Safety Requirements
Minimum Required Wall Construction
Drywall with metal studs:
• Must be at least 0.6 mm (.02") thick Metal
stud 48.8 mm x 50 mm (1.92" x 1.97")
• Studs on maximum 600 mm (24") centers
• Must be at least 2 x 12,5 mm (.49") Type X
gypsum drywall
• 35 mm (1.34") drywall screws on 250 mm
(12") centers
Verify Wall Construction
CAUTION! Adequate wall construction is
required to support the weight of the board.
Minimum wall construction must be capable
of supporting weight amounts listed in Table
1 on page 4.
The building’s Engineer of Record must be
consulted to determine if there are any seismic
requirements.
Drywall with wooden studs:
• Stud grade SPF, DFL or Hem-Fir 45 mm
x 70 mm (1.5” x 3.5”)
• Studs on 600 mm (24”) centers
• Must be atleast 25 mm (5/8”) thick Type X
gypsum drywall for the US or 2 x 12,5 mm (1/2”)
for EU
• 35 mm (#6 x 11/4”) drywall screws on 250 mm
(12”) centers

Handling + Storing of Panels
Handling
• When a3 CeramicSteel panels are shipped, they
are protected by craft paper or a self-adhesive
transparent polyethylene ilm. Keep panels in the
original package until installation.
• Handle with care to prevent damage.
• Never slide panels o the stack during handling.
Panels should always be lifted and moved in a
vertical position.
• Never place an a3 panel in a vertical position on
the loor. This is to prevent damage to the edges.
• Prevent dirt from settling on and between panels
to avoid surface damage, scratches or defects.
• Follow all safety instructions regarding personal
protection when processing the panels.
• Protect panel surface against sawdust and
sparks (metal particles).
• a3 CeramicSteel will chip when cut or drilled with
power tools. Hand-cutting can cause chipping
up to approx. 2 mm from the edge. When
chipping is in excess of 2 mm, please check the
state of cutting tools and check that the panel is
adequately supported and clamped to prevent it
from vibrating.
• All cut or drilled sections should be protected
against humidity with PVC tape and/or by
covering/sealing proiles or sealing washers.
• For detailed processing instructions, please refer
to the a3 processing instructions.
Storing
• Keep panels dry and free of debris.
• Store panels inside temps 5090 °F (1032 °C).
• Any panels stored outside should be protected
from inclement weather conditions.
• Place panels on hard, lat surfaces that are not
subject to standing water.
• a3 CeramicSteel panels should be stacked no
more than three high.
• Panels should never be stored vertically or in
such a way that the corners are vulnerable to
damage.

1830 Vertical Wall Bracket Positioning
1. Deine the centerline of the Frameless Flow installation
2. Deine the centerline of panel A and panel C. This will be the centerline of the brackets.
If uneven panels: from center of wall left and right 1185 mm (465/8").
If even panel: from center of wall left and right 592.5 mm (235/16").
3. Deine the top of the wall to install from the ground level.
4. Measure 220 mm (811/16") down from top of predeined top of wall.
This mark is the bottom of the top wall bracket
5. Measure 1515 mm (595/8") down from the irst horizontal wall bracket to deine the position
of the second bracket.
6. Use the predrilled holes of the wall bracket as a template to mark all the holes.
Pre-drill 6,5 mm (1/4") hole in the drywall. Insert all anchors into the holes and screw them lush.
Fix all the brackets. Make sure the top brackets are perfectly aligned, leveled and ixed irmly.
Repeat for all the brackets.

4. Measure 220 mm (811/16") down from top of predeined top of wall.
This mark is the bottom of the top wall bracket
5. Measure 1065 mm (4115/16") down from the irst horizontal wall bracket to deine the position
of the second and 2105 mm down to the third.
6. Use the predrilled holes of the wall bracket as a template to mark all the holes.
Pre-drill 6,5 mm (1/4") hole in the drywall. Insert all anchors into the holes and screw them lush.
Fix all the brackets. Make sure the top brackets are perfectly aligned, leveled and ixed irmly.
Repeat for all the brackets.

of the second bracket.
6. Use the predrilled holes of the wall bracket as a template to mark all the holes.
Pre-drill 6,5 mm (1/4") hole in the drywall. Insert all anchors into the holes and screw them lush.
Fix all the brackets. Make sure the top brackets are perfectly aligned, leveled and ixed irmly.

2420 Horizontal Wall Bracket Positioning
1. Deine the centerline of the Frameless Flow installation
2. Deine the centerline of panel A and panel B/C. This will be the centerline of the brackets.
If uneven panels: from center of wall left and right 550 mm (215/8") + 1320 mm (5115/16") +
1100 mm (435/16"). If even panel: from center of wall left and right 660 mm (26") + 1100 mm (425/16").
3. Deine the top of the wall to install from the ground level.
4. Measure 220 mm (811/16") down from top of predeined top of wall.
This mark is the bottom of the top wall bracket
5. Measure 870 mm (341/4") down from the irst horizontal wall bracket to deine the position
of the second bracket.
6. Use the predrilled holes of the wall bracket as a template to mark all the holes.
Pre-drill 6,5 mm (1/4") hole in the drywall. Insert all anchors into the holes and screw them lush.
Fix all the brackets. Make sure the top brackets are perfectly aligned, leveled and ixed irmly.
Repeat for all the brackets.

7. Place Panel A onto the wall brackets by lifting it up, holding it against the wall
above the brackets and slide it downwards in the wall brackets. Make sure the
panel is perfectly level.
8. Clean the groove before inserting the vertical proile. Insert the vertical proile
in the groove starting 10 mm (3/8") from the top of the panel. Use the pre-drilled holes
as a template to mark the holes. Remove the proile and pre-drill 6,5 mm (1/4")
hole in the drywall. Insert anchors into the holes and screw them lush. Reinsert the
vertical proile and ix the proile at the area where the proile touches the wall.
Make sure the proile is ixed at least on top, middle and bottom.
Make sure the vertical proile is inserted completely in the groove over the length
of the panel.
10. Place Panel B/C: carefully insert bottom of panel at an angle at the bottom corner.
Let the panel slide towards the previous installed panel, make sure the panels make
contact over the length of the panel and snap it down irmly onto the horizontal
wall bracket.
Repeat as many times as there is a panel B.
Once all B panels are installed, repeat for panel C
Tip: To remove the panel, use opposite handling from installation.

CeramicSteel Surface: Forever warranty
PolyVision warrants that all porcelain-enameled surfaces and/or products made with
e3™ CeramicSteel (Premium Writing Surfaces) or a3™ CeramicSteel (Collaborative Products)
will retain its writing and erasing qualities and maintain its gloss variance and color
consistency for the life of the building or for as long as the product is in use, whichever
comes irst.
Panel Construction: 10 year limited warranty
PolyVision warrants that our panels, under normal atmospheric conditions and when sealed
from moisture, will not delaminate from the substrate or warp for a period of 10 years.
Accessories: 2 year limited warranty
PolyVision warrants that our accessories, including but not limited to Collaborative ToolBar
and round magnetic eraser, when used under normal conditions will perform as intended
for a period of 2 years. Consumables like markers and chalk sticks are not covered by the
Accessories warranty.
Should any failure to conform to this warranty become apparent, then, upon written notice
from the customer, PolyVision, at its option, will correct such nonconformity by repair or
replacement. Correction in the manner provided above shall constitute a fulillment of
all liabilities of PolyVision with respect to the quality of the CeramicSteel. The warranty is
applicable only under normal usage and maintenance and does not cover defects caused
by improper handling, vandalism or abuse, or arising from failure to follow PolyVision’s
instructions and recommendations for maintenance.
The warranty is voided if any modiications are made to the products by the customer or
other trades with or without PolyVision’s written consent or prior knowledge. The warranty
does not include the cost of removal or reinstallation. This warranty is eective as of July 12,
2019, and supersedes the terms and conditions of all prior surface warranties issued to the
customer by PolyVision.
This limited warranty is the sole remedy for product defects and no other express or
implied warranty is provided, including but not limited to any implied warranties of
merchantability or itness for a particular purpose. PolyVision shall not be liable for
consequential or incidental damages arising from any product defect.

挂板搬运 + 存放
搬运
• 在装运 a3 CeramicSteel 挂板时，挂板使用牛皮纸
或自粘性透明聚乙烯膜加以保护。安装前一直将挂
板留在原始包装箱内。
• 小心搬运，防止受损。
• 搬运时切勿让挂板从货堆上滑下。应当始终举起挂
板 ，令 其 保 持 竖 直 向 上 时 搬 移 。
• 切勿将 a3 挂板竖直放置于地板上。以防挂板边缘
受损。
• 防止尘土落在挂板上或两个挂板之间，以避免挂板
表 面 受 损 、刮 擦 或 产 生 缺 陷 。
• 搬运挂板时，请遵守与人员防护相关的所有安全
指示。
• 防止挂板表面出现锯屑和火花（金属颗粒）。
• 当使用电动工具对 a3 CeramicSteel 进行切割或钻
孔时，挂板将会碎裂。手动切割可导致挂板边缘出现
大约 2 mm 的碎裂。当碎裂宽度超过 2 mm 时 ，请
检查切割工具的状态，并检查挂板是否有足够支撑
和夹合力，以防止其产生振动。
• 所有切割或钻孔部分都应当使用 PVC 胶带和/或覆
盖/密封型材或密封垫圈进行保护，防止挂板受潮。

存放

7. 举起面板 A，靠在墙上挂架上方位置，然后向下滑入墙壁挂架，即可将面板 A 挂在墙壁挂架
上 。确 保 面 板 完 全 水 平 。
8. 在插入垂直型材之前清洁沟槽。从距面板上沿 10 mm (3/8") 处 开 始 ，将 垂 直 型 材 插 入 槽 内 。
使用预钻孔作为模板，对所有孔进行标记。取下型材，然后在石膏板墙上预钻 6.5 mm (1/4")
孔。将墙锚插入孔中，拧到齐平为止。重新插入垂直型材，并将型材固定在与墙壁接触的区
域。确保型材至少有上中下三点固定。
在面板长度方向上，确保垂直型材完全插入槽内。
9. 放置面板 B/C：小心插入面板下沿（底角倾斜）。让面板朝向之前安装的面板滑动，确保面板
在长度方向上接触，然后向下按压，使其固定在水平墙壁挂架上。
对面板 B 重复执行以上操作。
安装所有 B 面板之后，对面板 C 重复执行以上操作
提示：要拆卸面板，按与安装相反的顺序操作。

CeramicSteel 表 面 ：永 久 保 修
PolyVision 保证，所有采用 e3™ CeramicSteel（高端书写表面）或 a3™ CeramicSteel（协作
性产品）制成的搪瓷表面和/或产品将保持其书写和擦除品质，并且在建筑的使用寿命或产品
使用周期内（不管哪个在先）保持光泽变化和颜色一致性。
面板构造：10 年有限质保
PolyVision 保证，在正常大气环境以及密封防潮的情况下，我们的挂板在 10 年内不会基底脱层
或翘曲 。
附件：2 年有限质保
PolyVision 保证我们的附件（包括但不限于协作工具栏和磁性圆板擦）在正常使用条件下的预期
使用寿命为 2 年。附件质保不含记号笔和粉笔等耗材。
如 果 明 显 未 遵 守 此 保 证 ，则 PolyVision 将在收到客户书面通知后自行选择通过修理或更换来纠

壁の構造を確認する
警 告！ 壁 は 、ボ ー ド の 重 量 を 支 え ら れ る 適 正 な
構造である必要があります。壁の構造は最低
限 、表 1（4ページ）に記載された重量を支えられ
るものである必要があります。
耐震要件の有無については、設計担当者にご相談
ください 。
木製スタッドを使用したドライウォールの場合：

パネルの取り扱いと保管
取り扱い
• a3 CeramicSteelパ ネ ル は 、出 荷 時 は ク ラ フ ト 紙 ま た
は透 明な粘着ポリエチレンフィルムで 保 護されていま
す 。設 置 す る ま で 、パ ネ ル は 梱 包 さ れ て い た 箱 で 保 管
してください 。
• 損傷を防ぐため、取り扱いに注意してください。
• 取り扱い中はパネルをスタックから滑らせて持ち上
げないでください。パネルを持ち上げたり移動したり
するときは、常に垂直に保ってください。
• a3パネルは決して床の上に立てて置かないでくださ
い。これは、エッジの損傷を防ぐためです。
• パネル表面の損傷、擦り傷、不具合を防ぐため、パネ
ル上またはパネル間にごみが付着したままにしない
でください 。
• パネルを取り扱う際は、怪我をしないよう、安全上の
注 意 事 項 に 従 ってください 。
• パネル表面をおがくずやスパーク（金属粒子）から
保 護してください 。
• a3 CeramicSteelは 、電 気 工 具 で 切 断 し た り 穴 を 開
けたりすると、欠けることがあります。手作業で切断
す る と 、エ ッ ジ か ら 最 大 で お よ そ 2 mm欠けることが
あ り ま す 。欠 け た 部 分 が 2 mmを 超 え る 場 合 は 、切 断
工具の状態を確認するとともに、パネルが振動しな
いよう適切に支持、固定されていることを確認してく
ださい。
• 切断した部分や穴を開けた部分はすべて、湿度から
保護するため、PVCテ ープ や シ ー リン グ プ ロ ファイル 、
ま た は シ ーリン グ ワ ッシ ャー で 覆 ってくだ さい 。

意事 項をご覧ください 。
保管
• パネルは乾いた状態で、ごみが付着しないように保
管してください 。
• パネルは50～90°F（10～32°C）の 温 度 下 で 保 管 し
てください 。
• 屋 外で 保 管するパネルはすべて、厳しい気 象 条 件か
ら保 護してください 。
• パネルは堅く平らな表面に置いてください。水の溜ま
るところには保管しないでください。
• a3 CeramicSteel パネルは3枚以上重ねて保管しな
いでください。
• パネルを立てて置いたり、角の部分が損傷しやすい
状 態で 保管したりすることは 絶対におやめください。

1830垂 直 ウォ ールブ ラ ケットの 設 置
1. Frameless Flowを設 置 する 位 置 の 中 心 線 を 決 めま す。
2. パネルAとパネルCの中 心 線 を 決 めま す。こ れが ブ ラケットの 中 心 線 に なりま す。パ ネ ル 数 が 奇 数 の 場
合：壁 面 の 中 心 か ら 左 右 に 1185 mm（465/8インチ）。パネル数が偶数の場合：壁面の中心から左右に
592.5mm（235/16イ ン チ ）。
3. 床面から設置するパネルの最上部までの高さを決めます。
4. 事前に決めておいたパネルの最上部から下へ220 mm（811/16インチ）測ります。これが上部ウォールブラ
ケットの底部の位置になります。
5. 1個目の水平ウォールブラケットから下へ1515 mm（595/8イ ン チ ）測 り 、2個目のブラケットの位置を決め
ます。
6. テンプレートとしてウォールブラケットの取付穴を使用し、すべての穴開け位置をマーキングします。ドラ
イウォールに6.5 mm（1/4インチ）の穴を開けます。すべてのアンカーを穴に挿入し、平らになるようにねじ
込 み ま す。すべ てのブ ラ ケ ットを 固 定 しま す。上 部 ブ ラ ケット の 位 置 をぴ ったり 合 わ せ 、水 平 に な るようにし 、
しっかり固定します。すべてのブラケットについて同じ手順を繰り返します。

6. テンプレートとしてウォールブラケットの取付穴を使用し、すべての穴開け位置をマーキングします。ドライ
ウォールに6.5 mm（1/4インチ）の穴を開けます。すべてのアンカーを穴に挿入し、平らになるようにねじ込み
ます。すべてのブラケットを固定します。上部ブラケットの位置をぴったり合わせ、水平になるようにし、しっ
かり固定します。すべてのブラケットについて同じ手順を繰り返します。

4. 事前に決めておいたパネルの最上部から下へ220 mm（811/16インチ）測ります。これが上部ウォールブラケット
の底部の位置になります。
5. 1個目の水平ウォールブラケットから下へ870 mm（341/4イ ン チ ）測 り 、2個目のブラケットの位置を決めます。
6. テンプレートとしてウォールブラケットの取付 穴を使 用し、すべての穴 開け位 置をマーキングします。ドライウォー
ルに6.5 mm（1/4インチ）の穴を開けます。すべてのアンカーを穴に挿入し、平らになるようにねじ込みます。すべ

偶数の場合：壁面の中心から左右に660 mm（26インチ）+ 1100 mm（425/16イ ン チ ）。
3. 床面から設置するパネルの最上部までの高さを決めます。
4. 事前に決めておいたパネルの最上部から下へ220 mm（811/16インチ）測ります。これが上部ウォールブラケットの
底部の位置になります。

7. パネルAを持ち上げてウォールブラケットに掛け、ウォールブラケットの上で壁にパネルを押しつ
けながら下向きにスライドさせます。パネルが完全に水平になるようにしてください。
8. 垂直プロファイルを挿入する前に、溝の内部のごみなどを取り除きます。パネルの上部から
10mm（3/8イ ン チ ）の 位 置 に 切 り 込 ま れ た 溝 に 垂 直 プ ロ フ ァ イ ル を 挿 入 し ま す 。テ ン プ レ ー ト と
して取付穴を使 用し、穴 開け位 置をマーキングします。プ ロファイル を取り外し、ドライウォール
に6. 5 mm（1/4イン チ）の 穴 を 開 けま す。ア ンカ ー を穴 に 挿入し 、平 らに なるように ねじ 込 み ま す。
垂 直 プ ロファイル を再 度 挿入し、プ ロファイルが 壁 に接 触 する部 位 でプ ロファイル を 固 定します。
少なくとも上部、中央、下部でプロファイルを固定するようにしてください。
パネルの全長にわたり、垂直プロファイルを完全に溝に挿入するようにしてください。
9. パネルB/Cを設置します。パネルの底部を下端の角で斜めにしながら慎重に挿 入 し ま す 。先 に
取り付けたパネルに向かってパネルをスライドさせ、パネル同士がパネルの全長にわたって接
触するようにし、水平ウォールブラケットにしっかりとはめ込みます。
パネルBの数だけ繰り返します。
パネルBを す べ て 設 置 し た ら 、パ ネ ル Cについても手順を繰り返します。
ヒント：パネルを取り外す際は、取り付けと逆の手順に従ってください。

コラボレーションパネルの保証
CeramicSteelの 筆 記 面 ：永 久 保 証
PolyVisionは、e3™ CeramicSteel高品質の筆記面）またはa3™ CeramicSteelコラボレー
ションパネル）製のすべてのほうろう加工面または製品が、建物寿命、あるいは製品の使用
期間のいずれかが終了するまで、その筆記品質および消去品質を保持し、光沢の変化と色
の 濃 度 を 維 持 することを 保 証します。
パネルの構造：10年限定保証
PolyVisionは、パネルが通常の大気条件下および湿気から封止されている場合、10年間の
保証 期間内において基板から剥離したり、反りが生じたりしないことを保証します。
付属品：2年限定保証
PolyVisionは、通常の条件下で使用された場合、Collaborative ToolBarおよび 丸 型 マグネッ
トイレイサーを制限なく含み、当社の付属品が2年間、意図したとおりに動作することを保
証します。マーカー や チョークスティックなどの 消 耗 品 は 、付 属品 保 証 の 対 象 外です。
万一製品がこの保証に沿わないことが明らかになった場合、お客様からの書面による通知
により、PolyVisionは、その自由裁量で、修理または交換によってかかる不適合を修正しま
す。上記の方法での修正は、CeramicSteelの品質に関するPolyVisionのすべ ての責 任 の履
行とします。保証は通常の使用およびメンテナンスにのみ適用され、不適切な取り扱い、破
壊行為または誤用、あるいはPolyVisionのメンテナンスおよびメンテナンスに関する推奨事
項に従わなかったことに起因する不具合は適用対象外となります。
PolyVisionの書面による同意または事前の通知の有無にかかわらず、お客様または他の
業者によって製品に変更が加えられた場合は、保証は無効となります。保証には、撤去ま
た は 再 設 置 の 費 用 は 含 ま れ ま せ ん 。本 保 証 は 2019年7月12日付で有効となり、これまでに
PolyVisionがお客様に発行したすべての筆記面保証の諸条件に優先します。
本限定保証は製品の欠陥に対する唯一の救済策であり、商品性または特定の目的に対する
適合性に関する黙示の保証を含むがこれらに限定されない、その他の明示的または黙示的
保証は提供されません。PolyVisionは、製品の欠陥から発生した派生的または付随的な損
害に対して責任を負わないものとします。
