キを分解する場合があります。もし作業に自信がない
場合は必ずショップのプロメカニックに依頼してくだ
さい。不完全な取り付けは、走行中に外れて車輪に絡
まり転倒するなど、事故のもととなります。
ご自身で装着された場合のいかなる事故や被害につい
ても、弊社ではその責任を負いかねます。
Installation of this product may require
disassembly of the front caliper brake, and it
must be done at your own risk.
If you are not so condent to work properly,
you must ask to a professional mechanic at
your local bike shop.

組み立て方／How To Asemble
1キャリア本体に前脚を取り付けます。
前脚をロールナットの孔に通し、ロールナットに脚固定カラーを通して
押さえながら、ボタンネジ M6x12 でロールナットを金具に仮止めします。
Install the Front Leg to the Rack bracket.
Insert the leg into the hole on the Roll Nut, put the Leg Hold Collar over the
Roll Nut, and temporally tighten the M6x12 Screw to the Roll Nut.

＜装着図／ Installed Style ＞
フロントブレーキを前フォークに取り付けている軸の、ブレーキ本体と
前フォークとの間にキャリパー金具を通し、仮止めします。
Disassemble the front brake, and install the Caliper Stay to the front brake
shaft (between the brake and the front fork). Temporally hold the stay.
3キャリパー金具の上にキャリアを重ねてボタンネジ M6x16 で仮止めします。
続いて前フォークに巻いておいたクリップを前脚の先端にキャップボルト
M5x16 で取り付け、天板が水平になるようにキャリアやクリップの位置を
調節します。
4ケーブル類がキャリアに干渉していないことを確認してから、
それぞれのボルトとナットをしっかりと締め付けて固定します。
Conrm every cable is not compressed or bent by the rack.
Tighten every bolt rmly to nish.
Place the Rack on the Caliper Stay and temporally tighten the
M6x16 Screw.
Wrap the Clip around the front fork, and connect the Front Leg
with the M5x16 Bolt.
Adjust the Rack position back and forth, the clip position up and
down, to be the rack top is horizontal.

一部の車種に装備している前フォーク
上にあるダボ孔に取り付ける場合は、
クリップは使用せず直接ボルト止めし
ます。
When you install the leg to the braze-
on on the front fork directly, you will not
use the Clip.
前脚の突き出しが長すぎる場合は
適当なところでカットします。
そのままでは端面が錆びてしまう
ので、塗料を塗るかキャップを被
せるなど防錆処理を各自で行なっ
てください。
If the Front Leg is too long, you may cut it to
the desired length. When done, apply paint
or some rust proong to keep the leg free
from corrosion.
