本附件用于手持式料理机MFQM....CN
请按照手持式料理机的说明手册操作。请勿在电器未完全停止前安装
或拆卸手持式料理机。附件仅适用于这些说明中描述的用途。

■ 按释放按钮并从顶盖上卸下底座装置。
■ 逆时针旋转顶盖并将其从多用途切碎附
件上 卸下。
■ 通过塑料把手抓住刀片并将其取出。
■ 多用途切碎附件和刀片可在洗碗机内清
洗。
■ 只能用湿抹布擦拭顶盖。

操作
适用于加工蛋黄酱、酱汁、混合饮品、婴儿
食品、水果羹和蔬菜羹，以及加工冰块。适
用于加工浓汤。使用多用途切碎附件将原材料
（ 洋 葱 、大 蒜 、香 料 ）切 碎 / 剁 碎 ！
W 有电击危险！

多用途切碎附件适用于切肉、硬质奶酪、洋

作表面并按紧到位。
■ 安装刀片。
■ 加入食材。
■ 将 顶 盖 安 放 到 多 用 途 切 碎 附 件 上 ，然 后 顺
时针旋转直到其卡入到位。
■ 打开后部安装孔锁并按住。
■ 将底座装置安放在顶盖上并锁定到位。
■ 插上电源插头。
■ 紧 握 住 底 座 装 置 和 多 用 途 切 碎 附 件 ，然 后
以M档开启电器。
■ 加工完成后关闭电器。
■ 用盖子盖住多用途切碎附件以保存加工
后的食材。

■ 抓住电器和搅拌杯，然后开启电器（M档 ）。
注意：为防止食材飞溅，在将高速搅拌脚浸
入食材中之前，请勿开启底座装置。在从加
工好的食材中提起电器之前，应始终记得将
其关闭。
■ 加工完成后关闭电器。
■ 拔下电源插头。
■ 用盖子盖住搅拌杯以保存加工后的食材。

剂。

This accessory is designed for the hand mixer MFQM....CN
Follow the instruction manual for the hand mixer. Do not attach
or remove hand mixer until the appliance is at a standstill. The
accessories are suitable only for the use described in these
instructions.
Safety instructions for this appliance
W Risk of electric shock!
Do not immerse the appliance in liquid above the joint between the
high-speed hand blender and base unit.
W Risk of injury from sharp blade/rotating drive!
Never grip the blade in the universal cutter. Never clean cutting blade
with bare hands. Use a brush. Take hold of the cutter blade by the
plastic handle only.
Never grip the blade on the high-speed hand blender. Never clean the
hand blender blade with bare hands. Use a brush.
W Risk of scalding!
Caution when processing hot liquids. Liquids may splash during
processing. Before using the high-speed hand blender in a cooking
pot, take the pot off the hotplate.
W Important!
Do not attach or remove accessories until the appliance is at a
standstill. The universal cutter must be completely assembled before
use. Never use the high-speed hand blender in the universal cutter
jug. The universal cutter jug is not microwave-safe. Never immerse
the attachment of the universal cutter in liquids and do not clean
under owing water or in the dishwasher.

Universal cutter (for some models)
Before use, read these instructions carefully
in order to become familiar with important
safety and operating instructions for this
appliance. Please keep the operating
instructions in a safe place. If passing
on the appliance to a third party, always
include the operating instructions.
On account of the different models, it
is possible that not all accessories are
included in your set. These are also
available separately from customer service.
Important information
When the rear aperture is open, the appli-
ance can be operated using instantaneous
switching only. Selector switch 1–5 will not
function. Move slide for actuating the lock in
switch position 0 only.
Attention:
Before using the appliance for the rst time,
clean all parts of it.

Operation
The universal cutter is suitable for cutting
meat, hard cheese, onions, herbs, garlic,
fruit, vegetables, nuts, almonds.
Always observe the maximum quantities
and processing times in the table (Fig. D).
Warning!
The universal cutter must be completely
assembled before use.
Caution!
Before cutting meat, remove gristle, bones
and sinews. The universal cutter is not
suitable for cutting very hard items (coffee
beans, radishes, nutmeg) and frozen food
(fruit, etc.).
W Risk of injury from sharp blade /
rotating drive!
Never grip the blade in the universal cutter.
Never clean cutting blade with bare hands.
Use a brush. Take hold of the cutter blade
by the plastic handle only.

■ Place the universal cutter on a smooth,
clean work surface and press.
■ Insert the blade.
■ Add food.
■ Place the attachment on the universal
cutter and rotate in a clockwise direction
until it “clicks” into position.
■ Open the lock of the rear aperture and
hold in place.
■ Place the base unit on the attachment
and lock into position.
■ Insert the mains plug.
■ Hold the base unit and universal cutter
rmly and switch on the appliance at
setting M.
■ Switch off the appliance after
processing.
■ Place the lid on the universal cutter to
keep in the processed ingredients.
After using the appliance/
cleaning
Warning!
Never immerse the attachment of the
universal cutter in water and do not clean
under owing water or in the dishwasher.
■ Press the release buttons and remove
the base unit from the attachment.
■ Rotate the attachment in an
anticlockwise direction and remove from
the universal cutter.
■ Take hold of the blade by the plastic
handle and take out.

en High-speed hand blender
Note: The high-speed hand blender
works better if there is some liquid in the
ingredients.
■ Grip appliance and jug and switch on
appliance (setting M).
Note: To prevent the ingredients from
splashing, do not switch on the base
unit until the high-speed hand blender is
immersed in the ingredients. Always switch
off the appliance before taking it out of the
processed food.
■ Switch off the appliance after
processing.
■ Remove mains plug.
■ Place the lid on the blender jug to keep
in the processed food.
After using the appliance /
cleaning
Warning!
Surfaces may be damaged. Do not use
abrasive cleaning agents.
■ Press the release buttons and remove
the high-speed hand blender from the
base unit.
Note: Hold the lock of the rear aperture
in place to prevent the high-speed hand
blender from jamming.
■ Clean the high-speed hand blender in
the dishwasher or with a brush under
running water.
■ Dry the high-speed hand blender in
an upright position (high-speed hand
blender face up) so that any trapped
water can run out.
Changes reserved.
■ Universal cutter and blade are
dishwasher-proof.
■ Wipe the attachment with a damp cloth
only.

For blending mayonnaise, sauces, mixed
drinks, baby food, cooked fruit and
vegetables and for processing ice. For
puréeing soups. Use the universal cutter for
cutting/chopping raw food (onions, garlic,
herbs)!
