Acer LCD Monitor Quick Start Guide (QSG)
Important safety instructions
Please read the following instructions carefully.
1. To clean the LCD monitor screen:
Turn off the LCD monitor and unplug the power cord.
Spray a non-solvent cleaning solution onto a rag and clean the screen gently.
2. Do not place the LCD monitor near a window. Exposing the monitor to rain, moisture or sunlight can severely
damage it.
3. Do not apply pressure to the LCD screen. Excessive pressure may cause permanent damage to the display.
4. Do not remove the cover or attempt to service this unit yourself. An authorized technician should perform
servicing of any nature.
5. Store the LCD monitor in a room with a temperature of -20° to 60° C (-4° to140° F). Storing the LCD monitor
outside this range may result in permanent damage.
6. Immediately unplug your monitor and call an authorized technician if any of the following circumstances
occur:
Monitor-to-PC signal cable is frayed or damaged.
Liquid spills onto the LCD monitor or the monitor is exposed to rain.
The LCD monitor or case is damaged.

3. Turn clockwise to lock. Ensure that the base in locked onto the stand. (for selected models)
4. Secure the base to the stand by turning the screw using the intergrated tab or a suitable coin. (for selected

LCDモニターの特性に関する特記事項
以下の症状は、LCD
モニターの特性に起因するもので、故障・
不具合ではありません。
あらかじめご了承ください。
・ LCDモニターのパネルは、非常に精密度の高い技術で製造されておりますが、
画面の一部に点灯しない画素や、常時点灯する画素が存在する場合があります。
・
表示する画像パターンによって、画面の明るさに多少のムラが発生する場合が
あります。
・ LCDモニターのパネルは、長時間静止画を表示させた場合、残像が残ることが
あります。
その他、詳細事項は「ユーザーズマニュアル」を参照してください。
台座の取り付け
1 梱包箱からモニター本体と台座、脚部を取り出してください。
2 台座を水平で安定した場所に置いてください。
3 モニター本体に脚部を差し込み、脚部と台座の向きと溝が合うように差し込みます。
リリースボタンがはまるまで、しっかり差し込んでください。
モニターにパソコンを接続する
1 パソコン、モニター共に電源ケーブルを抜いて、
電源が切れている事を
確認してください。
2 接続するVGAケーブルを、モニターの入力端子、
パソコンの出力端子に接続してください。
3 パソコン、モニターの電源ケーブルを、それぞれ
接続してください。
4 パソコン、モニターの電源ケーブルを、それぞれ
コンセントに接続してください。
