Introduction

The OSDK Expansion Module has been made specifically for the

MATRICE

300 RTK, and can be used to mount devices such as the DJI

MANIFOLD

2. Simply mount the Manifold 2 to the Matrice 300 RTK aircraft

using the mounting bracket of the OSDK expansion module and then

connect the cables. The upward single gimbal can be used in conjunction

with the OSDK expansion module.

Assembly and Connection

OSDK adapter, then tighten the type A, B and D screws.

, mount the Manifold 2 onto the mounting bracket

body, then tighten the thumb screws.

a. Mount the Manifold 2 and mounting bracket to the upper cover of the

aircraft

b. Remove the sticker under the OSDK adapter

c. Mount the support bases, then tighten the type C screws. Make sure

to install the Manifold 2 and mounting bracket in the direction shown in

thegure.DONOTreverseanyitem.

a. Connect the USB 3.0 port (Type A) on the Manifold 2 to the USB port

of the OSDK adapter using the USB cable (with 2 Type A ports)

b. Connect the power port on the Manifold 2 to the power port of the

OSDK adapter using the power cable

c. Connect the cable on the OSDK adapter to the aircraft’s OSDK port.

d. Connect other cables if necessary, and then put the cables into the

cable clip on the mounting bracket.

Using the TIMESYNC Pin

The TIMESYNC Pin is for the TimeSync function. This function uses

the PPS signal of the GPS module or RTK module to synchronize the

aircraft time to the UTC time. The TimeSync function also provides

Onboard SDK users with the precise UTC time of the rising edge of

the TIMESYNC output pulse. To achieve precise time synchronization,

users can apply this UTC timestamp to the data from their third-party

payloads.

The TIMESYNC pin must be used with the raw GPS and RTK data

in GSA and RMC types in the NMEA standard.

安装连线

1. 组装安装支架主体和 OSDK 转接板，并拧紧螺丝 A、B 和 D。（图Ⅱ）

2. 将 Manifold 2 固定至安装支架上并拧紧手拧螺丝。（图Ⅲ）

3. 如图Ⅳ所示：

a. 将 Manifold 2 和安装支架安装至飞行器上方；

b. 撕下 OSDK 转接板下方胶带的贴纸；

c. 安装脚垫，拧紧螺丝 C。务必按照图示方向安装，切勿装反。

4. 如图Ⅴ所示：

a. 使用双A 头 USB 线连接 Manifold 2 的 USB 3.0 接口（Type A）与

OSDK 转接板的 USB 口；

b. 使用电源线连接妙算 2 的电源口与 OSDK 转接板的电源口；

c. 将 OSDK 转接板的线连接到飞行器的 OSDK 接口；

d. 其它线材请按需连接。最后使用线扣整理连接线。

OSDK 扩展组件可以搭配 Manifold 2 与上置单云台，注意需要先安装

OSDK 扩展组件。（图Ⅵ）

TIMESYNC 引脚的使用

TIMESYNC 引脚用于 TimeSync 时间同步功能。该功能使用来自 GPS 模块

或 RTK 模块的秒脉冲信号（即 PPS 信号）将飞行器时间同步到 UTC 时间，

并向 Onboard SDK 用户提供 TIMESYNC 输出脉冲上升沿的精确 UTC 时

조립 및 연결

4. 그림 Ⅴ와 같이 다음과 같이 합니다 .

a. USB 케이블 (A 타입 포트 2 개 구성 ) 을 이용해 Manifold 2 의 USB 3.0 포트 (A

타입 ) 를 OSDK 어댑터의 USB 포트에 연결합니다 .

b. 전원 케이블을 이용해 Manifold 2 의 전원 포트를 OSDK 어댑터의 전원 포트

에 연결합니다 .

c. OSDK 어댑터의 케이블을 기체의 OSDK 포트에 연결합니다 .

d. 필요할 경우 다른 케이블을 연결한 다음 케이블을 마운팅 브래킷의 케이블 클

립에 넣습니다 .

Einführung

Das OSDK-Erweiterungsmodul wurde speziell für die MATRICE

300 RTK

entwickelt und kann zum Einsatz von Geräten wie dem DJI MANIFOLD

2 verwendet werden. Befestigen sie einfach den Manifold 2 mithilfe

der Montagehalterung des OSDK-Erweiterungsmoduls an der Matrice

300 RTK und schließen sie dann die Kabel an. Der einzelne aufwärts

gerichtete Gimbal kann zusammen mit dem OSDK-Erweiterungsmodul

verwendet werden.

Montage und Anschluss

1. Bauen sie das Gehäuse der Montagehalterung und den OSDK-Adapter

wie in Abbildung

gezeigt zusammen und ziehen sie anschließend die

Schrauben vom Typ A, B und D an.

2. Befestigen sie den Manifold 2 wie in Abbildung

Ⅲ

Montagehalterung und ziehen sie anschließend die Rändelschraube an.

3. Wie in Abbildung

Ⅳ

gezeigt:

a. Befestigen sie den Manifold 2 und die Montagehalterung an der

oberen Abdeckung des Fluggeräts.

b. Entfernen sie den Aufkleber unter dem OSDK-Adapter.

c. Befestigen sie die Halterungsfüße und ziehen sie anschließend die

Schrauben vom Typ C an. Achten sie darauf, den Manifold 2 und die
