1. Important Safeguards
When using this thermo pot, please follow the below safety precautions:
1. Read all instructions carefully before using.
2. Make sure both ends of the power cord are plugged in tightly on the thermo pot and the
power socket before use. Otherwise, it will cause power cord overheat due to contact failure.
3. Do not share the same socket with other high power appliances to avoid power overload.
4. Make sure the upper lid is always closed securely when in use and do not close the lid by
force.
5. Pay attention to the water level. Make sure to refill water to the thermo pot before the water
level is below the refill level to avoid boil-dry.
6. Do not add water exceeding the full water level. Otherwise boiling water may spill out during
operation and cause burns.
7. When the thermo pot is in use or immediately after used, its housing is very hot. Burns can
occur by touching the hot parts.
8. Do not use the “Pour” function or open the upper lid while boiling, the boiling water may
spill out or mass steam will come out which can cause burns.
9. Do not rotate the thermo pot while pouring out water, otherwise the boiling water may spill
out and cause burns.
10. Do not operate the thermo pot when it is empty, it is to avoid the thermo pot from boiling
dry. The inner pot will become yellow, also the performance and durability of the thermo
pot will be affected if it is boiled dry frequently.
11. The thermo pot is equipped with the boil-dry protection; it will cut off power automatically
when the temperature is too high.
12. Do not contain other liquids except water (e.g milk, tea, ice etc.).
13. Do not reserve water in the inner pot, it may cause the inner pot to change color or produce
bad smell.
14. When move the thermo pot, catch its handle instead of the bare lid. Do not tilt or shake the
thermo pot, when it contains hot water.
15. Detach the upper lid (methods refer to Product Identifications) before pouring out water.
16. Mass hot steam comes out from the steam vent during boiling or right after boiled. Do not
get close or touch the lid or steam vent with bare hand or face.
17. Never cover the thermo pot or block the steam vent by cloth or any objects, otherwise it may
cause thermo pot to discolor or deform.
18. Great care is necessary in using the thermo pot, especially near children. Children should be
supervised to ensure that they do not play with the thermo pot. Also, children should not
operate the thermo pot alone. Please keep children away.
19. Never leave the thermo pot unattended when in use.
20. Must unplug the thermo pot and let it cool completely before moving, checking or cleaning.
21. Never immerse the thermo pot, power cord or plug in water or let them wet to avoid electric
shock. Please make sure the thermo pot and plug are dry before use.
