Inserting the battery
Use one LR03 (AAA-size) alkaline battery.
The supplied battery is for testing purposes only, and has a short battery life.
1) As in Fig. 1, rotate the battery compartment
cover on the tip of the handle in the direction of
the arrow (t) (counterclockwise), and remove it.

2) Insert the battery as in Fig. 2 so that the + pole
(with the protrusion) goes into the slot.

Be sure to insert the battery in the correct
direction.

3) As in Fig. 3, align the protrusions of the battery
compartment cover with the indentations on the
handle, insert it (1), and rotate it clockwise until
it clicks and locks (2).
Confirm that the light turns on. If it does not turn
on, check the direction of the battery and the
direction of the lighting unit.

About cleaning
Do not wash this product with cold or hot water.
Gently wipe off dirt from this product (except for the lens) by using a soft, clean cloth. Do
not use organic solvents such as benzene, thinner, or any cleaning solution that includes
organic solvents, etc.
Remove dust from the faces of the lens with a soft, non-oily brush.
Remove fingerprints, etc., from the faces of the lens by gently wiping them with cleaning
paper or a soft cleaning cloth that has been dampened with a small amount of anhydrous
alcohol (ethanol) or commercially available lens cleaner.
