STARKVIND空气净化器：

Electrical safety
• Do not use a damaged power plug or loose
electrical outlet.
• Do not move the product by pulling the power
cord.
• To prevent the power cord from being damaged
or deformed, do not forcibly bend it or run it

the product and allow the electrical outlet to

(CO) or radon (Rn). It cannot be used as a safety
device upon accidents involving combustion
processes and hazardous chemicals.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and
above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have
been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved

IMPORTANT:
STARKVIND air purier can be used as a standalone
device and also works together with TRÅDFRI
Gateway and the IKEA Home smart app.
QUICK GUIDE
If you have an IOS device:
Go to the App Store and download the IKEA Home
smart app. The app will take you through the
process of adding STARKVIND air purier to your
TRÅDFRI Gateway.
If you have an Android device:
Go to Google Play and download the IKEA Home
smart app. The app will take you through the
process of adding STARKVIND air purier to your
TRÅDFRI Gateway.
Pairing: Adding STARKVIND air purier to your
TRÅDFRI Gateway.
STARKVIND air purier:
You will nd the pairing button by removing the
front cover.
• The range between the gateway and the receiver
are measured in open air.
• Dierent building materials and placement of the
units can aect the wireless connectivity range.
• If the app can't connect your air purier to the
gateway, then try to move the air purier closer to
your gateway.
Fan speed control
The fan speed can be regulated between 1 to 5 and
Auto mode.
Auto mode
In Auto mode, the product selects the fan speed in
accordance with the ambient air quality.
The air quality sensor is active and measures PM 2.5
particles when the air purier is running.
Only in the IKEA Home smart app.
Indicators for air quality (PM 2.5):
Green: 0-35 / Good
Amber: 36-85 / OK
Red: 86- / Not good
• Operational temperature: 0°C to 40°C.
• Humidity when operational: 10 to 60% RH
(Recommended operational humidity: 40-60% RH)
When STARKVIND air purier is connected to the
mains for the rst time, the LED lights on the
control panel light up in succession. When the LED
lights stop illuminating, the product is ready to use.
Press the control knob to put it in Auto mode, or
turn to the desired level. Press the knob again to
turn it o.
A long press activates the Control lock. It can also
be controlled from the app IKEA Home smart.
Care instructions
Unplug the product before cleaning.
To clean the product, wipe with a soft damp cloth.
Use another soft dry cloth to wipe dry.
Vacuum clean the pre-lter regularly.
Note!
Never use abrasive cleaners or chemical solvents
since these can damage the product.
Cleaning the air quality sensor
Vacuum clean the air quality sensor regularly.
Filter replacement
When replacing the lter, it is essential that the user
proceeds as follows:
One LED light illuminated on the control panel
indicates that you should check your lters.

1. Disconnect the power and wait until the fan has
stopped.
2. Remove the pre-lter and clean the pre-lter with
a vacuum cleaner or with water depending on
how dirty it is.
3. Remove lter(s), and handle used lters carefully.
Dispose of the lter(s) in accordance with local
environmental regulations for waste disposal.
4. Clean the inside, removing all dust and dirt.
5. Insert the new lter(s). (Touch only the frame of
the gas lter).

6. Reconnect the power supply cord.
7. When you have replaced a lter, press and
hold the RESET button for 3 seconds. The reset
initialises the lter replacement cycle counter.
8. Fix the pre-lter in place.
• Wash your hands thoroughly after replacing the
lter(s).
