 OPERATION

1. Preparations：

1.1. Slider can be moved after the locking

screw (No.3 item of the Nomenclature)

is loosened.

1.2. Wipe clean all the measuring faces

and caliper bar. No organic solutions

are allowed.

1.3. Check to see if all the buttons,

switches and LCD display respond

well.

2. Basic measuring methods：

2.1. Loosen the locking screw.

2.2. Switch the unit on by pressing

“ON/OFF” button, or move caliper

slider for auto power on, then select

the unit by pressing “mm/inch” button.

(Each time the button is pressed,

inch and metric digits will be

displayed alternatively.)

2.3. Apply normal measuring pressure on

slider to close the external.

2.4. Press Date hold(HOLD) button to

keep measuring data in record.

2.5. Press “ON/OFF” button for power off.

or the power will auto off when not in

use for 5 minutes.

 MAINTENANCE

1. Clean caliper bar with dry cotton fabrics

before using in order to avoid mad

display of caliper caused by humidity.

2. Keep the caliper clean and dry. (Liquid

can damage the slider.)

3. Faces should be cleaned gently with

cotton fabrics. Never use petrol, acetone

and other organic solutions.

4. In order to save power, turn off the unit

when caliper is going to stay idle for

some time.

5. Never apply any electric pressure on any

part of the caliper and never use an

electric pen for the fear of damaging its

chip.

6. For other notes please refer to the

conventional calipers.

7. Accidental wrong display may happen

while replacing the battery Just take out

the battery and then put it in again after

more than 30 seconds until the display

returns to normal.

 BATTERY REPLACEMENT

When the numbers on LCD display are

not clear, take off the battery cover in

the direction shown by the arrow and

replace the battery. (positive side facing

out.)

1. 操作前准备：

1.1. 旋松锁紧螺丝(如.各部位名称的3)，才能开始滑

动游标卡尺。

1.2. 清洁擦拭尺面、测量爪和滑杆。不可使用具有

腐蚀性的溶剂。

1.3. 检查各按钮开关和LCD液晶显示器，是否反应

正常？

2. 基本测量方法：

2.1. 旋松锁紧螺丝。

2.2. 按压” 电源开关(ON/OFF)”或滑动游标卡尺，

将启动电源。然后选择单位，切换”公/英制

(mm/inch)”按钮；每按一次”公/英制(mm/inch)”

按钮，公制和英制数字将交替显示。

2.3. 施以适当的压力在滚轮上，使外径测量爪闭合；

然后按”归零按钮(ZERO)”，使数值显示”零”。

2.4. 按压”数据保持按钮(HOLD)”，使测量数值纪录。

2.5. 按压” 电源开关(ON/OFF)”，关闭电源。或是未

操作，超过5分钟后，自动关闭电源。

 产品维护说明

1. 清洁游标卡尺应使用干燥的棉织品擦拭，避免

湿气所产生的错误显示。

2. 经常保持游标卡尺清洁和干燥。(液体会导致滑

轨损坏)

3. 尺面可以用棉织物轻轻的进行清洁，请勿使用

汽油、丙酮…等有机溶剂。

4. 当不用时，请关闭电源，以节省电力。

5. 不要使用任何的电压和电笔，在这游标卡尺的

电子零件上，避免损坏芯片。

6. 对于其他注意事项，请同时参阅一般的游标卡

尺注意原则。

7. 更换电池时，可能会产生错误的显示。请取下

电池后，稍待一会儿，超过30秒以后再装入电

池，直到正常显示为止。

 电池更换

当LCD字体颜色变淡时，依箭头指示方向，取

下电池盖，更换电池。(正极面朝上，放入电池)

 故障排除

故障现象可能原因排除方法

当LCD字体颜

色变淡时电池电力低

于1.0V。更换新电池。

当滑动游标卡

尺时，显示数
