs BRAVEN de la série 8 renferment une
technologie propriétaire de DTS audio appelée « SRS WOW
HD » qui accentue les graves. Pour activer la technologie SRS
WOW HD, appuyez simultanément sur les boutons Volume + et
Volume - pendant deux secondes lorsque le haut-parleur diffuse
de la musique. Appuyez à nouveau sur les boutons Volume + et
Volume - pendant deux secondes pour la désactiver.
RÉSISTANCE À L’EAU DE
L’ENCEINTEE (BRV-HD)
• L’enceinte BRV-HD est résistante à l’eau
(protectionIPX3). Bien que les enceintes
BRV-HD ne soient pas conçues pour être
immergées dans l’eau, elles résistent à la
pluie et aux éclaboussures d’eau.
• IMPORTANT – Pour vous assurer que
l’enceinte BRV-HD de BRAVEN peut être
utilisée dans un environnement humide,
enlevez tous les câbles qui lui sont
connectés et refermez bien le bouchon
étanche. Si le bouchon étanche n’est pas

AMPLIFIER LE SON
Vous pouvez apparier deux haut-parleurs
BRAVEN de la série 8 (805, 850, 855s, 1100
et/ou BRV-HD) pour obtenir un son stéréo au
moyen de la technologie “True Wireless™”. Pour
ce faire, suivez les instructions suivantes à la
lettre :
1. Désactivez toutes les connexions Bluetooth
®
(s’il y a lieu) sur votre cellulaire, votre tablette
ou toute autre source Bluetooth
®
(ci-après
“téléphone/tablette”) et, si une ou plusieurs
enceintes 805/1100/BRV-HD avaient
précédemment été appariées, supprimez-les.
2. Maintenez enfoncée pendant 5 secondes la touche
de vérification de la batterie sur les deux enceintes
805/1100/BRV-HD, jusqu’à ce qu’elles produisent
toutes deux le son d’un sonar. Dans un délai de
30 secondes, un deuxième bip indiquera qu’une
connexion True Wireless™ a été établie entre les deux
enceintes 805/1100/BRV-HD.
3. Suivez la procédure habituelle pour apparier au
moyen de Bluetooth
®
votre téléphone ou un autre
dispositif Bluetooth

enceintes 805/1100/BRV-HD, puis sur la touche
d’alimentation de l’autre enceinte dans un délai
de 5 secondes. Attendez environ 15 secondes.
Les enceintes 805/1100/BRV-HD se connecteront
automatiquement l’une à l’autre ainsi qu’à votre
téléphone/tablette précédemment connecté. Vous
entendrez deux bips, ce qui indique que le mode
True Wireless™ est établi à nouveau.

CARGUE SU BRAVEN
• Antes de usar su BRAVEN por primera
vez, cargue la unidad hasta que todas

(sin parpadear), indicando una carga

Abdeckung befindlichen full-size USB Eingang verwendet. Der
Lautsprecher BRAVEN 805 wird mit einer Ladegeschwindigkeit
von bis zu 1 A geladen.
1. Schalten Sie das BRAVEN auf.
2. Stecken Sie das USB-Stromkabel, das mit Ihrem Telefon,
MP3-Player oder anderen Mobilgerät geliefert wurde, in den
USB-Eingang am BRAVEN-Lautsprecher ein.
3. Stecken Sie das andere Ende des Kabels in Ihr Mobilgerät ein,
und die Aufladung startet sofort.
AUFLADEN EXTERNER GERÄTE FREISPRECHEINRICHTUNG
Drücken Sie die Telefon-/Kopplungs-Taste am BRAVEN, um
den Anruf über den Lautsprecher zu beantworten. Drücken Sie
die Telefon/Kopplungs-Taste erneut, um den Anruf zu beenden.
Lautsprecher der Serie BRAVEN 8 werden mit dem
geschützten Bassverstärkungsverfahren SRS WOW HD von
DTS Audio betrieben. Zur Aktivierung von SRS WOW HD
halten Sie gleichzeitig die Tasten „Lautstärke höher“ und
„Lautstärke niedriger“ zwei Sekunden lang gedrückt, während
der Lautsprecher Musik abspielt. Sie können SRS WOW wieder
abschalten, indem Sie die beiden Lautstärketasten abermals
zwei Sekunden lang gedrückt halten.
WASSERBESTÄNDIG
KEITSMERKMALE (BRV-HD)
• Der BRV-HD ist wasserbeständig. BRV-
HD Lautsprecher sind aber nicht für das
Eintauchen in Wasser konstruiert sondern für
Regenbeständigkleit und Beständigkeit gegen und
Wasserspritzer.
• WICHTIG – um sicher zu gehen, dass der
BRAVEN BRV-HD Lautsprecher in feuchter
Umgebung einsetzbar ist, entfernen Sie
bitte alle Kabelverbindungen und schließen
siedie Wasserabdeckung fest. Wenn die
Wasserabdeckung nicht ordnungsgemäß
verschlossen ist, ist der BRV-HD nicht
wasserbeständig.

Zwei Lautsprecher der Serie BRAVEN 8 (805,

können für linkes und rechtes Stereo mittels
“True Wireless™”-Technologie miteinander

Anleitungen genau folgen:
1. Trennen Sie alle Bluetooth
®
-Verbindungen

Tablet oder anderem Bluetooth

RICARICARE IL TUO BRAVEN
• Prima di utilizzare il per la prima volta, caricare
l’unità fino a che tutte e cinque le spie
LED di carica della batteria sono fisse (non
lampeggianti) ad indicare la carica completa (di
solito da 4 a 6 ore).
• Per caricare il tuo BRAVEN, inserisci il cavo in
un adattatore da parete. Inserire l’estremità del
connettore del cavo nella porta per la ricarica
del BRAVEN.
BRAVEN 1100/BRV-HD è concepito per ricaricare dispositivi
USB con alimentazione da 0,3A - 2A (la maggior parte dei
telefoni cellulari e Tablet) utilizzando la porta USB a dimensione
che si trova su retro. La velocità di ricarica dell'altoparlante
BRAVEN 805 arriva fino a 1A. Per utilizzare la ricarica interna:

Premere il pulsante telefono/accoppiamento sul BRAVEN
per rispondere alla chiamata sull’altoparlante. Premere di
nuovo il pulsante telefono/accoppiamento per interrompere
la chiamata.
Gli altoparlanti BRAVEN della serie 8 comprendono una
tecnologia brevettata della DTS Audio per il miglioramento
dei bassi chiamata SRS WOW HD. Per attivare la
funzionalità SRS WOW HD, premere contemporaneamente
per due secondi i pulsanti Volume Su/Giù durante la
riproduzione della musica dall'altoparlante. Per disattivare

IMPERMEABILITÀ (BRV-HD)

essere immersi in acqua ma resistono a pioggia
e schizzi d’acqua.
• IMPORTANTE – Per assicurare che
l’altoparlante BRAVEN BRV-HD sia pronto
ad essere utilizzato in un ambiente umido,
rimuovere tutte le connessioni via cavo e
chiudere bene il tappo per l’acqua. Se il tappo
per l’acqua con è correttamente chiuso, il BRV-
HD non sarà stagno.

ACCOPPIARE DUE
805/1100/BRV-HD INSIEME
PER UN SUONO PIÙ FORTE
Due altoparlanti BRAVEN della serie 8 (805,
850, 855s, 1100 e/o BRV-HD) possono
essere accoppiate insieme per stereo
sinistra e destra usando la tecnologia “True
Wireless™” seguendo le seguenti istruzioni in
modo preciso:
1. Scollegare tutte le connessioni Bluetooth
®
(se presenti) sul proprio telefono cellulare,
tablet o altra sorgente Bluetooth
®
(d’ora in
poi “Telefono/Tablet”) e rimuovere qualsiasi 805/1100/
BRV-HD precedentemente accoppiati.
2. Premere e tenere premuto il pulsante Controllo
Batteria su entrambi 805/1100/BRV-HD per 5 secondi
finché non si sente il suono di un sonar da entrambi gli
altoparlanti. In 30 secondo, un secondo beep indicherà
una connessione True Wireless™ tra gli altoparlanti
805/1100/BRV-HD.
3. Seguire la procedura regolare per accoppiare il
Bluetooth
®
al cellulare o altro dispositivo Bluetooth
®
con una delle unità BRAVEN 805, 1100 e/o BRV-HD.
Quando si spengono gli altoparlanti 805/1100/BRV-

La tecnologia True Wireless™ supporta solo una
connessione Bluetooth

al proprio telefono/tablet
contemporaneamente. Se è collegato qualche
altro dispositivo Bluetooth
®

altoparlanti) simultaneamente al proprio telefono/
tablet, l’audio del Braven 805/1100/BRV-HD
sarà distorto. Se si verifica una distorsione,

Riavviare le connessioni Bluetooth

CARREGAR O SEU
BRAVEN
• Antes de utilizar o seu BRAVEN pela
primeira vez, carregue a unidade até todos
os cinco indicadores luminosos LED de
capacidade da bateria estarem acesos
fixamente (não intermitentes), o que indica
uma carga completa (normalmente 4 a 6
horas).
• Para carregar seu BRAVEN, conecte
o adaptador de tomada. Conecte a
extremidade do conector à porta de
carregamento do BRAVEN.
O BRAVEN 1100/BRV-HD foi concebido para carregar
dispositivos USB com uma potência de 0,3 A a 2 A (a grande
maioria dos telemóveis e tablets) utilizando a porta USB de
tamanho normal situada por trás da tampa. O altifalante BRAVEN
805 carrega a velocidades de até 1A. Para utilizar carregamento
externo:
1. Ligue o BRAVEN.

IPX3. Os altifalantes BRV-HD não se destinam a
ser mergulhados em água, mas são resistentes a
chuva e salpicos de água.
• IMPORTANTE - Para assegurar que o BRV-HD
da BRAVEN está preparado para utilização num
ambiente húmido, retire todas as ligações de
cabos e feche bem a tampa de protecção contra
água. Se a tampa de protecção contra água não

Duas altifalantes BRAVEN série 8 (805,
850, 855s, 1100 e/ou BRV-HD) podem ser
emparelhadas para obter estéreo esquerdo e
direito utilizando tecnologia “True Wireless™”

exacta:
1. Desligue todas as ligações Bluetooth
