inafter “the Manufacturer”) guarantees that the device sold (hereinaftr:
“the Device” is free from material and manufacturing defects.
2. The Manufacturer shall be responsible for malfunctioning of the
Device resulting from physical defects inherent in the Device that
the period of:
- 24 months from the date of purchase by the consumer,
- 12 months from the date of purchase by a business customer (the
consumer and business customer are further collectively referred to
as “Customer”).
3. The Manufacturer shall remove any defects revealed during the
guarantee period, free of charge, by repairing or replacing (at the
sole discretion of the Manufacturer) the defective components of the

First launch
1. Plug the device into a socket nearby the main Z-Wave controller.
2. Set the main Z-Wave controller in add mode.
3. Quickly, triple click the button located on the casing.
4. Wait for the device to be added to the system.

14. The guarantee shall not cover natural wear and tear of the Device
and its components listed in the operating manual and in technical

tomer’s warranty rights.
16. The Manufacturer shall not be liable for damages to property
caused by defective device. The Guarantor shall not be liable for in-
direct, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for

reserves the right to replace the entire Device with a new or regen-
erated device. The Manufacturer shall not refund money paid for

4. Under special circumstances, the Manufacturer may replace the

The customer should contact and deliver the Device to AGS. Upon
receipt of the Device, the manufacturer shall inform the Customer of

9. Defects shall be removed within 30 days from the date of deliv-
ering the Device to AGS. The guarantee period shall be extended by
the time in which the Device was kept by AGS.
10. The faulty device shall be provided by the Customer with com-
plete standard equipment and documents proving its purchase.
11. The cost of transporting the Device in the territory of the Republic
of Poland shall be covered by the Manufacturer. The costs of the
Device transport from other countries shall be covered by the Cus-
with costs related to the case.
12. AGS shall not accept a complaint claim when:
- the Device was misused or the manual was not observed,
- the Device was provided by the Customer incomplete, without ac-
cessories or nameplate,
- it was determined that the fault was caused by other reasons than
a material or manufacturing defect of the Device
- the guarantee document is not valid or there is no proof of pur-
chase,
13. The guarantee shall not cover:
- mechanical damages (cracks, fractures, cuts, abrasions, physical
deformations caused by impact, falling or dropping the device or
other object, improper use or not observing the operating manual);
lightning, natural disasters, earthquakes, war, civil disturbance, force
majeure, unforeseen accidents, theft, water damage, liquid leakage,
battery spill, weather conditions, sunlight, sand, moisture, high or

首次启用

-对商业客户来说（消费者和商业客户一下一起简称“客
户”），从购买日起的12个月内。
3. 在保修期内，制造商承诺通过免费修理或更换(根据制造
商的决定)对新的或重新制造的部件的有缺陷的部件，以此
来解决设备缺陷问题。，其物理状况不会比客户拥有的设备

-因软件不当、计算机病毒攻击、或未能按照制造商建议使
用软件更新造成的损害;
-造成的损坏是由：电力供应和/或电信网络的超电压，或与
电网连接的方式不符合操作指示，或由于制造商没有连接的
其他产品的连接;
-设备的工作或储存在极其不利的条件下造成的损坏，如高
湿度、灰尘、太低(霜冻)或过高的环境温度。在说明书中规
定可以使用该设备的详细条件;
-因使用不推荐的配件而造成的损害;
-用户的电气安装错误造成的损坏，包括使用有缺陷的保险
丝;
-因客户未能履行本说明书所提供的维护和维修工作而造成
的损害;
-因使用不适当的、非原始的零部件而造成的损坏，未经授
权的人员进行修理和修改;
-因未使用的设备或附件而造成的故障。
14. 保修单不包括在操作说明中列出的部件和其他部件的磨
损和撕裂，以及指定操作时间的技术文档。
15. 保修单对所售货物的保证不排除、限制或中止因质保而
产生的买方权利。
16. 制造商对因缺陷设备造成的财产损失不承担任何责任。
制造商不对间接，偶然，特殊，后果性或道德损失，包括但
不限于利益，储蓄，数据，利润损失，第三方索赔以及其他
的损害 使用设备相关的损失等不承担法律责任。

的国家运输产品的情况下，费用将由客户承担。如客户在
无正当理由的情况下，ASG有
权向客户收取与案件解释有

12. ASG在以下的情况中拒绝接受投诉:
-发现该装置的使用情况与说明书是相反的；
-客户提供不完整的设备，没有配件，没有铭牌；
-除了设备的材料或产品故障以外的其他原因；
-无效保证文件，没有购买证明。
