逆光撮影では、画角から太陽を十分にはずす。
太陽光がカメラ内部に直接入ることで、カメラ内で焦点を
結び、火災ややけどの原因になることがあります。
テレコンバーターをお使いになる前に
テレコンバーターの性能を十分に発揮させるためには、カメラ・
レンズともに、テレコンバーターに対応したファームウェアに
アップデートしてください。ファームウェアをアップデートす
る場合、カメラのファームウェアを先にアップデートしてくだ
さい。

使用可能なレンズ
このテレコンバーターは取り付け可能なレンズが限られます。

• 対応レンズ以外は装着しないでください。レンズや本体に損
傷や性能劣化の恐れがあります。
レンズの明るさについて
• レンズの F 値が一段分暗くなります。
• レンズの絞りリングに記された F 値と実際の F 値にズレが生
じますが、カメラには正しい F 値が表示されます。
取り付けかた
1 カメラの電源を OFF にします。
2 レンズとテレコンバーターの指標を合わせて、矢印の方向に
「カチッ」とはまるまで回し、レンズにテレコンバーターを
取り付けます。（

3 テレコンバーターとカメラの指標を合わせて、矢印の方向に
「カチッ」とはまるまで回し、レンズとテレコンバーターを
カメラに取り付けます。（

• テレコンバーターのレンズ取り外しレバーを押さないように
ご注意ください。
取り外しかた
1 カメラの電源を OFF にします。
2 カメラのレンズ着脱ボタンを押しながら、テレコンバーター
とレンズを矢印の方向に回して取り外します。（

3 テレコンバーターのレンズ取り外しレバーを押しながら、レ
ンズを矢印の方向に回して取り外します。（

レンズのお手入れと取扱い上のご注意
• レンズ信号接点は汚さないようにご注意ください。
• レンズ・フィルターのガラス面の清掃は、ほこりを拭う程度
にしてください。指紋がついたときは、レンズクロスやレン
ズペーパーに少量のレンズクリーナーを含ませて、レンズの
中心から外周へ渦巻き状に、拭きムラ、拭き残りのないよう
に注意して拭いてください。
• シンナーやベンジンなどの有機溶剤は絶対に使用しないでく
ださい。
• テレコンバーターをケースなどに入れるときは、必ずレンズ
フロントキャップとレンズリアキャップを取り付けてくださ
い。
• テレコンバーターを長期間使用しないときは、カビやサビを
防ぐために、高温多湿のところを避けて保管してください。
また直射日光のあたるところ、ナフタリンや樟脳のあるとこ
ろも避けてください。
• レンズを水に濡らすと、部品がサビつくなどして故障の原因
となります。雨や水滴がついたときは、よく拭いて乾かして
ください。
• ストーブの前など、高温になるところに置かないでください。
極端に温度が高くなると、製品が変形することがあります。

Preparing the Teleconverter for Use
Tofullyutilizethecapabilitiesoftheteleconverter,upgrade
boththecameraandlensfirmwaretoversionsthatsupportthe
teleconverter.Whenupgradingthem,upgradethefirmwareof
thecamerafirst.

• Thef-numberincreasesbyonestop(imagedarkens).
• Adiscrepancyoccursbetweenthef-numberontheaperture
ringofthelensandtheactualf-number,butthecorrect
f-numberisdisplayedonthecamera.
Attaching
1 Turnoffthecamera.
2 Alignthemountingindexontheteleconverterwiththeone
onthelensandrotatetheteleconverterinthedirectionofthe
arrowuntilitclickstoattachittothelens.(Fig.A)
3 Alignthemountingindexontheteleconverterwiththeone
onthecameraandrotatethelensandteleconverterinthe
directionofthearrowuntiltheyclicktoattachthemtothe
camera.(Fig.B)
• Becarefulnottopressthelensremovalleveronthe
teleconverter.
Removing
1 Turnoffthecamera.
2 Whileholdingdownthelensattachment/removalbuttonon
thecamera,rotatetheteleconverterandlensinthedirection
ofthearrowtoremovethem.(Fig.C)
3 Whileholdingdownthelensremovalleveronthe
teleconverter,rotatethelensinthedirectionofthearrowto

Product Care
• Keepthelenssignalcontactsclean.
• Useablowertoremovedustandlintfromtheglasssurfaces
ofthelensorfilter.Toremovesmudgesandfingerprints,apply
asmallamountoflenscleanertoasoft,cleancottonclothor
lens-cleaningtissueandcleanfromthecenteroutwardsusing
acircularmotion,takingcarenottoleavesmearsortouchthe
glasswithyourfingers.
• Neveruseorganicsolventssuchaspaintthinnerorbenzeneto
cleanthelens.
• Attachthefrontandrearcapswhentheteleconverterisnot
inuse.
• Storetheteleconverterincool,drylocationstopreventmold
andrust.Donotstoreindirectsunlightorwithnaphthaor
camphormothballs.
• Keepthelensdry.Rustingcancauseirreparabledamage.Wipe
