Installation instructions for the legs
This manual explains how to assemble the legs with the main unit. Be sure to read this manual before assembling.

If there is a shortage of parts or a problem, please contact your local distributor or MIMAKI sales office.
How to tighten the screws
1Use hex wrench to temporarily tighten the
screws (just tighten lightly).
2Push the hex wrench into the tightening pipe
and retighten the screw.
Be sure to assemble with two or more people.

Instruction
1Turn the Leg upside down to make it stand on
its own by using the cushioning material
(upper side) in which the main body was
packed.
• Assemble the right and left legs.
2Fix the Caster holder to the Leg.
• Secure it with the 3 screws (M5x15).
• Assemble the right and left legs.
3Remove the cushioning material and turn the
legs back in their original direction.
4Turn the casters inward.
5Use the cushioning materials (upper side)
again to make the legs (Right and Left) stand
on their own.
1. Push the cushioning material until it touches the legs.
2. Push the cushioning material until it touches the floor.
6Attach the screws (M5x15) with make a gap
between.
• Assemble the right and left legs.

7Attach the Leg stay to the left and right legs.
1. Hook the leg stay onto the screws installed in step 6.
2. Tighten the screw temporarily (just tighten lightly).
8Lock the casters.
9Attach the Base plate L/R.
• Fix the base plate to the leg with 2 screws (M5x15)
while pushing it in the direction indicated by arrow.
10 Attach the roll bars.
• Set the roll bar on top of the bearing installed.
11 Mount the Main unit on the legs.
1. Align the protruding part of the leg with the hole on
the bottom of the main unit (the ▽ mark on the side of
the main unit is a guide) and insert.
2. Make sure that the rubber foot on the bottom of the
unit is set on the leg.
3. Set the other side in the same way.
Attach the leg stay so that the openings of the left
and right legs are on the inside.
Attach it so that the bearing is on the outside..

Set the roll bar with four collars so that it is on the
outside.
The unit should be lifted by two or more people.

12 Push the main unit to the front side and fix it to
the leg with 2 screws (M5x20).
• Push the main unit toward the front side until there is
no gap between the protrusion on the rear side of the
leg and the insertion hole on the bottom of the main
unit and secure it.
• Set the other side in the same way.
13 Fully tighten the screws on the leg stay.
14 Remove cushioning materials.
Tighten the fixing screws until the convex part of
the leg lightly touches the bottom of the side plate
GR. Take care not to over-tighten the screws.

Turn the roll bar manually to ensure it rotate
smoothly. If it gets stuck or has trouble rotating,
loosen the screws that have been tightened,
adjust the left and right legs so that they are
parallel, and then tighten the screws.

脚 組み立て手順書
本書では、本体と脚の組み立てについて説明しています。必ず、本書をお読みになってから組み立ててください。
付属品
数量が足りなかったり、不具合があったりした場合は、販売店または弊社営業所までご連絡ください。
ネジの締め方
1六角レンチを使って、ネジを仮止め（軽く締める
程度）する。
2六角レンチに増し締め用パイプを差し込んで、ネ
ジを増し締めする。
必ず、二人以上で組み立ててください。

手順
1本体が梱包されていた緩衝材（上側）を使って、
上下逆さにした脚を自立させる。
• 左右 2脚組み立ててください。
2脚にキャスターホルダーを固定する。
• ネジ（M5x15）x3 で固定してください。
• 左右 2脚組み立ててください。
3緩衝材を外して、脚の方向を元に戻す。
4キャスターの方向を内向きにする。
5再度緩衝材（上側）を使って、脚（x2）を自立
させる。
1. 緩衝材を脚奥まで差し込む。
2. 緩衝材を床面に触れるまで差し込む。
6ネジ（M5x15）を隙間を空けて取り付ける。
• 左右 2脚組み立ててください。

7左右の脚に脚ステーを取り付ける。
1. 手順 6で取り付けたネジに脚ステーを引っ掛ける。
2. ネジを仮止め（軽く締める程度）にする。
8キャスターをロックする。
9ベース板 L/R を取り付ける。
• 矢印の方向に押しながら、ネジ（M5x15）x2 で固定
してください。
10 ロールバーを取り付ける。
• ベアリングの上に、ロールバーをセットします。
11 本体を脚に載せる。
1. 脚の突起部分に、 本体底面の穴（本体側面の▽印が
目安）を合わせて差し込む。
2. 本体底面のゴム足が脚の上にセットされているかど
うかを確認する。
3. 反対側も同様にセットする。
左右の脚の開口部が内側になるように脚ステー
を取り付けてください。
ベアリングが外側になるように取り付けてくだ
さい。

カラー4個付きのロールバーが外側になるように
セットしてください。
本体は、二人以上で持ち上げてください。

12 本体を正面側に押して、本体と脚をネジ
（M5x20）×2 で固定する。
• 脚後方側の突起と本体底面の差し込み穴の隙間がな
くなるまで、本体を正面側に押してから固定してく
ださい。
• 反対側も同様にセットしてください。
13 脚ステーのネジを本締めする。
14 緩衝材を外す。
脚の凸部が側板 GRの底面に軽く当たる程度に、
ネジを締め付けます。強く締めすぎないように
注意してください。

ロールバーを手で回して、スムーズに回転する
ことを確認してください。引っかかったり回転
に支障がある場合は、固定したネジを緩めて、
左右の脚が平行になるように調整してからネジ
を締めてください。
