Low bouncing

• If you grip the handle, and by lowering your weight and jumping, the trampoline unit may bounce and
you risk losing your balance. When exercising, please use the handle to merely balance yourself by
lightly placing your hand upon it.
• Always jump in the center of the netting.
• Do not land, climb on, or step on the cover area of the trampoline. Doing so may run the risk of
damaging this project, and you may risk injury to yourself.
• This product is not a competition-quality trampoline. If you jump too high, you may lose your balance,
and run the risk of damage to the product, or injury to yourself.
• If you notice any abnormalities with any parts, etc., immediately stop using this product.
Prolonged use of this product may result in warping or deformation of parts.
Caution when using
When training indoors, pay close attention to the ceiling (especially lights) during exercise.
Before training, warm up and thoroughly stretch your muscles and ligaments prior to use.
If this is your first time using the product, begin training (10-20 minutes) every other day,
and then gradually increase usage so that it becomes 5 times a week after 2-4 weeks.
Wear training shoes and clothing that is easy to exercise in when training.

• Information about traces of assembly wear left during the product inspection process
Upon delivery, this product may display traces of scratches and wear due to assembly. However,
these will have occurred during the product inspection process. We regret any inconvenience which
may be caused to you, and thank you for your understanding.
• Regarding the coating on the rubber tube
The coating on the rubber tube (C) is intended as a guide for connecting the net (B). Please be
assured and understand that this will not affect normal use of this product.
• Caution when using
• The legs are coated with silicon rubber in order to prevent slipping, but when using in a slippery
area or if you are concerned about possible markings left by the silicon rubber, please use a slip-
proof mat.
How to assemble
• How to assemble
Please be aware of your surroundings, and if you are concerned about scratching your floor
surfaces, please lay down a carpet or some other mat surface first.
Rotate to the right
1) Remove the leg caps (F) by twisting, and attach legs (E) onto trampoline frame by
screwing onto screw units.
Slowly screw on and make sure not to damage screw threads.
If the end caps (F) are difficult to remove, try inserting an object such as a slot-
head screwdriver in the space between the trampoline frame (A) and the end
caps (F) to pry them off. Or try applying warm air from a hair dryer.
Caution: If you are unable to attach the legs (E), remove the rubber caps (G). After
removing the rubber caps (G), you will see that these ends of the legs are threaded
as well. Use these other ends of the legs to try to attach them.

2) Connect the handle frame (H) to
the trampoline frame guide (D)
with the bots, nuts, and washers
(J), and use the wrench (M) and
Allen wrench (N) to securely
fasten.
3) Use the handle securing
knob (K) to securely fasten the
handle frame (H) to the
trampoline frame guide (D).
4) Insert the handle (I) into the
handle frame (H), and securely
fasten with the screws (L).

• How to fold down the handle
Remove the handle securing knob (K), and fold the
handle frame (H) down. You can then temporarily
re-attach the handle securing knob (K) to the
trampoline frame guide (D).
* The folded down handle frame (H) will not be
securely locked in place. When transporting the
trampoline unit, please take care not to get your
fingers, etc. caught in the space between the
trampoline and handle.
