首次使用
首次使用，充电盒为关机状态，请将耳机放入充电盒内，并长按功能键 4 秒，使电源指
示灯亮起，此时充电盒和耳机已开机。
连接手机
蓝牙连接手机
1. 耳机在充电盒中，打开充电盒，并长按功能键 2 秒，盒内指示灯白灯闪烁时，耳
机进入配对状态。
2. 打开手机蓝牙，搜索设备名称 “FreeBuds 2”，选择并配对。
●
由于蓝牙耳机的特性，您所在区域的电磁波可能干扰蓝牙的连接，耳机可能
会出现搜索不到情况，请您更换电磁波干扰较小的环境再尝试。
●
使用 EMUI 9.0 全功能版本手机连接耳机时，在蓝牙开启的情况下，打开充电
盒，手机将弹出对话框，提示发现耳机，此时按照手机提示配对连接即可。

自动重新连接
有配对记录后，耳机在充电盒中，打开充电盒，耳机将自动重新连接最近连接过
的一台手机。
手机蓝牙需处于开启状态，且在耳机和手机的蓝牙有效的连接范围内。
远距离断开重连
耳机与当前连接的手机断开连接后：
● 在 10 分钟内回到有效连接范围内，将自动重连。
● 在 10~30 分钟内回到有效连接范围内，需在手机端重新建立连接。
● 在 30 分钟后未回到有效连接范围内，耳机进入休眠状态，重新佩戴可唤醒，回到自
动回连状态。
若耳机不能与手机自动重连，请在手机的蓝牙界面进行手动连接。

双击功能
通话场景：来电/通话状态下，双击耳机可接听/挂断电话。
1. 请正确佩戴耳机。
2. 部分非华为/荣耀手机可能存在兼容性问题。
3. 华为 EMUI 8.0 及 EMUI 8.0 以下有“语音助手”功能的手机，请在手机端打开
语音助手权限。
以 P10 为例：打开 语音助手 > 点击 > 打开 蓝牙耳机按键启动。
音乐场景：
双击右耳机可播放/暂停音乐。
双击左耳机可暂停音乐，并唤醒华为手机内置语音助手。
待机场景：双击右耳机可播放音乐。（使用前请确保音乐播放器已运行）
双击左耳机可唤醒华为手机内置语音助手。
请正确佩戴耳机。若出现通话异常，请及时调整耳机至正确位置。

充电
给耳机充电
●
当耳机放入充电盒，盒内指示灯将显示耳机电量状态后熄灭，同时耳机进入充电状
态。
●
耳机电量：1. 红色<20%; 2. 20%≤橙色<80%； 3. 绿色≥80%。
给充电盒充电
●
您可使用产品自带的 Type-C 数据线进行充电，也可使用满足 Qi 标准的无线充电底
座进行充电，充电时电源指示灯将亮起，表示充电盒已进入充电状态。
●
当电源指示灯无灯显示，或者只有一个灯长亮时，表示充电盒无电或者低电，此时请
给充电盒充电。
●
当电源指示灯四灯全亮时，表示充电盒已充满电，此时请停止充电。
恢复出厂设置
1. 耳机放在充电盒中，保持充电盒开盖状态。
2. 长按功能键至盒内指示灯红灯闪烁时松开按键，此时耳机恢复出厂设置。

When using for the first time
Place your earbuds in the charging case and press and hold the Function button
for four seconds until the power indicators turn on to power on both your charging
case and earbuds.
Connecting to your phone
Bluetooth pairing
1. Open the charging case with your earbuds placed inside, and press and hold
the Function button for two seconds until the case indicator flashes white. Your
earbuds are now in Pairing mode.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your phone and pair with the Bluetooth device
"FreeBuds 2".
● If you pair your earbuds with a phone running EMUI 9.0 premium edition,
when you enable Bluetooth, your phone will pop up a dialog box, indicating
that your earbuds are detected. Then follow the onscreen instructions to
complete pairing.

Automatic reconnection
When you place your earbuds in an open charging case, they will automatically
connect to the most recently paired phone (with pairing records in both devices).
Your phone must have Bluetooth enabled and also be within Bluetooth range
of your earbuds.
● Bluetooth connections may be affected by local electromagnetic
interference, and this may prevent you from pairing your earbuds with your
phone. If you experience pairing issues, try moving to a more insulated or
low-interference environment and try again.

Double-tap function
When taking calls:
Double-tap either of your earbuds to answer an incoming call or hang up your
current call.
1. You must be wearing your earbuds correctly for this function to work.
2. Compatibility issues may occur with some non-Huawei or non-Honor
phones.
When listening to music:
Double-tap your right earbud to play or pause music.
Double-tap your left earbud to pause music and activate
the voice assistant.
When in standby:
Double-tap your right earbud to play music. (Music player
must be running for this function to work.)
Double-tap your left earbud to activate the voice assistant.
You must be wearing your earbuds correctly for this function to work. If your
call is processed incorrectly, please adjust your earbuds to the correct
position.

Restoring to factory settings
1. Place your earbuds in the charging case and ensure that the charging case is
open.
2. Press and hold the Function button until the case indicator flashes red. Your
earbuds will now be restored to their factory settings.
Charging
Charging your earbuds
● When your earbuds are placed in their charging case, the case indicator will
flash to indicate your earbuds' power levels, and then go out. Your earbuds will
then enter Charging mode.
● Power levels: Red: 0%–20%. Orange: 20%–80%. Green: 80%–100%.
Charging your charging case
● Your charging case can be charged using the packaged Type-C cable,or by
using a wireless charging cradle that meets the Qi standards for wireless
charging. If the charging case's power indicators turn on during charging, then
your case is in Charging mode.
● When the power indicators are all off or only one indicator is steady on, then
your charging case has little or no power. If so, please recharge your charging
case.

● When all four power indicators of your charging case are on, it has fully
recharged. Your charging case may then be removed from its power source.

Safety Information
Before you use the device, read the following precautions carefully to ensure
optimal product performance and to avoid danger or violation of laws and
regulations.
● To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels for long
periods.
● Do not use the device at locations where the use of wireless devices is
prohibited due to potential interference with other electronic devices, which may
cause safety hazards.
● In clinics and hospitals where the use of wireless devices is prohibited, please
comply with the regulations and power off your device.
● Some wireless devices may interfere with implantable medical devices and
other medical equipment, such as pacemakers, cochlear implants, and hearing
aids. Consult the manufacturer of your medical equipment for more information.
● When using the device, keep a minimum distance of 15 cm between this device
and implantable medical devices (such as pacemakers or cochlear implants).
● Do not set the volume on your earbuds too high in order to prevent damage to
your hearing. Prolonged exposure to high audio volumes may cause irreversible
hearing damage.
● Using your earbuds while driving may cause you to become distracted.
● Do not use the device or engage in other distractions while driving.
● Wireless devices may interfere with an aircraft's flight systems. Adhere to
in-aircraft regulations and power off your device when required.

● If you use your earbuds while performing activities that require your
concentration, such as riding a bike or walking in a potentially dangerous area
such as near a construction site or railroad, please pay attention to your safety
and the safety of those around you. It is recommended that you either lower the
volume on your earbuds or remove your earbuds in order to increase your
awareness of your surroundings.
● Avoid dusty, damp, or dirty environments. Avoid magnetic fields. Using the
device in these environments may result in circuit malfunctions.
● Use the device at temperatures between –10°C and 55°C, and store the device
and its accessories at temperatures between –40°C and 70°C. Extreme heat or
cold may damage the device.
● Do not place the device in places that are easily exposed to direct sunlight such
as on a car dashboard or on a window sill.
● Do not place the device near exposed heat or ignition sources (such as heaters,
microwaves, ovens, stove fire, and candles).
● Do not place pins or other sharp metal objects close to your earbuds' earpiece
or speaker in order to prevent them from attaching to your earbuds and injuring
you.
● This device and its accessories may contain small parts, which should be kept
out of the reach of children. Children may inadvertently damage the device and its
accessories, or swallow small parts, potentially resulting in suffocation or other
hazards.
● This device is not a toy. Children must be supervised by an adult when using

this device.
● You can only use device manufacturer approved accessories for this model
number. The use of other accessories may void the device warranty, lead to injury,
or violate the related regulations of the country where the device is located.
Contact an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center to obtain approved
accessories.
● Do not disassemble or modify the device, insert foreign objects, or immerse in
water or other liquids to prevent leakage, overheating, fires, or explosions.
● Do not drop, squeeze, or puncture this device. Avoid applying external pressure
to your device as this may cause its electronic circuitry to short-circuit or overheat.
● This device is equipped with a non-removable internal battery. Do not attempt to
replace the battery yourself to avoid damaging the battery or device. The battery
should only be replaced by professional personnel at an authorized Huawei
Customer Service Center.
● Ensure that the device and its accessories are dry. Do not dry the device with
microwaves, dryers, or other external heating equipment.
● Stop using your device, close all apps, and disconnect all connected devices
before cleaning and performing maintenance on your device.
● Do not use strong chemicals or detergents to clean your device or its
accessories. Use a clean, soft, and dry cloth to clean the device.
● Do not place magnetic stripe cards (such as bank cards or phone cards) near
your device for extended periods of time as this may damage the magnetic stripe
card.
