Jabra LINK 280 は、ヘッドセットからの音声をPCや携帯電話に切り替えることができるコントローラです。QDプラグ、USBプラグ、ミュートボタン、ソフトボタン、フックスイッチ、音量コントロールの6つの機能を備えています。最大音量に達すると、ヘッドセットは警告としてビープ音を2回鳴らします。ヘッドセットの最大音量での使用は避けることを推奨します。ミュートボタンを軽く押すと、マイクがミュートされます。ライトは、緑色の点灯から、赤色の細かい点滅に変わります。ミュートされている間は、赤色の点滅が続きます。ミュートを解除するには、ミュートボタンを再び軽く押します。ライトが赤色の点滅から緑色の点灯に変わります。
