A.Warranty Policy
HP herein guarantees to all direct purchasers (hereinafter "you") that the material and workmanship will be defect free, subject to the conditions
stated herein, for the shorter of: (1) a period from the date of purchase of the product in its original sealed package until the expiration date as
specified in the HP warranty policy. (The warranty period will be considered to have started from three months after the date that the product was
manufactured if proof of the purchase date is not provided); (2) the period ending on the date when the SSD has exceeded its TBW (Total Bytes
Written) threshold (for specific information on this threshold, please refer to the data sheet for your particular SSD product).
·Limited Warranty
During the warranty period, if a defective HP Product covered by this Limited Warranty is returned to the designated HP Service Center, it will be
repaired or replaced or, at the option of the Service Center, its purchase price will be refunded. No repair, replacement or refund will be provided
unless the defective HP Product is returned to the Service Center at your expense; for some HP Products, no return will be accepted unless the
Service Center first provides you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA). If your HP Product has recurring failures, at the option of the Service
Center, either you will be furnished with a different product that is equivalent in performance or you will receive a refund of your purchase price.
Service Center support may be provided by an HP subcontractor or other third parties. Please see the HP Service Center information provided
below.
Where permitted by local law, HP Products and any replacement products or parts may contain new materials or used materials equivalent to new
in performance and reliability. Replacement products or parts will have functionality at least equal to that of the product or part being replaced.
Replacement products and parts are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for 90 days, or for the remainder of the
warranty period for the HP Product which they are replacing or in which they are installed, whichever is longer.
This Limited Warranty does not include technical assistance. This Limited Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, loss or damage in transit, or
damage resulting from (a) accident, misuse, abuse or other external causes; (b) product elements not supplied by HP; (c) improper site preparation
or maintenance; or (d) modification or service by anyone other than HP, an HP Service Center or another HP-authorized service provider. HP, nor its
authorized service providers, have liability for data loss in any situation. You should always back up your important data.
·Limitations/Local Laws
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, FOR YOUR HP PRODUCT.
ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY
DISCLAIMED. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES IMPOSED BY LAW ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD.
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and it is governed by the laws of the state and country in which your HP Product was purchased.
You may also have other rights that vary from state to state and country to country. You are advised to consult applicable state and country laws to
determine your rights. Some states and countries do not allow any limitation on how long a limited warranty will last, or any exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages. In such states and countries, some of the exclusions or limitations stated in this Limited Warranty may not apply
to you.
·Sole Remedies/No Incidental or Consequential Damages
To the extent allowed by local law, the remedies provided in this Limited Warranty are your sole and exclusive remedies. These terms and conditions
supersede any prior agreements or representations, including statements made in sales literature or advice given in connection with your purchase.
TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LOCAL LAW, AND EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, IN NO EVENT SHALL HP, ANY HP
SERVICE CENTER OR ANY HP-AUTHORIZED SERVICE PROVIDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE PRODUCT OR THE FAILURE OF THE
PRODUCT TO PERFORM, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT,

B. Warranty Limitations
In the event of any of the following conditions, the product will not be covered by a free warranty:
1) Cannot provide valid purchase receipt;
2) Failure due to modifications, disassembly or repair;
3) Product capacity silk screen or serial number is worn or missing;
4) Product interface bending, deformation and other anomalies, product shell damage, deformation and other anomalies caused by external forces;
5) Failure caused by not following HP instructions;
6) Damage to the product is caused by force majeure (such as floods, fire, earthquake, lightning, typhoon, etc.), man-made damage (such as beat,
drop, rupture, blow, etc.), computer interface failure, improper custody, etc.) or other non-normal use;
7) Product damage caused by computer viruses or malware;
8) Damage caused by physical or electronic and electromagnetic pressure or interference, power supply instability and misuse, lightning, static
electricity, fire or other force majeure;
9) Damage caused by exposure or storage in improper environments (including high temperature, low temperature or high humidity);
10) Damage or loss caused by improper delivery and packaging by the customer to the HP authorized service center;
11) Failure or damage caused by the use of the product for research and development, production or professional testing.

B.保修限制
產品若出現以下任一情況,將不屬於免費質保範圍:
1)無法提供有效的產品保修卡和有效購買憑證或相應的影本;
2)未經HP書面允許情況下的改造、拆裝或維修而發生的故障;
3)產品上容量絲印或序號磨損、缺失;
4)產品介面由於外力造成彎曲、變形等異常現象,產品外殼破損、變形等異常現象;
5)未依說明書上的指示維護所導致的故障損壞;
6)產品的損壞是受不可抗力災難(如水災、火災、地震、雷擊、台風災等)、人為破壞(如敲打、跌落、破裂、重擊
等)、電腦介面故障、人為疏失(如落水、遺失、未妥善保管等)或其他非正常使用所致;
7)電腦病毒所致產品損壞或解毒所致產品損壞等;
8)因物理或電子及電磁的壓力或干擾,電源不穩及誤用、閃電、靜電、火或其他不可抗力的因素而造成的損壞;
9)因暴露或存放在不當的環境(包含高溫、低溫或高濕度環境)而造成的損壞;
10)因客戶送修至HP授權服務站途中不當運送及包裝而造成的損壞或遺失;
11)將產品使用於研發、生產用途或專業測試所導致的故障或損壞。

A.보증 정책
HP는 본 제품의 오리지날 최종 사용자 또는 구입자(이하 "당신"으로 약칭)에게 보증하며 본 협의에 리스트된 조건을 준수하는
전제하에서, 본 제품은 자료 및 제조 공업상의 모든 하자가 존재하지 않으며 구체적인 시간은 이하에 서술된 두가지 중 비교적
짧은것을 기준으로 합니다.(1)오리지날 밀봉 포장 중의 제품 일자로 부터 보증 정책중에서 규정된 유한 보증 마감일자가
종료(구입 일자 증명서를 제공할 수 없는 경우, 보증 기간은 제품 생산 일자 3개월 후 부터로 인정함);(2) 보증 기간에 SSD
제품이 그의 TBW(총 입력 바이트수)한계 수치를 초과하면 종료(관련 본 한계 수치의 구체적인 정보는 특정SSD제품의
파라미터 양식을 참조)
- 제한 보증
보증기간 동안, 만약 제한 보증HP 제품이 HP 공인 AS 센터로 들어오는 경우, 수리나 교환, 혹은 AS 센터에 판단에 따른 구매
가격이 환불될 있습니다. 고객의 비용으로 결함이 있는 HP 제품이 서비스 센터로 반송되지 않는 수리, 교환, 환불 진행은
불가합니다. 일부 HP 제품의 경우, 서비스 센터가 반품 승인 (RMA)을 먼저 제공하지 않으면 반품이 허용되지 않습니다. 해당 HP
제품이 반복적으로 고장이 발생하는 경우, AS 센터의 판단에 따라 유사 성능의 다른 제품이 제공될 수 있거나, 구매 가격을 환불

또는 컴퓨터 인터페이스 오류 , 기타 부적절한 사용 등
7) 컴퓨터 바이러스 또는 악성 코드로 인한 제품에 손상
8) 물리적이나 전자적인 요소에 의한 경우와 전기적 압력 또는 인터페이스에 의한 증상, 전원 불안적 오용으로 인한 증상,
낙뢰, 정전기, 화재 또는 기타 불가항력으로 야기된 문제
9) 부적절한 환경에서 사용함으로써 발생한 증상 ( 고온, 저온, 고습 상황 등 )
10) HP 공인 서비스 센터로 제품을 보낼 때 발생하는 손상 및 손실
11) 연구, 개발, 생산 또는 전문적인 테스트를 위해 제품을 사용하여 발생한 고장 및 제품 손상

A.保証書
HPは本製品のエンドユーザーまたは購入者(以下「貴殿」という)に本協議にあげられた条件の遵守を前提とし、本
製品に材料や製造工業上の一切な欠陥のないことを保証し、具体期間は下記何れかの状況の中に短いほうを基準とす
る。(1)オリジナル設計密封包装された製品を購入してから、保証政策の中に規定された有限保証締め切り日付まで終
了とする(購入日証明の提供ができない場合、保証期間を製品生産日してから三ヶ月後よりスタートと見なす)。(2)
保証期間はSSD製品にそのTBW(合計書込文字数)閾値を超えた場合に終了する(該当閾値関連の具体情報について
特定SSD製品のデータテービルをお読みになって下さい。)
・限定保証
保証期間中、本限定保証の対象となる欠陥があるHP製品が指定のHPサービスセンターへ返品された場合、それは修理
または交換されるか、あるいはサービスセンターのオプションで、その購入代金が返金されます。欠陥があるHP製品
が貴方の費用でサービスセンターに返品されない限り、修理、交換または返金は行われません。一部のHP製品につい
ては、サービスセンターが先に返品承認番号(RMA)を貴方に知らせない限り、返品が承認されません。貴方のHP製品が
故障を再発する場合、サービスセンターのオプションで、貴方には性能の点で同等である別の製品が供給されるか、あ
るいは貴方の購入代金が返金されるかのいずれかです。サービスセンターのサポートはHP下請業者または他のサード
パーティによって提供される場合があります。以下に記載されるHPサービスセンター情報をご確認ください。
現地法が許す場合、HP製品および交換製品または部品には性能と信頼性の点で同等の新品材料または中古材料を含む
ことができます。交換製品または部品は、交換される製品または部品のそれと最低でも同等の機能性を持ちます。交換
製品および部品は、90日間またはそれらが交換されるまたはそれらがインストールされるHP製品の保証期間の残余期
間、材料および施工の点で欠陥がないことを保証されます。
本限定保証には技術支援は含まれません。本限定保証は、外装箱損傷、運搬中の滅失毀損、あるいは(a)事故、誤用、悪
用、またはその他の外的原因、(b)HPによって供給されていない製品要素、(c)設置場所の不適切な準備または保守管理、あ
るいは(d)HP、HPサービスセンターまたは別のHP認可のサービスプロバイダー以外の者による変更または整備によって
生じた損傷は対象にしていません。HP、またはHP認可のサービスプロバイダーのいずれもすべての状況でのデータ喪
失に責任を負いません。貴方は常にご自分の重要データのバックアップを取ることが推奨されます。
・限定/現地法
本限定保証で明示的に明記されたものを除き、貴方のHP製品について、明示的黙示的を問わず他の保証はありません。
特定目的に対する市場性または適合性についてのすべての黙示的保証を含め、すべての他の保証は明示的に否定されま
す。法律によって課せられたすべての黙示的保証は、適用される保証期間に対する継続期間に限定されます。
本限定保証は貴方に特定の法的権利を与えます、またそれは貴方のHP製品が購入された州および国の法律によって支配
されます。貴方は州毎にまた国毎に変わる他の権利も持ちます。貴方の権利を決定するための適用される州および国の
法律を参照することが推奨されます。一部の州および国では、限定保証が持続する期間に対する制限、あるいは
偶発的または結果的損害の除外や制限が許可されていません。かかる州および国では、本限定保証に記載された除外や
制限の一部が貴方に適用されない場合があります。
・唯一の救済/偶発的または結果的損害
現地法の許す範囲で、本限定保証に規定された救済は貴方の唯一かつ排他的な救済です。これらの契約条件は貴方の購

現地法が許す範囲で、また本限定保証に具体的に明記されたものを除き、いかなる場合もHP、HPサービスセンターまた
はHP認可のサービスプロバイダーは、契約、不法行為または他の法理論のいずれに基づくかに関わらず、またかかる損

保証制限
次の条件のいずれかに該当する場合には、製品は無料保証の対象になりません:

4)製品インターフェイスの湾曲、変形および他の異常、外力によって生じた製品外殻の損傷、変形および他の異常、
5)HPの指示に従わないために生じた故障、
6)製品への損傷が、天災(洪水、火事、地震、電光、台風など)、人為的な損傷(殴打、落下、破裂、強打など)、コンピュー
ターインタフェースの故障、不適切な保護あるいは他の非通常の使用によって生じた、
7)コンピューターウィルスまたはマルウェアによって生じた製品の損傷、
8)物理的または電子的および電磁気の圧力または妨害、電源不安定性および誤用、電光、静電気、火事あるいは他の天
災によって生じた損傷、
9)不適切な環境(高温、低温あるいは高湿度を含む)での露出または保管によって生じた損傷、
10)HP認可のサービスステーションへの顧客による不適切な配送および包装によって生じた損傷または喪失、
11)研究開発、製造または専門家のテスト実施のための製品の使用によって生じた故障または損傷。
