FEATURES
• 3-way custom loudspeaker with integrated acoustic
enclosure.
• Round or square model.
• Can be installed in-wall or in-ceiling.
• Paintable.
• Can be reconfi gured for active operation to enhance
performance (ask your Linn retailer for details).
IMPORTANT
• Please read through all instructions carefully before
starting work.
• Do not position the loudspeaker where in-wall cables,
pipes, beams or studs may obstruct the installation. Use
a cable / pipe / stud detector to ensure the wall cavity
is clear of obstructions before commencing with the
installation.
• Ensure wall cavity is suffi ciently deep – minimum
95 mm / 3¾“.
• Instructions show the square model. The same
instructions apply to installation of the round model.
• As supplied, this loudspeaker is suitable for installation
into plasterboard, partition, panel walls etc. For
installation into solid walls (brick, stone, concrete etc),
an additional wall box is required – available from any
Linn retailer.
• For in-ceiling installation, see additional notes on page 7.
• Use Paint Mask to protect loudspeaker from dirt and
damage during handling and installation.
• If painting is required:
- Remove grille.
- Spray-paint loudspeaker (Paint Mask fi tted).
- Spray-paint grille separately.

CARATTERISTICHE
• Diffusore ad incasso a 3 vie con scatola per incasso
integrata.
• Modelli tondi o quadrati.
• Puo’ essere installata a muro o a soffi tto.
• Verniciabile.
• Puo’ essere confi gurata in Aktiv per incrementare le
prestazioni (sentire il proprio rivenditore Linn di fi ducia).
IMPORTANTE
• Leggere attentamente tutte le istruzioni prima di iniziare
l’installazione.
• Non posizionare il diffusore dove cavi, travi o tubazioni
potrebbero ostruire l’installazione. Utilizzare un detector
per assicurarsi che il muro sia privo di ostruzioni prima di
cominciare l’installazione.
• Assicurarsi che la cavita’ d’installazione sia
suffi cientemente profonda – 95 mm minimo.
• Le istruzioni si riferiscono al modello quadrato. Le stesse
istruzioni possono essere utilizzate per il modello tondo.
• Cosi come fornito, il diffusore e’ utilizzabile per
installazioni su pannelli/tramezze, cartongesso etc. Per
installazioni in muri solidi (pietra, mattoni, calcestruzzo,
etc), una scatola a muro addizionale e’ necessaria
– disponibile presso qualsiasi rivenditore Linn.
• Per installazioni a soffi tto, vedere le note addizionali a
pagina 7.
• Utilizzare la maschera di verniciatura per proteggere
il diffusore dallo sporco e da possibili danni durante
l’installazione.
• Se si intende verniciare il diffusore:
- Rimuovere la griglia.
- Verniciare a spray il diffusore (utilizzare la maschera
di verniciatura fornita).
- Verniciare la griglia separatamente.

sur plaque de plâtre, mur de partition, panneau… Pour
une installation sur mur solide (brique, pierre, ciment…)
un boitier additionnel est nécessaire – disponible à
n’importe quel revendeur agréé Linn.
• Pour une installation au plafond, voir les instructions
supplémentaires en page 7.
• Utilisez le patron en plastique « Paint Mask »
pour protéger l’enceinte lors de son installation et
manipulation.
• Si vous souhaitez peindre l’enceinte :
- Retirez la grille.
- Peignez l’enceinte avec un pistolet ou un aérosol
(utilisez le patron en plastique « Paint Mask » pour
protéger l’enceinte).
- Peignez la grille séparément.

• Platzieren Sie den Lautsprecher nicht an Orten, wo
Unterputzkabel, Rohre, Balken oder Stahlprofi le den
Einbau behindern könnten. Benutzen Sie vor dem Einbau
einen Kabel/Rohr/Stahl-Detektor, um sicherzustellen,
dass die Einbaufl äche frei von Hindernissen ist.
• Achten Sie auf ausreichenden Platz hinter der Wand
– minimum 95 mm / 3¾“.
• In dieser Anleitung ist das eckige Modell abgebildet.
Dieselben Hinweise gelten auch für das runde Modell.
• Im serienmäßigen Lieferzustand ist der Lautsprecher für
den Einbau in Gipswände, Trennwände und Raumteiler
o.ä. geeignet. Für den Einbau in massive Wände (Ziegel,
Stein, Beton o.ä.) hält Ihr Linn Händler eine geeignete
Einbaurückwand für Sie bereit.
• Für Deckeneinbau beachten Sie bitte die Hinweise auf
Seite 7.
• Kleben Sie den Lautsprecher ab, damit er beim Einbau
nicht verschmutzt oder beschädigt wird.
• Wenn Sie den Lautsprecher lackieren möchten:
- Grill abnehmen.
- Lautsprecher mit aufgesetzter Farbmaske lackieren.
- Grill getrennt lackieren.

deterioros durante su manipulación e instalación.
• Si es necesario pintar la caja acústica, procure:
- Retirar la rejilla.
- Utilizar pintura en spray para altavoces, (con la
cubierta de proteccion).
- Pinte la rejilla con spray separadamente.

BELANGRIJK
• Lees all aanwijzingen door voordat u het werk begint.
• Plaats de luidspreker niet waar bedrading, pijpwerk,
latten of balken de installatie verhinderen. Gebruik een
detector om u er ter van vergewissen, dat de muur holte
vrij is van obstrukties voor u het installatie werk begint.
• Verzekert u u ervan dat de muurholte voldoende diep is
– minimaal 95 mm diep.
• De aanwijzingen tonen het vierkante model. Dezelfde
aanwijzigingen gelden voor de installatie van het ronde
model.
• De luidspreker zoals geleverd is geschikt voor installatie
in gipsplaat, scheidings wanden, panelen, enz. Voor
installatie in massieve muren (baksteen, natuursteen,
beton, etc.) is een extra muurdoos nodig – verkrijgbaar
van uw Linn leverancier.
• Voor installatie in een plafond wordt u verwezen naar de
extra aanwijzingen op pagina 7.
• Gebruik het verf masker om de luidspreker te
beschermen tegen vuil and beschadinging gedurende
hanteren and installatie.
• Als verven nodig is:
- Verwijder het rooster.
- Bespuit de luidspreker (met het verf masker
in positie).
- Bespuit het rooster afzonderlijk.
