tangles will make it easier to attach the curlers.
Moisten your hair slightly. Before
attaching the curlers, moisten your
hair slightly with water or setting
lotion. Be careful not to make your
air too wet, or the curlers will be
difficult to attach.
Separate your hair beforehand. Attach so that the
curler is about 80% full. Be careful not to separate
too much hair or the curler will be difficult to attach.
Here’s some advice to help you attach the curlers easily:
How to choose the best curler size:
The type of curl you get depends a lot on the size of the curler you use. Select the curler size based on the length of your hair
and the kind of effect you are aiming for.
For long hair
It will be easier to attach the curler if you bring your hair to a point.
5L (Light green) For curling of long hair and hair ends with very large size curlers
4L (Light blue) Curling hair to fluff up with large size curlers
3L (Sky blue) For a soft wave and natural curling
LL (Marine blue) Curling with little voluminous feeling
Smaller size curlers are available according to preference
L (Blue) For general curling such as normal inside curling and hair ends curling
M (Green) For short hair, and curling up of bangs you want to raise firmly
The fitting pins should be
attached near the scalp and
parallel to it.
Caution
Winding the curlers
Fasten with a crip or fitting pin.
Pulling down with both hands, wind the curler.
Holding the hair ends onto the curler, wind the curler.
Grasp the hair between two fingers, place the curler against your hair, and slide
your singers down to the hair ends.
Wrap your hair around the curler.
Use the curler teeth to align your hair.
Always attach the fitting pin from the end of the curler with the heat marker.
The curl will set in about 10 minutes.
For a looser curl, wait 5 minutes, for a tighter curl wait 15 minutes.
